Lidando com os falsos amigos: um estudo com base em análise de livros didáticos e em corpus linguístico
No full textDissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro de Comunicação e Expressão, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Estudos da Tradução, Florianópolis, 2012A presente pesquisa tem o propósito de identificar e coletar falsos amigos em catorze coleções de livros didáticos para ensino de espanhol a brasileiros, publicadas entre 2001 e 2011 e amplamente utilizadas no país. O objetivo desta pesquisa é examinar o tratamento dado aos falsos amigos nesses livros, a fim de verificar se este é adequado em função das necessidades de uso desses vocábulos, bem como contribuir para as reflexões referentes à delimitação da nominata do Dicionário Bilíngue de Falsos Amigos, que está sendo elaborado pelo Grupo de Pesquisa do CNPq, Dicionários Contrastivos Português-Espanhol. A justificativa para a escolha do livro didático para ensino de espanhol como objeto de estudo é o fato de este ser a base da maior parte dos contextos de ensino de línguas estrangeiras. Norteiam a pesquisa cinco perguntas: 1. Qual a ocorrência de cada falso amigo dentro de cada coleção? 2. Qual a ocorrência de cada falso amigo em todas as coleções? 3. Quais os falsos amigos mais recorrentes em todas as coleções? 4. Qual o ocorrência de cada falso amigo no CREA? 5. Em quais contextos os falsos amigos selecionados aparecem? Para responder a estas perguntas, a metodologia aplicada na pesquisa consiste em verificar a frequência de uso dos falsos amigos encontrados nos livros didáticos e no #Corpus de Referencia del Español Actual# (CREA), verificando se sua seleção se baseia no número de ocorrências - frequência. Este trabalho integra as reflexões desenvolvidas em torno do subprojeto de pesquisa #Parâmetros para a elaboração de um dicionário de falsos amigos na direção portuguêsespanhol# (DiFAPE), que vem sendo desenvolvido na Universidade Federal da Santa Catarina, sob a coordenação da Prof.ª Dr.ª Adja Balbino de Amorim Barbieri Durão. Neste projeto, o livro didático serviu como um dos filtros para a seleção dos lemas que farão parte do dicionário que está sendo produzido, de modo que, sendo coerente com esse filtro, toma-se o livro didático como fonte dos falsos amigos a serem cotejados com a informação a ser extraída do Corpus CREA. Este trabalho foi dividido em sete capítulos: no primeiro deles, faz-se uma breve revisão de estudos sobre aquisição de línguas estrangeiras e aquisição do vocabulário/léxico; no segundo, revisa-se estudos sobre falsos amigos, examinando as diversas terminologias, características e a classificação; no terceiro capítulo, discutem-se as contribuições da Linguística contrastiva, apresentando a descrição do modelo de Análise contrastiva, além de uma breve revisão dos conceitos de transferência, interferência e interlíngua; no quarto, apresenta-se um histórico da Linguística de corpus, expondo seus conceitos, noções e procedimentos do trabalho com corpora; no quinto, explica-se a metodologia e apresenta-se a ferramenta do nosso trabalho; no sexto capítulo, expõe-se a análise dos dados, apresentando as tabelas e listas que contém os falsos amigos selecionados e os resultados obtidos no CREA; no sétimo, discutem-se os resultados da pesquisa.Resumen : La presente investigación tiene el propósito de identificar y colectar falsos amigos en catorce colecciones de libros didácticos para enseñanza de español a brasileños, publicadas entre 2001 y 2011 y utilizadas de manera amplia en el país. El objetivo de esta investigación es examinar el tratamiento dado a los falsos amigos en esos libros, para verificar si él es adecuado en función de las necesidades de uso de esos vocablos, así como contribuir para las reflexiones referentes a la delimitación de la nominata del Dicionário Bilíngue de Falsos Amigos, que está siendo elaborado por el Grupo de Investigación del CNPq, Dicionários Contrastivos Português-Espanhol. La justificativa para la elección del libro didáctico para enseñanza de español como objeto de estudio es el hecho de este ser la base de la mayoría de los contextos de enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras. Cinco preguntas guían la investigación: 1. ¿Cual la incidencia de cada falso amigo dentro de cada colección? 2. ¿Cual la incidencia de cada falso amigo en todas las colecciones? 3. ¿Cuales son los falsos amigos con más incidencia en todas las colecciones? 4. ¿Cual la incidencia de cada falso amigo en el CREA? 5. ¿En cuales contextos aparecen los falsos amigos seleccionados? Para responder a estas preguntas, la metodología aplicada en la investigación consiste en verificar la incidencia de uso de los falsos amigos encontrados en los libros didácticos y en el #Corpus de Referencia del Español Actual# (CREA), verificando si su selección se basa en el número de incidencia - frecuencia. Este trabajo integra las reflexiones desarrolladas en torno al subproyecto de investigación #Parâmetros para a elaboração de um dicionário de falsos amigos na direção português-espanhol# (DiFAPE), que viene siendo desarrollado en la Universidad Federal da Santa Catarina, bajo la coordinación de la Prof.