Surabaya Smart Subway Development as an Alternative Mode in Ahmad Yani Corridor Surabaya by TOD Concept Application
AbstractOne of the phenomenon occured nowadays is the population increase. With the population raising, it will also be followed by the demand increase for transportation services. Along the corridor Ahmad Yani Surabaya evolve a linear region of Central Business District. Congestion in Jalan Ahmad Yani Surabaya according to data from a survey of Surabaya Transportation Agency in 2014, the average speed on Ahmad Yani corridor to various destinations around the connecting road only between 29.22 to 31.70km/h. Congestion that occurs in peak hours was caused partly by high mobility, the volume of vehicles that do not fit with the capacity of the road, private car use too much, as well as the railway crossing which cause delays. Surabaya Smart Subway is the concept brought as an alternative modes of mass transportation with Transit Oriented Development theory application in Jl. Ahmad Yani in order to create a smart mobility paradigm
Analisis Hubungan Kecepatan dan Kecelakaan Lalu lintas pada Jalan Ahmad Yani dan Jalan Diponegoro
Jalan Ahmad Yani dan Jalan Diponegoro Kota Surabaya merupakan ruas jalan dengan tingkat kecelakaan lalu lintas yang tinggi dikota Surabaya (Adewira, 2017). Jalan Ahmad Yani yang terletak di ujung selatan Kota Surabaya merupakan jalan raya yang menjadi prasarana keluar masuknya kendaraan dari atau ke Kota Surabaya. Jalan Diponegoro Kota Surabaya merupakan salah satu akses yang menghubungkan antara Surabaya bagian selatan dengan Surabaya bagian barat. Padatnya lalu lintas serta kondisi eksisting jalan yang cukup lebar dan mengakibatkan pengendara memacu kendaraan melebihi ambang batas kecepatan dan menyebabkan tingginya kecelakaan lalu lintas (Pandia, 2018). Jumlah kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas di kedua ruas jalan tersebut semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya (Polrestabes Surabaya, 2018). Belum diketahui pasti titik paling rawan terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas dan faktor apa saja yang menjadi penyebab kecelakaan lalu lintas pada Jalan Ahmad Yani dan Jalan Diponegoro Kota Surabaya, maka perlu adanya analisis hubungan kecepatan dan kecelakaan lalu lintas pada kedua ruas jalan tersebut.
Dalam melakukan analisis hubungan kecepatan dengan kecelakaan lalu lintas pada kedua ruas jalan tersebut, tahapan yang dilakukan meliputi pengumpulan data sekunder kecelakaan lalu lintas, analisa lalu lintas, analisis tingkat kecelakaan dan angka ekuivalen kecelakaan sesuai Pd T -09-2004-B, analisis daerah rawan kecelakaan menggunakan metode cumulative summary, survey kecepatan kendaraan pada daerah rawan kecelakaan, analisis distribusi kecepatan perjenis kendaraan sesuai dengan uji normalitas serta uji hipotesis kecepatan kendaraan di daerah rawan kecelakaan yang melebihi kecepatan maksimal dapat menimbulkan kecelakaan lalu lintas pada Jalan Ahmad Yani dan Jalan Diponegoro Kota Surabaya.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis klasifikasi kecelakaan tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2017, hari aktif (senin dan kamis), pukul >06.00-12.00, sepeda motor sebagai penyebab dan luka ringan sebagai korban tertinggi. Pemeringkatan analisis tingkat kecelakaan, tingkat fatalitas, angka ekivalen kecelakaan dan cummulative summary menyimpulkan bahwa STA 0+300–STA 0+400 Jalan Ahmad Yani Sisi Barat, STA 0+800–STA 0+900 Jalan Ahmad Yani Sisi Timur, STA 0+500–STA 0+600 Jalan Diponegoro Sisi Barat, STA 0+900–STA-1+000 Jalan Diponegoro Sisi Timur, dan Diponegoro-Sutomo simpang empat menjadi daerah rawan kecelakaan. Kecepatan kendaraan untuk semua jenis kendaraan pada daerah rawan kecelakaan secara statistik terdistribusi normal dan Berdasarkan kesimpulan pada pengujian hipotesis kecepatan kendaraan untuk semua jenis kendaraan pada daerah rawan kecelakaan secara statistik menyatakan bahwa kecepatan kendaraan yang melintasi daerah rawan kecelakaan melebihi batas regulasi yaitu 40 km/jam.

