HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN TEMAN SEBAYA DENGAN TINGKAT ANSIETAS PADA MAHASISWA TINGKAT PERTAMA
No full textPendahuluan: Mahasiswa pada jenjang awal perkuliahan sedang berada dalam fase peralihan dari pendidikan menengah menuju perguruan tinggi, yang kerap menimbulkan tekanan psikologis. Adaptasi terhadap lingkungan akademik dan sosial yang baru dapat menimbulkan kecemasan atau ansietas. Salah satu bentuk dukungan yang dianggap mampu mereduksi tingkat ansietas tersebut adalah dukungan dari teman sebaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengidentifikasi adanya hubungan antara dukungan teman sebaya dan tingkat ansietas pada mahasiswa tingkat pertama di STIKes RS Husada. Metode: Penelitian ini dirancang dengan desain kuantitatif melalui pendekatan potong lintang (cross-sectional). Penelitian ini melibatkan populasi seluruh mahasiswa tingkat pertama yang berjumlah 114 orang. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik simple random sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 101 responden. Penelitian ini menetapkan dukungan teman sebaya sebagai variabel independen, dan tingkat ansietas sebagai variabel dependen. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan dua jenis kuesioner, yaitu kuesioner dukungan teman sebaya dan kuesioner tingkat ansietas. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil: Temuan penelitian ini mengindikasikan adanya korelasi yang bermakna secara statistik antara dukungan teman sebaya dan tingkat ansietas (p < 0,001), dengan koefisien korelasi senilai r = -0,610. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin besar dukungan emosional yang berasal dari teman sebaya, maka kecenderungan mengalami ansietas menjadi lebih rendah. Simpulan: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan dari teman sebaya berperan signifikan dalam membantu mahasiswa menghadapi ansietas pada awal masa perkuliahan. Meningkatkan kualitas interaksi sosial yang positif antar mahasiswa dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu upaya dalam menunjang kesehatan mental mahasiswa baru
Author Compliance in Following OJS Information in The Field of Science Communication in Indonesia
No full textThis study aims to test the theory proposed by D. Cuilier (2010) that compliance gaining has a correlation with the availability of information access. In this study, hypothesis testing is done on the phenomenon of influence between the availability of information in open journals system in the field of science communication in Indonesia to the compliance of the author. In order to fulfill the important elements of the implementation of Tri Dharma (Three Pillars of Higher Education), lectures need a means for scientific dissemination. On the other hand, the managers of scientific journals, as well as the managers of scientific journals in the field of communication science studies in Indonesia incorporated in APJIKI (Association of Publishers Journal of Communication Science Indonesia), seeks to manage the existence of the issue by maintaining the quantity and quality of incoming scientific articles. The main problem in the process of review of scientific articles is the authors' compliance with the style guide of scientific journal. The availability of information regarding to the provisions of the writing of scientific journals provided on the online page should be responded by the applicant's compliance during the preparation of a scientific article. The influence between the two variables is tested by quantitative research approach in positivistic paradigm, based on the concept of information availability from Mark Burgin and the concept of Robert Cialdini about the writer's compliance in obeying the style guide of scientific journal. This study has been done to 42 respondents who can be said to represent the manager of communication science journals in Indonesia. The study showed that H₀ rejected and H₁ accepted, which means that there is a significant influence of the availability variable of OJS style guide information towards the compliance of the writer of 13.10%, while the other 86.9% was influenced by other factors that can be used as a further research studies

In Silico Interaction Study of the Hydrazine Compound as an Antibody Drug Conjugate Linker Against Pertuzumab
No full textBreast cancer can be initiated, one way or another, by overexpression of the HER-2 protein which can induce dimerization, resulting in metastasis in breast cancer cells. Pertuzumab is one of the methods used to treat metastatic breast cancer that is breast cancer cells that the cancer has spread to other parts of the body. Hydrazine is something hydro nitrogen compounds that has the formula N2H4 molecule. The hydrazine compound has chemical characteristics as a strong reducing agent because hydrazine plays a role as donor group hydrogen can reduce double bonds into single bonds through reaction hydrogenation. Research purposes This is o see the bond between Hydrazine as a linker with pertuzumab as an antibody for development of Antibody Drug Conjugate in silico with molecular docking. The docking method is used to know the conformation and free energy ties involved in the interaction between molecule (pertuzumab) and its ligand (hydrazine). In silico molecular docking was carried out with a number of stages such as ligand preparation, preparation of macromolecules, validation molecular docking method, docking hydrazine with pertuzumab protein and intermediate data analysis optimized hydrazine compound with which pertuzumab protein the lower mark energy bond so the stronger and stable the bond that occurs between hydrazine compound and pertuzumab protein . Obtained the result of docking is in the form of binding affinity from the results of addition of pertuzumab protein with the hydrazine ligand which is -6.8 which shows conformation formed stable or does not require great energy To do binding. Visualization results from complex molecule hydrazine compound against pertuzumab protein own identical confirmation on the part side active binding from pertuzumab protein macromolecules . The hydrazine compound can be bonded with pertuzumab and has potential as a new drug development in the targeting antibody drug conjugate breast cancer