ª Dr.ª Adja Balbino de Amorim Barbieri Durão. En este proyecto, el libro didáctico sirvió como uno de los filtros para la selección de los lemas que formarán parte del diccionario que está siendo producido, de modo que, siendo coherente con ese filtro, se toma el libro didáctico como fuente de los falsos amigos que serán cotejados con la información a ser extraída del Corpus CREA. Este trabajo fue dividido en siete capítulos: en el primer, se hace una breve revisión de estudios acerca de adquisición de lenguas extranjeras y adquisición del vocabulario/léxico; en el segundo, se revisa estudios relativos a los falsos amigos, examinando las diversas terminologías, características y la clasificación; en el tercer capítulo, se discuten las contribuciones de la Lingüística contrastiva, presentando la descripción del modelo de Análisis contrastivo, además de una breve revisión de los conceptos de transferencia, interferencia e interlengua; en el cuarto, se presenta un histórico de la Lingüística de corpus, exponiendo sus conceptos, nociones y procedimientos del trabajo con corpora; en el quinto, se explica la metodología y se presenta la herramienta de nuestro trabajo; en el sexto capítulo, se expone el análisis de los datos, presentando las tablas y listas que contienen los falsos amigos seleccionados y los resultados obtenidos en el CREA; en el séptimo, se discuten los resultados de la investigación

The Introduction analyses how Weil's concept of superposed reading provides a new method of approaching both O'Connor, her writings, and O'Connor
studies, and focuses on how such apparently different women interconnect. Chapter One explores how both Weil and O'Connor attempt to write their theologies on the
souls of their readers yet are each subject to constraints imposed by form. Weil's concept of locating equilibrium between incommensurates is discussed, and her
distinctively philosophical approach to fictions and fictionality is used to investigate O'Connor's notion of prophetic fictions and the writer's role. No full textThe recently enacted reform of German federalism is supposed to make legislation faster, more efficient and better. To what extent are these expectations justified? In order to assess the likely effects of the reform, this study uses a research design that was recently applied by the Research and Reference Services of the German Bundestag (parliament): we estimate the future effects of the reform by analyzing the impact it would have had on the legislation in the 14th and 15th term of the Bundestag if it had already been been in force at that time. In particular we ask: To what extent would the number of laws requiring the consent of the states' chamber, the Bundesrat, have been reduced? Which type of laws would have been affected by this reduction - the more controversial ones, or the less controversial ones? Which policy sectors would have seen the greatest reduction? How much would the reduction have increased the government's capacity to act effectively? Would the legislative process have been accelerated? -- Die verabschiedete Föderalismusreform soll die Gesetzgebung in Deutschland schneller, effizienter und besser machen. Inwiefern sind diese Erwartungen berechtigt? Zur Abschätzung der Reformfolgen auf die Bundesgesetzgebung folgen wir in dem vorliegenden Working Paper einer Vorgehensweise, die der Wissenschaftliche Dienst des Bundestages kürzlich in einer Studie angewandt hat: Die Auswirkungen der Föderalismusreform insbesondere auf die Zustimmungspflicht werden anhand der Gesetzgebung der 14. und 15. Legislaturperiode untersucht. Wir fragen insbesondere: Wie stark hätte sich der Anteil der Zustimmungsgesetze verringert, wenn die neuen Zustimmungsregeln schon in diesen beiden Legislaturperioden gegolten hätten? Wären eher zwischen Regierung strittige oder unstrittige Gesetze von der Zustimmungspflicht befreit worden? Welche Politikbereiche wären betroffen? Wie sehr hätte sich die politische Handlungsfreiheit der Bundesregierung erhöht? Wäre die Gesetzgebung durch die veränderten Zustimmungsregeln beschleunigt worden?

Jako klucz do interpretacji i zrozumienia ofiary Weil, autorka analizuje myśl Emmanuela Levinasa oraz Józefa Tischnera.The author interprets the sacrifice that Simone Weil filed with itself. The main point of the present article is the assumption that the sacrifice Simone Weil was the most important idea of her life. A thought about the victim is portraying the article in the life and letters of the intellectual, as well as is portraying analogies which are shedding new light on the Weil victim.
