Pengaruh Frekuensi Pemberian Pakan Berbeda pada Kondisi Gelap Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Sintasan Benih Ikan Lele Dumbo (Clarias gariepinus)
No full textNaturally African catfish (Clarias gariepinus) is nocturnal, that is active at night or more like to dark place. Fry of catfish also requires high feeding frequency because the stomach is still small as a straight tube. This research was conducted to observe the effect of different feeding frequency in dark condition to growth rate, survival rate and feeding efficiency of African catfish fry (Clarias gariepinus). The research was held on hatchery UPT Budidaya Dinas Pertanian dan Kelautan Kota Medan. Fry of catfish (Clarias gariepinus) were used average body size 8-9 cm and body weight 5-8 g, total fry cath fish 120 fish with stocking density 10 fish/washbasin. Twelve washbasin (50 liter volume) were used with aeration system and covered with black HD plastic layer to make dark condition for 24 hours. Duration rearing was 28 days. The parameter observed were : growth rate, survival rate, feeding efficiency and water quality. Experimental design used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatment and 3 replications and further test use Least Significant Difference (LSD). The treatment was feeding frequency at 3 (at 08.00, 16.00 and 24.00), 4 meals (at 08.00, 14.00, 20.00 and 02.00), 5 meals (at 08.00, 12.48, 17.36, 22.24 and 03.12) and 6 meals (at 08.00, 12.00, 16.00, 20.00, 24.00 and 04.00) times a day in dark condition. The results indicated that the different feeding frequency significantly effect to the growth rate and feeding efficiency, but did not significantly effect to survival rate. The results indicated that feeding frequency 6 times a day is the best daily growth rate at 4.90% and the old daily growth rate at 2.44%. The best feeding efficiency at 94.90% and the old feeding efficiency at 44.03%.Secara alami ikan lele dumbo (Clarias gariepinus) bersifat nokturnal, yaitu aktif pada malam hari atau lebih menyukai tempat yang gelap. Benih lele juga membutuhkan frekuensi pemberian pakan yang sering karena lambung masih berukuran kecil seperti tabung lurus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh frekuensi pemberian pakan berbeda pada kondisi gelap terhadap laju pertumbuhan, sintasan dan efesiensi pakan benih ikan lele dumbo (Clarias gariepinus). Penelitian dilakukan di Hatchery UPT Budidaya Perikanan Dinas Pertanian Dan Kelautan Kota Medan. Benih lele (Clarias gariepinus) yang digunakan berukuran 8-9 cm dan bobot 5-8 g dengan jumlah 120 ekor dan padat tebar 10 ekor/baskom. Wadah pemeliharaan yang digunakan adalah 12 baskom yang bervolume 50 liter dan dilengkapi dengan aerasi. Untuk mengkondisikan suasana gelap selama 24 jam baskom ditutup dengan plastik HD berwarna hitam. Waktu pemeliharaan selama 28 hari. Parameter yang diamati meliputi : laju pertumbuhan, sintasan, efesiensi pakan dan kualitas air. Rancangan percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan dan uji lanjut menggunakan Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Sebagai perlakuan adalah pemberian frekuensi pakan yang berbeda yaitu 3 kali perhari pada pukul (08.00, 16.00 dan 24.00), 4 kali per hari pada pukul (08.00, 14.00, 20.00 dan 02.00), 5 kali per hari pada pukul (08.00, 12.48, 17.36, 22.24 dan 03.12) serta 6 kali per hari pada pukul (08.00, 12.00, 16.00, 20.00, 24.00 dan 04.00) dalam kondisi gelap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi pemberian pakan yang berbeda berpengaruh nyata terhadap laju pertumbuhan dan efesiensi pakan, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap sintasan. counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
