Comparison Awareness Behavior Sexual Healthy between Adolescents Who Are Dating and Who Are Not Dating: Implications for Sex Education in Schools
Adolescence is a critical phase in the development of sexual behavior, making appropriate sexual education essential. This study aims to compare the level of awareness regarding healthy sexual behavior between adolescents who are dating and those who are not. The research involved 127 high school students in Padang City, divided into two groups based on dating status: 55 students who were in a dating relationship and 72 students who were not. Data were collected using a 4-point Likert scale instrument consisting of 35 valid items (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.884). Due to the non-normal distribution of data, the Mann–Whitney U test was used for analysis. The results showed no significant difference between the two groups in terms of awareness of healthy sexual behavior (p > 0.05). These findings suggest that dating status is not a primary determinant of adolescents’ sexual awareness. Other factors—such as sexual education, family communication, self-control, and cultural values—may play a more influential role. The results highlight the importance of developing comprehensive, value-based sexual education programs in schools that address all adolescents, regardless of their relationship status. This study provides practical contributions for educators, counselors, and policymakers in fostering healthy sexual character development among adolescents

It was based on the findings that recommendations were made among others that REBT should be put into use by guidance counsellors in reducing mathematics anxiety among students in Nigeria and across the globe.
Development of an Online Counseling Model Based on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to Reduce Alexithymia in Students
The instability of psychological development during this period puts teenagers at risk of experiencing alexithymia, which is a disorder in the form of an inability to identify, understand and respond to the feelings of themselves and others which then appears in the form of weak empathy. A further impact of this disorder is interpersonal relationship problems at the next stage of adolescent development. Apart from that, there is a tendency for more serious mental disorders to emerge. The aim of this research is to develop an online counseling model based on Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy to reduce the condition of alexithymia experienced by middle school students. The model developed is predicted to be able to provide significant changes considering that counseling media is also carried out via a web-based platform, so that it will increase the opportunity to reduce mental disorders experienced by students. This research is development research which is planned to last for 1 (one) year, where the results of research that has been carried out previously, especially related to online counseling (since 2014) are the basis of this research. This research uses a research and development approach with modified ADDIE principles, resulting in a product in the form of an online counseling model that is able to accommodate the process of reducing alexithymia disorders in students. With a combination of a post-modern counseling approach and the use of internet media, it produces a product that has high novelty in reducing psychological disorders in students
Effectiveness of Self-Instructional Modules: Enhancing Student Independence with Clear Guides, Interactive Materials, and Continuous Evaluation
SIM is a learning method designed to enable students to learn independently with the help of systematically arranged modules. In this study, we emphasize the importance of meeting three main requirements for SIM to function properly, namely: (1) clear instructions in each learning activity, (2) interactive presentation materials, and (3) use of permit values in each learning activity.
