Population Density and Intensity of Traffic Connection: Spatial Analysis (Overlay)
Congestion is one of the most significant issues which recently experienced by many cities around the world especially in developing countries such as Indonesia since the world undergoes rapid economic and human development. Rappocini district, one of the districts located in Makassar city Indonesia, is currently experiencing massive construction because of this area based on the urban planning of Makassar city associated as a residential zone which may lead to the massive potential congestion. Therefore, this study tries to analyze how population density intervenes level of service of the road. Traffic survey is a method used to collect primary data in the form of classified traffic data (PCU/hour) then analyzed using the 1997 Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (IHCM) reference and Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) 2016. Regression analysis (SPSS) and spatial (overlay) which is used later to analyze and visualize the correlation between population density and road service level. The result shows that the population density does not cause the level of congestion. However, congestion is influenced by several factors consisted of the number of populations, population density, highway capacity and the daily average of traffic. Population density value does not influence the level of service of the road because Rappocini district is the main gate to access the Makassar city from the south of Sulawesi; therefore, the congestion mostly caused by the commuter from Gowa and Takalar Regency.

PERBANDINGAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA TAHFIDZ DAN NON TAHFIDZ DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH AL – ICHSAN MOJOKERTO (MINAT BELAJAR SISWA STUDI KOMPARASIONAL)
Minat belajar adalah keadaan psikologis yang terwujud dalam penekanan seseorang pada tugas belajar dan memperoleh pengetahuan baru guna memenuhi tujuan belajar.Peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan 1). Untuk Mengetahui Minat Belajar siswa Tahfidz MI Al-Ichsan Mojokerto. 2). Untuk Mengetahui Minat Belajar siswa Non Tahfidz MI Al-Ichsan Mojokerto. 3). Untuk
Menganalisis perbandingan Minat Belajar siswa Tahfidz dan Non Tahfidz MI Al-Ichsan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparasional. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument angket atau kuesioner, dan wawancara. Analisis data terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reabilitas, uji prasyarat analisis erdiri dari uji normalitas,uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis/uji T.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1). Minat belajar siswa tahfidz MI AlIchsan memiliki perolehan skor minat belajar siswa tahfidz 726 dengan ratarata 36 dengan interval 30-44 yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang, 2). Minat belajar siswa non tahfidz MI Al-Ichsan memiiki perolehan skor 800 dengan rata-rata 40 dengan interval 30-44 yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang, 3) Perbandingan Minat belajar siswa tahfidz dan non tahfidz berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis/uji T memiliki perbedaan signifikan karena berada dibawah 0.05 yaitu nilai sig (2-tailed) 0.04 yang artinya tidak ada perbedaan antara siswa Tahfidz dan non tahfidz.Berdasarkan kesimpulan di atas, saran teoritias bagi peneliti selanjutnya yaitu perlu adanya penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa. Kemudian untuk membandingkannya
dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitati
Sustainable Environmental Education For Pro-Environmental Engineering Students: The Assessment Of A Measurement Model
The purpose of this study was to test the validity and reliability of a model to measure the level of pro-environmental behaviour and attitudes among engineering students. The study population comprised students of the Faculty of Engineering at Makassar State University, Makassar, Indonesia, totalling 4,164, with purposive sampling involving 215 respondents. The questionnaire consisted of behaviour towards conservation variables and attitude variables including energy conservation, mobility and transportation, waste prevention and recycling. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used to analyse the collected data. The results obtained from the construct reliability indicate a good level of reliability (CR ≥ 0.7), and the average variance extracted (AVE) is ≥ 0.5, which means that more than half of the constructs explained the indicators. From the standardised loading factor (SLF) results, four out of 21 indicators with a value of ≥ 0.50 were identified, which is smaller than the recommended value (≥ 0.70), but the result can still be considered to have strong enough validation to explain the construct. The results demonstrate that the validity and reliability of the model allow its use as an instrument for a continuous measurement of students’ attitudes and behaviour on environmental issues related to their education at the university
Spatial Pattern of Crime with Geographic Information System (GIS) in Makassar, Indonesia
The development success promoted by an area depends on the size of the obstacles of crime. Society must have been very
familiar with the figure of a group of teenagers who called himself a motorcycle gang. They like artists who are and are always rising in
the art of crime. They regard evil as the beauty of their loyalty to fellow motorcycle gang members. Solidarity, more intimate friendship
is considered harmful by society. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether there is a relationship between the level of crime with
the density and the number of people living in a particular area in Makassar. By using survey method and data collection technique that
is snowball sampling, then for analysis of distribution pattern of hotspot criminal using ArcGIS software aid with Density Mapping
method, while to see spatial relationship pattern of criminality to the amount and population density using SPSS software and overlay
method. The results show that the design of distribution of criminal hotspots in 2015 and 2016 with the design of hotspots clusters that
spread in areas of high and medium population density. Then there is a significant relationship between population density and criminal
hotspots. In 2015, the distribution pattern of crime hotspots concentrated in areas with high population density, but by 2016 the
distribution pattern of crime hotspots spread evenly not only in high population density areas but has spread to the medium population
density area
Status Of Water Quality In Watersheds Due To Mining Industry Activities
Abstract
Indonesia is one of the gifted countries with abundant natural resources in many sectors such as plantation, fishery, agriculture, and mining. To support the rapid population development, the natural resources exploited massively to fulfill the needs of humans. As a result of this massive exploitation, environmental degradation could not avoid such as air, soil and water pollution. Virtue Dragon Nickel Industry, located in Konaweha watershed, indicates polluted the water in the Konaweha river. Therefore, this study aims to identify the pollution index water of Konaweha River through physical and chemical parameters as well as to recommend river management system. Sampling has taken in two places in river, which were first around the settlement and second around mining industry. Sampling analysis underwent in laboratory and Index of Pollution (IP) used to identify the level of pollution. The result shows that the highest pollution index is in location 1 located near the mining industry which is 7.20 IP and has moderate pollution level. This happens because in first location, the industrial disposal going to the river and the human activities such as agriculture, plantation and illegal sand mining. Meanwhile, in second location has lower index pollution at 5.40 IP. This is because, in second location, the primary source of pollution comes from human activities such as agriculture, plantation and illegal sand mining.