This study was carried out on a bedsheet Soraya Ahmad Yani PekanbaruBranch, with the aim to determine the quality of service and its influence on customerloyalty sewing services Soraya Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru Branch bedsheet. Thepopulation in this study are customers Soraya bedsheet. By using the samplingtechniques population research, obtained thirty-three samples. Methods andquantitative descriptive performed using simple regression testing techniques.The results showed that the quality provided by Soraya Ahmad YaniPekanbaru Branch bedsheet quite satisfactory, and customer loyalty high enough toSoraya bedsheet. Mitigation of NPF Risk Management in Financing People’s Business Loans at The Indonesian Islamic Bank Ahmad Yani Branch Sidoarjo: Mitigasi Manajemen Resiko NPF pada Pembiayaan KUR di BSI KCP Ahmad Yani Sidoarjo
This study aims to explain how Islamic banks implement and overcome the various risks they face, such as the NPF risk that arises in KUR financing, where financing is one of the causes of a decline in the function of Islamic banks. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with secondary and primary data collection through interviews with several parties of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Ahmad Yani Sidoarjo. Based on the results of interviews conducted by the author, the results obtained were that BSI KCP Ahmad Yani Sidoarjo carried out the first 3 mitigations, namely by giving a warning to customers, restructuring or extending payment terms, and selling assets. With the mitigation owned by BSI KCP Ahmad Yani Sidoarjo, the bank is able to prevent or even overcome the occurrence of NPF at the bank
BIST’TE ANA METAL SANAYİ ENDEKSİNDE FAALİYET GÖSTEREN İŞLETMELERİN FİNANSAL PERFORMANS ÖLÇÜMÜ: 2011-2015 DÖNEMİ
Bir işletmenin varlığını devam ettirebilmesi ve büyümesi rakipleriyle mücadele edebilme yeteneğine, yani rekabet gücüne bağlıdır. İşletmenin rekabet gücünün sağlıklı biçimde tespit edilebilmesi de söz konusu işletmenin finansal performansının ölçülmesi ve analiz edilmesi ile gerçekleşmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, BIST Ana Metal Endeksinde (XMANA) yer alan işletmelerin finansal performanslarının değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışmanın uygulamasında BIST Ana Metal Endeksinde yer alan firmaların likidite oranları, faaliyet oranları, finansal yapı, kârlılık ve borsa-performans oranlarından sık kullanılan oranlar belirlenerek TOPSİS Analizi ile karşılaştırma yapılmıştır. Uygulanan analiz sonucunda sektörde faaliyet gösteren firmaların finansal performanslarının farklılık gösterdiği ve işletmelerin 2011-2015 dönemleri arasında performanslarında değişkenlik olduğu görülmüştür.

Mitolojik Ana Tasavvuru Bağlamında Toprak
Türk mitolojisinde kozmogonik tasarım; gök, yer ve yeraltı olmak üzere üç katmanlı olarak düşünülmüştür. Sözü edilen her bir katman, iyi ve kötü kavramlarıyla anlamlandırılmıştır. Bu düşünceye göre, gök, tanrısal mekân olarak iyiliği/aydınlığı; yeraltı ise Tanrı tarafından cezalandırılan Erlik mekânını yani kötülüğü/karanlığı temsil etmektedir. Yeryüzü ise hem iyi hem de kötüye meyilli olan kişioğlunun yaşadığı alanı simgelemektedir. Yeryüzünün merkez simgesi ise topraktır. Toprağın kutsallığı, yer ile gök arasında dünya ekseni (axis mundi) vazifesi gören ağaç, dağ gibi birçok unsura, tıpkı bir annenin bebeğini karnında taşıması gibi, yaşam alanı sağlaması düşüncesinden gelmektedir. Dolayısıyla toprak, üretici, bereket verici olarak tasarımlanmıştır. Toprak farklı kültürlerde üzerinde yaşanan mekân olmasının yanında hayat verici ve besleyici özellikleriyle anne merkezli simgesel anlatımın önemli bir unsuru olmuştur. Diğer birçok toplumda görüldüğü gibi, Türk toplum ve kültür hayatında da toprağın ana olarak algılanması, çoban kültüründe otlaklara olan gereksinimden; tarım kültüründe ise toprağa olan ekonomik bağlılık ihtiyacından kaynaklanmaktadır. Çalışmada, mitolojik ana algısının, Türk mitik tasarımından beslenen sözlü folklor ürünlerindeki işlevsel konumu üzerine bir değerlendirme yapılması planlanmaktadır

Implementasi kurikulum berbasis kompetensi bidang studi Pendidikan Agama Islam : Studi kasus di MTs Ahmad Yani Jabung Malang
ABSTRAK
Kurikulum berbasis kompetensi secara nasional telah di terapkan oleh pemerintah mulai tahun ajaran 2004, namun pada realitas di lapangan berbeda hal ini karena banyak sekolah yang belum siap untuk melaksanakan kurikulum tersebut. Ketidak siapan sekolah dalam melaksanakan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi tersebut terkait dengan berbagai kekurangan / kelemahan sekolah dalam hal sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai untuk menyelenggarakan proses belajar mengajar yang sesuai dengan karakteristik yang ada dalam kurikulum berbasis kompetensi serta sumber dana yang kurang memadai. Oleh karena itu terkait dengan di terapkanya kurikulum berbasis kompetensi tersebut, penulis ingin mengetahui secara kongkrit di lapangan pelaksanaan KBK pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam (KBK PAI), dalam hal ini Guru PAI.
