Pengentasan kemiskinan dalam penafsiran Buya Hamka terhadap QS Al-Ma’ un dan relevansinya dengan Bansos

Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep pengentasan kemiskinan dalam tafsir Buya Hamka terhadap Surah Al-Ma’un serta relevansinya dengan program bantuan sosial (bansos) di Indonesia. Fenomena kemiskinan yang masih menjadi masalah sosial mendasar mendorong perlunya landasan moral dan spiritual dari nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an untuk memperkuat keadilan sosial dalam kebijakan publik.
Dalam menanggapi isu tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan. Data primer bersumber dari Tafsir AlAzhar karya Buya Hamka, dan data sekunder dari berbagai literaturpendukung. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode tahlili serta teori relevansi Sperber dan Wilson untuk menilai keterkaitan nilai-nilai tafsir dengan kebijakan bansos.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa QS Al-Ma’un menurut Buya Hamka merupakan kritik terhadap religiusitas tanpa kepedulian sosial. Nilai-nilai utama yang ditemukan meliputi keimanan sejati, kepedulian sosial, keadilan distributif, dan penolakan terhadap kemunafikan. Strategi pengentasan kemiskinan mencakup penguatan kesadaran kolektif, optimalisasi zakat, infak, dan sedekah, serta pemerintahan yang adil. Namun, implementasi bansos masih terkendala salah sasaran dan korupsi. Prinsip sosial QS Al-Ma’un relevan dijadikan dasar moral untuk menjadikan kebijakan bansos lebih transparan dan berkeadilan.
ABSTRAK
This study examines the concept of poverty alleviation in Buya Hamka’s interpretation of Surah Al-Ma’un and its relevance to Indonesia’s social assistance (bansos) programs. The persistence of poverty as a fundamental social issue highlights the need for moral and spiritual foundations drawn from Qur’anic values to strengthen social justice in public policy.
In addressing this issue, the study employs a qualitative method with a library research approach. The primary data are derived from Buya Hamka’s Tafsir Al-Azhar, while the secondary data come from various supporting literary sources. The analysis is conducted using the tahlili method along with Sperber and Wilson’s Relevance Theory to assess the connection between the tafsir’s values and social assistance (bansos) policies.
The findings reveal that Buya Hamka interprets Surah Al-Ma’un as a critique of religious behavior devoid of social concern. The main values identified include genuine faith, social compassion, distributive justice, and rejection of hypocrisy. Poverty alleviation strategies involve strengthening collective awareness, optimizing zakat, infak, and sadaqah, and ensuring just and trustworthy governance. However, the implementation of social assistance in Indonesia still faces issues such as mistargeting and corruption. Thus, the social principles of Surah Al-Ma’un are relevant as a moral foundation for making social assistance policies more transparent, fair, and accountable.

تتناول هذه الدراسة مفهوم مكافحة الفقر في تفسير بويـا حمكـة لسورة الماعون، وصلته ببرامج المساعدات الاجتماعية في إندونيسيا. ويبرز استمرار ظاهرة الفقر باعتبارها مشكلة اجتماعية أساسية، مما يدل على الحاجة إلى أسسٍ أخلاقية وروحية مستمدة من قيم القرآن الكريم لتعزيز العدالة الاجتماعية في السياسات العامة
استجابةً لهذه الإشكالية, تعتمد هذه الدراسة على المنهج النوعي بأسلوب البحث المكتبي. وتستند البيانات الأساسية إلى تفسير الأزهر لبويـا حمكـة، بينما تعتمد البيانات الثانوية على الكتب والمجلات والدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة. وقد استخدمت الدراسة منهج التحليل التفسيري (التحليلي) ونظرية الصلة لسبر بر وولسون لتقييم مدى ارتباط القيم القرآنية بتطبيق برامج المساعدات الاجتماعية

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
