RNDr. Roman Barták Ph.D., KTIML Abstrakt: Optimalizace pracovních sil se zabývá udržováním produktivity pracovní síly například v nemocnicích, či dopravních společnostech. Zahrnuje problém rozhodování o nutnosti použití jednotlivých dovedností v každém okamžiku, stejně jako rozhodování o množství vyžadovaného personálu. Po těchto rozhodnutí následuje řešení problému alokování určitých zaměstnanců ke směnám za současného plnění požadavků na dovednosti ale i jiných omezení odvozených z na příklad právních regulací, odborových dohod a vlastních preferencí. Tato práce se zabývá optimalizací pracovních sil, tedy optimálním nasazením personálu na směny za účelem pokrytí požadavků na zdroje, které se mění v čase. V této práci je řešený problém detailně rozebrán, popsán a namodelován jako problém celočíselného programování. Jsou zde prezentovány detaily o implementaci a vyčerpávající analýza a experimenty s instancí problém z praxe za účelem prokázání naplnění cílů, které si práce klade. RNDr. Roman Barták Ph.D., KTIML Abstract: Workforce management deals with the problem of maintaining productive workforce for example in call centers, hospitals, transportation companies etc. It includes the problem of deciding which skills are necessarily at each given time and how many personnel with given skills is required. These decisions are followed by solving the problem of allocating particular employees to shifts while satisfying the skill demands but also other constraints derived for example from law regulations, trade unions agreements, and individual preferences. This thesis deals with workforce optimization, that is with the optimal assignment of personnel to shifts in order to cover the demand for resources that vary over time. In this paper the solved problem is described in all detail and modeled as mixed integer program. Implementation details are presented and exhaustive analysis and experiments on a real life problem instance are performed to assure that the aims of the work have been met. Inclusion of rotor moments in scaled wave tank test of a floating wind turbine using SiL hybrid method
The hybrid testing method developed by CENER for floating wind turbine scaled tests combining wind and waves (SIL) has been upgraded in order to introduce not only the wind turbine rotor thrust, but also the out-of-plane rotor moments (aerodynamic and gyroscopic). The former ducted-fan has been substituted by a multi-propellers actuator system. The new system has been completely developed, calibrated and used on a test campaign carried out at MARIN's Concept Basin. It was installed on a 1/50 scaled model of the DeepCwind 5MW semisubmersible turbine built by MARIN within the EU MARINET2/Call No.3 under ACTFLOW project framework. The control strategy of the floating turbine was developed by POLIMI and TUDELFT and integrated into the SIL numerical model. The experiment has proved a good behaviour of the enhanced SiL method. It has revealed that the relative importance of gyroscopic moments is low in comparison with the aerodynamic rotor moments in the considered cases. The results also show how rotor moments are particularly important in the floating turbine dynamics in cases with large rotor load imbalances such as situations where one blade fails to pitch.Team Jan-Willem van Wingerde

Pembuatan dioda S1L (Semikonduktor Isolator Logam) telah dilakukan, untuk dipelajari karakteristik arus tegangan (I-V) dan hasilnya dibandingkan dengan karakteristik arus tegangan (I-V) dioda persambungan p-n dan dioda Schottky. Komposisi dioda ini terdiri dari logam Ag (Perak), Cu (Tembaga), Al (Alumunium) sebagai elektroda, bahan organik Toluena sebagai Isolator, silikon tipe-n atau tipe-p sebagai Semikonduktor dan 16gatn Al (Alumunium) sebagai kontak ohmik. Dioda SIL yang telah dibuat . adalah Ag/ToluenalSi-n/A1, Cu/Toluena/Si-n/AI, Al/Toluena/Si-n/AI, . Ag/Toluena/Si-p/AI, Cu/Toluena/Si-p/A1 dan Al/Toluena/Si¬p/Al.
Metode polimerisasi plasma untuk pendeposisian isolator dan metode evaporasi hampa untuk pelapisan logam telah digunakan pada pembuatan dioda SIL ini.