Lembaga pendidikan yang di jadikan obyek penelitian skripsi oleh penulis adalah Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Ahmad Yani Jabung dengan mengambil judul " Implementasi Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi Bidang Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam (Studi Kasus di MTs Ahmad Yani Jabung Malang)." Adapun rumusan masalah yang di bahas dalam skripsi ini adalah; Pertama, guru bidang studi pendidikan agama Islam dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi pendidikan agama Islam (KBK PAI) di madrasah tsanawiyah ahmad yani jabung malang. Kedua, kendala-kendala yang di hadapi guru bidang studi pendidikan agama Islam dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi pendidikan agama Islam (KBK PAI) di madrasah tsanawiyah ahmad yani jabung malang. Ketiga, upaya yang di lakukan guru bidang studi pendidikan agama Islam dalam mengatasi kendala yang di hadapi dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi pendidikan agama Islam (KBK PAI) di madrasah tsanawiyah ahmad yani jabung malang.
Jenis penelitian dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah termasuk dalam penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, adapun metode yang di gunakan dalam pengumpulan data terkait dengan rumusan masalah di atas memakai metode interview dan observasi sebagai sumber data utama dan metode dokumentasi sebagai sumber data tambahan. Sebagai alat analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan keadaan obyek penelitian yang ada di lapangan sesuai dengan rumusan masalah di atas.
Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini dapat penulis simpulkan sebagaimana berikut; Terkait dengan di terapkanya kurikulum berbasis kompetensi berdampak pada peningkatan penyelenggaraan pendidikan, baik dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM), Meningkatnya kinerja manajemen (TU), dan meningkatnya hubungan yang di jalin dengan masyarakat (Stake holder). Adanya peningkatan ini tidak terlepas dari upaya yang di lakukan sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan KBK, misalnya dengan mengadakan studi banding ke MtsN Malang I dan Mts Al–Ma'arif I Singosari dan Mts Al–Ma'arif I Lawang serta mengadakan work shop tentang KBK.
Guru PAI yang merupakan ujung tombak dalam pelaksanaan KBK PAI,telah berupaya dengan maksimal dalam mengimplementasikan KBK PAI tersebut dalam proses belajar mengajar, dalam hal ini sebelum proses belajar mengajar guru telah membuat perangkat pengajaran seperti prota, promes dan rencana pengajaran yang terdiri dari pembuatan silabus, pemakaian metode pengajaran yang bervariasi, pendekatan yang di gunakan dalam KBM serta memakai evaluasi berbasis kelas. Khusus dalam evaluasi berbasis kelas tersebut sekolah membentuk biro pengendali mutu berbasis komputer di mana nilai yang di laporkan adalah nilai murni baik pada wali murid maupun terhadap yayasan. Guru PAI dalam melaksanakan KBK PAI tersebut tidak terlepas dari kendala–kendala yang dapat penulis uaraikan sebagaimana berikut; Tidak meratanya dasar kemampuan siswa dalam baca tulis Al-Qur'an. Belum stabilnya jumlah siswa yang masuk ke madarasah. Kurangnya alokasi waktu. Kurangnya media pembelajaran. Sistem evaluasi. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi Kendala–kendala tersebut adalah sebagai mana berikut; Melakukan pendekatan individu. Memakai metode yang bervariasai dalam mengajar. Memaksimalkan media pembelajaran yang ada. Menurunkan jumlah siswa dalam satu rombongan belajar.
ABSTRACT
Competence-based curriculum has been nationally established by the government since education year of 2004. However, the reality in the world is different because many schools are not ready to implement this curriculum. Lack of school readiness to implement competence-based curriculum is also related to any school weaknesses such as lack of human resource and less reliable structure and infrastructure to organize the learning-teaching process based on characteristic and principle in the competence-based curriculum and in the less reliable fund source. Therefore, related to the implementation of competencebased curriculum, the author attempts to understand concretely the implementation of competence-based curriculum in Islam Education Study.
Education agency which is used as the object of research by the author is Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) of Ahmad Yani Malang. Title of research is “The Implementation of Competence-Based Curriculum of Islam Education Study Field (A Case Study at MTs Ahmad Yani Jabung, Malang)”. Problems formulated in this final paper are: First, How is the implementation of competence-based curriculum in Islam Education Study Field at MTs Ahmad Yani Malang? Second, What the barrier is against the implementation of competence-based curriculum of Islam Education Study Field at MTs Ahmad Yani Malang? Third, What the effort is taken to deal with the barrier of the competence-based curriculum of Islam Education Study Field at MTs Ahmad Yani Malang?
