No full textThis paper deals with textuality in easy language, a written variety primarily intended for people with intellectual disabilities and other readings difficulties due to physical, psychological, social, or cultural conditions. Starting from the linguistic guidelines proposed by Sciumbata (2022) and following up on a recent reflection (Ferrari 2022), the paper explores the linguistic characteristics of easy language and its implications for textuality, often sacrificed for the sake of readibility and comprehensibility. However, is this really a necessary sacrifice? With this question in mind, easy language guidelines for languages other than Italian are scrutinized to draw out their stance toward textual phenomena and studies on reading comprehension are reviewed to find hints on the link between textuality and reading comprehension for poor readers. Finally, based on the results, relevant textual structures and phenomena are listed for future experiments regarding textuality in easy texts

Die Geschichte der deutsch-italienischen Verfassungsrechts Kolloquien (1977–2024)
No full textSeit 1977 trifft sich regelmäßig ein enger Kreis von Professorinnen und Professoren des öffentlichen Rechts aus Italien und Deutschland. Ziel dieser Treffen ist es, Themen von gemeinsamem Interesse zu diskutieren. Aus jedem Land nehmen circa zehn bis fünfzehn Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler teil.
Die Gruppe wurde von Sabino Cassese und Roman Schnur mit dem Ziel gegründet, „ausgehend vom Scheitern der beiden Diktaturen und der gemeinsamen Verfassungserfahrung [...] die Kontakte zwischen den beiden Kulturen wiederherzustellen und aus dem Vergleich zu lernen“ . Dabei soll auch die Entwicklung bilateraler Kontakte zwischen den Teilnehmern gefördert werden.
Die Treffen finden alle zwei bis drei Jahre statt und werden abwechselnd in Italien und Deutschland abgehalten. Während der Kolloquien spricht jeder in der eigenen Sprache, sodass zumindest passive Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache erforderlich sind. Eine Simultanübersetzung wird jedoch ebenfalls angeboten.
Auf deutscher Seite übernahm zunächst Christian Tomuschat die Rolle des nationalen Koordinators, ihm folgten Peter Badura, Erhard Denninger, Peter M. Huber und Armin von Bogdandy. Derzeit bekleidet Ferdinand Wollenschläger diese Funktion.
Auf italienischer Seite wurde die Rolle des nationalen Koordinators zunächst vom Gründer Sabino Cassese übernommen. Ihm folgten Giacinto della Cananea und Luca De Lucia. Derzeit hat Angela Ferrari Zumbini diese Aufgabe inne