Untuk semikonduktor :tipe p, karakteristik anus tegangan (I-V) dioda SIL menghasilkan tegangan potorig-masuk (cut-in voltage) antara 0,8 — 1,0 volt dan tegangan dadal (breakdown voltage) antara 120 — 180 volt. Untuk semikonduktor tipe n, karakteristik arus tegangan (I-V) dioda SIL menghasilkan tegangan potong masuk (cut-in voltage) antara 1,1 — 1,3 volt dan tegangan dadal (breakdown voltage) antara 200 — 240 volt. γH2AX expression as a potential biomarker differentiating between low and high grade cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions (SIL) and high risk HPV related SIL
Background: γH2AX is a protein biomarker for double-stranded DNA breakage; its expression was studied in cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions and carcinomas. Methods: Immunostaining for phospho-γH2AX was performed in sections from histologically confirmed cervical SIL and carcinomas, as well as from normal cervices used as controls. In total, 275 cases were included in the study: 112 low grade SIL (LGSIL), 99 high grade SIL (HGSIL), 24 squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), 12 adenocarcinoma and 28 cervical specimens with no essential lesions. Correlation of histological grading, high risk vs. low risk HPV virus presence, activated vs. non-activated status (by high risk HPV mRNA expression) and γH2AX expression in both basal and surface segments of the squamous epithelium was performed. Results: Gradual increase of both basal and surface γH2AX expression was noted up from normal cervices to LGSIL harboring a low risk HPV type, to LGSIL harboring a high risk virus at a non-activated state (p<0.05). Thereafter, both basal and surface γH2AX expression dropped in LGSIL harboring a high risk virus at an activated state and in HGSIL. Conclusions: γH2AX could serve as a potential biomarker discriminating between LGSIL and HGSIL, as well as between LGSIL harboring high risk HPV at an activated state. © 2017 Leventakos et al. Vloga oboroženih sil na področju zoperstavljanja terorizmu v luči dilem civilno-vojaških razmerij
Avtor izhaja iz predpostavke, da je teroristična grožnja postala sestavni del kompleksne varnosti, ki potencira tudi spremembe vloge različnih subjektov nacionalnovarnostnega sistema, med katere sodijo tudi oborožene sile. V tem okviru je še posebej pomembno opredeljevanje novih nalog in vloge oboroženih sil v sodobnih družbah na področju zoperstavljanja terorističnim grožnjam, ki se med drugim odražajo tudi v dilemah na področju civilno-vojaških razmerij. Učinkovitost delovanja oboroženih sil na področju zoperstavljanja terorizmu jev določeni meri povezana z ustreznostjo in učinkovitostjo konceptov demokratičnega nadzora nad oboroženimi silami ter varnostnim sektorjem v celoti. S primerjalno analizo zakonskih in obrambno-strateških dokumentov avtor dokazuje spremembe pri opredeljevanju nove vloge oboroženih sil Republike Slovenije ter izpostavlja dejavnike, ki bistveno učinkujejo na (ne)ustreznost mehanizmov civilno-vojaških razmerjih na področju zoperstavljanja terorizmu.The author starts from the idea that terrorist threats became an important part of the complex security environment, which also intensifies needs for changing the role of different subjects of national security system. Within this framework the definition of new roles and competences of armed forces in the modern societies is of special importance in the area of defying terroristthreats which also reflects in to dilemmas of civil-military relationship. Efficiency in operating of armed forces in the area of defying terrorism is in some way connected with suitable and effective concepts of democratic control over the armed forces and security sector as a whole. Usingthe comparative analysis of legal and strategic-defence documents the author demonstrates changes in determination of new role of armed forces in the Republic of Slovenia. He also points out some factors which importantly influence (in)adequacy of mechanisms of civil-military relationship in the area of defying terrorism

Author: Michal Kolář The Role of London Dispersion Forces in DNA structure stability: in silico experiment By means of computer simulations the role of the dispersion forces was elucidated. The free energy calculations obtained from the biased molecular dynamics and the simulations of the Dickerson's dodecamer of DNA suggested that the dispersion forces are important for the structure determination. While the overall aggregation of the DNA strands is attributed to the hydrophobic effect of the surrounding water, the particular conformation of the DNA, i.e. double helix, is claimed to be stabilised by London dispersion forces. These conclusions are with agreement with the previous theories.
