    Islamic Education Teacher Communication Strategy in Increasing Students 'Learning Interest Amiruddin Amiruddin Nurdin Nurdin Moh. Ali This paper discusses the forms of academic communication of Islamic religious education teachers in Improving Student Learning Interest in Limua Dapurang Elementary School, Dapurang District, Pasangkayu Regency. This study used a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction analysis, data presentation and data verification that ends with checking the validity of the data with the source triangulation method. The results showed that the forms of Academic communication of Islamic education teachers in increasing the learning interest of the students regarding interpersonal communication which includes approaching, giving advice, exemplary, and reward. Second, group communication includes explaining the material gently, decisively and attractively, motivating and increasing the activeness of students and providing habituation. The results of increasing students' interest in learning caused students doing assignment diligently, hard studying, and increase student grades. The supporting factors include the teacher's ability to communicate, a willingness of students to receive advice and the support of class teachers.     Development of Islamic Religious Education Learning Model based on Multicultural Values Amiruddin Amiruddin Askar Askar Yusra Yusra The focus of this study is to examine the design development of multicultural value-based Islamic education learning models at the high school level. This research is qualitative research. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that, the design of the development of the learning model that determined multicultural values, which were integrated in the Islamic Religious Education subject, b) syllabus, c) lesson plan, d) used the Islamic education learning model based on multicultural values, and c) conducted an assessment towards the process of learning activities, which is a follow-up to learning, the approach to developing learning models, namely the approach to justice and equality without discrimination, called cultural pluralism, which provides opportunities and freedom for all elements to show and develop their respective identities, both from language, ethnicity, religion and so on.     Improving the quality of education is the responsibility of all stake holders, especially teachers during the process of learning in the classroom. Therefore, there is a need for teacher competence development that is influenced by various factors such as the principal's efforts. Based on this, the author wants to conduct a research entitled efforts of the principal school in developing teacher competence to improve the quality of education in the Public Senior High School in Banda Aceh which aims to determine the factors that can affect, the constraints faced and the efforts of principals in developing teachers’competency to improve the quality of education at SMA Negeri Kota Banda Aceh. Population and sample in this study were all principals of Public Senior High School in Banda Aceh as many as 16 headmaster are taken as sample (total sample). This is a descriptive research method with qualitative approach. data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentaries. Data was analyzed using simple statistics that is by tabulating the data in the table, calculating frequency and percentage then drawing conclusion. The results showed that the factors that affect teachers’ competence and the quality of education is the effort of the principal, training attended by teachers; learning facilities; teaching experience, health condition and educational background. Constraints faced against pedagogical and professional competence. The principal's efforts to develop highly effective and efficient teacher competencies can be done through MGMP empowerment, academic and clinical supervision and workshops or training with peers in schools. Students’ learning achievement can be increased by giving extra class in the afternoon, enrichment, remedial, and regular try out

    Abstract: Until now, cost orientation is considered a strategy oriented to the interests of producers and does not pay attention to the interests of consumers. In its implementation, the cost-based strategy is flexible, that is, between satisfying producers' expectations of higher than normal profits and consumers' expectations of obtaining a cheap purchase price, so that it can be found. a trade-off between the interests of producers and the interests of consumers. To find the trade-off, a survey of entrepreneurs in the tofu Agroindustry under study was conducted in Mataram City and East Lombok Regency with forty sampling units each, so that there were eighty business units as samples. The result is the acquisition of a constant value of the relationship between production costs and raw material costs, minimizing the contribution margin.