The purpose of this research is to know the potential area of flood-prone in Luwu Utara Regency. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. The technique of collecting data done through survey method that is the first survey is observation or observation object, and the second review is through a study ofinstitution and study ofthe document which analyzed qualitatively. The method of analysis used to obtain flood vulnerability that is data analysis using overlay technique with rock Geographic Information System technology. North Luwu Regency has four classes of potential flood-prone. As for the other factors that cause some districts in Luwu Utara District to be prone to flood is because the District has a bad drainage level (very close basin level), then other factors are the area is also passed by two watersheds

Dalam perkembangan kemajuan teknologi saat ini sangat dipacu oleh pandangan yang mengharuskan kita untuk senantiasa berubah. Dalam perubahan tersebut dibutuhkan kreativitas dan inovasi untuk mencapai apa yang diinginkan oleh manuasia. Dalam mengejar perubahahan tersebut maka pengetahuan akan lingkungan hidup sangat perlu mendampingi apapun produk perubahan tersebut. Kemajuan demi kemajuan yang dicapai akan tidak berguna untuk generasi berikut bila para pengejar perubahan tersebut tidak membekali diri pengetahuan lingkungan.
Persaingan dunia usaha sangat ketat sementara itu di sisi
lain angka pengangguran masih sangat sulit ditekan. Ini karena perkembangan penemuan-penemuan di era revolusi industri yang semakin hari semakin menggeser penggunaan tenaga manuasia.
Dengan penemuan-penemuan yang kreatif dari generasi muda
saat ini yang memanfaatkan inteligen artificial serta
berkembangnya big data maka akan menggeser dan
menghilangkan banyak profesi-profesi yang selama ini diincar orang semisal, menjadi pegawai bank, driver taxi dan lain-lain. Untuk hal tersebut sangat dibutuhkan bekal bagi lulusan perguruan tinggi maupun penggiat bisnis haruslah merubah pola pikir dan paradigma yang rutin untuk terjun ke dunia wirausaha.