Research type in this final paper is a case study research with qualitative descriptive research. Data collection methods are interview and observation for main data sources, while documentation is used to collect additional data sources. Data analysis tool is qualitative descriptive analysis which is aimed at describing the object of research in the field based on problem formulation Result of research indicates that:The implementation of competence-based curriculum of Islam Education Study Field at MTs Ahmad Yani Malang is quite good because the teachers of Islam Education Study Field have prepared themselves before conducting the learning-teaching process by doing several actions such as:(a) making a teaching plan including annual program, semester program, and monthly teaching plan, (b) preparing syllabus based on competencebased curriculum of Islam Education Study Field, (c) using various methods and approaches in the teaching-learning process, and (d) using class-based assessment as a tool to evaluate the outcome of teaching-learning. It is indeed that MTs Ahmad Yani Malang has implemented competence-based curriculum of Islam Education Study Field based on the principles and characteristics of competence-based curriculum. Specific strategies are used by MTs Ahmad Yani Malang to implement competence-based curriculum, such as: First, it may be important to establish computer-based quality control agency for the assessment and the reporting of value because this quality control agency can improve teacher professionalism. Second, based on school vision to achieve the leading capacity in science and language, the school is required to commemorate language day as explained by the author in Chapter IV.
Barriers faced by Islam Education Study Field teachers during the implementation of competence-based curriculum of Islam Education Study Field: (a) the uneven distribution of Al Qur’an read-write competence, (b) the lack of stability of the students who enroll into MTs Ahmad Yani Malang, (c) limited timing allocation, (d) unreliable learning media in teaching-learning process, and (e) the difficulty to apply classbased evaluation system.
Islam Education Study Field teachers have taken several efforts to deal with the barriers against the implementation of competence-based curriculum of Islam Education Study Field at MTs Ahmad Yani Malang, and these efforts include: (a) individual approach, (b) the use of various methods in teaching, (c) maximizing the existing learning media, and (d)reducing the number of students in learning group
Directing analysis of the drama "Ana Hanım Kız Hanım"
Ana hanım kız hanım adlı bu oyunun sahneye konma aşamasında sahnenin üstündeki oynanan oyunun yani seyirci tarafından izlenen ve süresi sadece iki saat süren oyunun masa arkası diye tabir ettiğimiz aşamasının tamamı bu çalışmanın içindedir. Çalışmada bir oyunun sahnelenmesi için gerekli olan her şey ele alınmıştır. Tabii ki yazarda ele alınarak çalışmaya dâhil edilmiştir. Yaşamı, hayatı, eserleri gibi. Oyunun sahneye konması sırasında kostüm düzeninden, ışık planına müziklerin notaya dökülmesinde hemen hemen her aşamada reji ekibinin bir arada olup çalışmanın bir ekip işi olarak ortaya çıkması en önemli aşamadır. Gerek oyuncular gerekse teknik ekip olsun herkesin içinde olduğu ve son güne yani prömiyer gününe kadar çalışmanın bitmediği bir süreçtir. Bu tezin içerisinde hepsinden bahsetmeye çalıştım. Oyun bir Türk oyunu olduğu için tabii ki Türk Tiyatrosu'ndan bahsetmek gerekiyordu. Türk Tiyatrosuna Bir Bakış başlığı altında kısaca bahsettik. Konu olarak daha çok köylerde geçen bir olay olduğu için oyunun her yerde oynana bilir olarak düşünülmesi (köy meydanları gibi) tasarlanıp dekorunun ona göre planlanmasını reji aşamasının dekor planlanması bölümünde ele aldık. Sonuç olarak bir oyunun sahneye konması ve bunun masa arkası çalışmasının tamamının bir ürünü olarak bu tezi hazırladık. Everything necessary for staging of a scene has been examined in the study. Of course, the author has been included into the study e.g. his life and works. The most important step during the process to put a scene on stage is that to work as a team in order to direct a teamwork, in almost all parts like costume scheme, lighting plan and creation of a music from the notations, etc. It is such a process that both the actors and techincal team should be a part of the study until the last day of the process which is called as premier day. I tried to mention them all in this thesis. It was essential to mention Turkish Theatre since the drama was a Turkish one. So ıt was mentioned briefly undar the title of ?An Overview of the Turkish Theatre?. The planning of the decor appropriately for acting anywhere (such as rural areas) since the topic of the drama was picked from a rural life, decor was examined in the planning phase of the decor in the directing step.
