The Allusionary Discussion of Hazrat Ali in Urdu Ghazliate: An Analytical Study
The Urdu ghazal has the ability that, despite its creative journey spanning more than eight centuries, the process of carving continues. In the Urdu Ghazal, where all the discussions of human life are discussed, there is also precious capital related to the topics of religions and nations. In the Urdu Ghazal, where all the discussions of human life are discussed, there is also precious capital related to the topics of religions and nations. The commitment of this industry is seen with great importance by classical poets. All the events and stories of Islam are expressed in the words of classical poets. The entire classical period from Vali Dikni to Mirza Dagh Dehlavi performs the poetic duty of interpreting the entire lives of religious figures. Hazrat Ali was the son of Ibn Abi Talib, the son-in-law of the Holy Prophet. The Lord Almighty has blessed him with countless honours and degrees. The efforts and sacrifices of both of you cannot be ignored in propagating and spreading the religion of Islam. In this article, a technical review of the references attributed to the biography and personality of Hazrat Ali (RA) has been taken, which will help to understand what the point of view of the poets is regarding the personality and achievements of Moula Ali (RA)
Nonribosomal peptide synthetases and secondary metabolite production in penicillium chrysogenum
In his thesis Hazrat Ali reported three new secondary metabolite biosynthetic pathways with more than fifty secondary metabolites with important biological properties. These metabolites may be utilized for human benefits as they have antimicrobial, antibiotic, anti-cancer and neurotoxin properties The remarkable feature of all three biosynthetic pathways is the large number of intermediates and/or products that is the result of a distinct unspecificity of the NRPS and/or modifying enzymes involved. Through the use of highly sensitive detection techniques based on mass spectrometry, novel compounds with important biological activity could be detected that had not been seen before.Overall, this demonstrates that P. chrysogenum has the capability to synthesize multiple metabolites at a time. We also observed that by the deletion of the biosynthetic roquefortine/meleagrine pathway resulted in increase in production of chrysogen and related metabolites and vice versa even though the expression of the genes involved remained unaltered. This phenomenon is likely due to a re-direction of the metabolic (nitrogen) flux yielding increased levels of particular metabolites. This implies that for an optimal P. chyrsogenum strain, it is desirable to inactivate all unnecessary secondary metabolite genes. Remarkably, this is a phenomenon that to some extent already happened during the classical strain improvement that resulted in the silencing or mutational inactivation of various secondary metabolite genes
SÜNNİ MUTASAVVIFLARDA HZ. ALİ VE EHL-İ BEYT ALGISI: EŞREFOĞLU RUMİ ÖRNEĞİ [THE PERCEPTION OF SUNNI SUFIS ON HZ. ALI AND AHL AL-BAYT: ESHREFOGHLU RUMI’S SAMPLE]
In all of the orders which are the institutions of Sufism the Hazrat Ali and Ahl al-Bayt are shown love
and respect. In addition, the love of the Hazrat Ali and Ahl al-Bayt seen in the works of the Sunni Sufis
has caused them to be perceived as Alawi-Bektashi from time to time. One of the most important of
these Sufis is Eshrefoghlu Rumi, the founder of the Eşrafiyye branch of Kadiriyye order. Eşrefoğlu, who
frequently mentioned the Hazrat Ali and Ahl al-Bayt, particularly in his book Tarikatname, has been
described as Alawi-Bektashi due to his expressions by some.
This article was written to put forth Sunni Sufis’ and especially Eshrefoghlu Rumi’s perception of the
Hazrat Ali and Ahl al-Bayt and to evaluate their being regarded as Alawi-Bektashi due to his views. For
this purpose, first the understanding of the Sunni Sufis regarding the Hazrat Ali and the Ahl al-Bayt
was addressed, and then comparisons were made by mentioning perceptions of Eshrefoghlu Rumi in
question. In particular, the place of the Hazrat Ali and Ahl al-Bayt in the understanding of Sunni Sufism
was identified. As a result, it was observed that both Sunni Sufis’ and Eşrefoğlu Rumi’s perception ofthe Hazrat Ali and Ahl al-Bayt developed in Sunni Sufi culture and the love of the Hazrat Ali and Ahl-al
Bayt was very intense particularly in the followers of the orders connected to the Prophet Muhammad
through the Hazrat Ali’s descendants. One of the findings of the research was that this perception of the
Sunni Sufis and Alawi-Bektashi and Shia communities showed similarities from time to time

Ebû Bekir’in hayatı ana hatlarıyla anlatılmıştır. Hz. Ebû Bekir’in edebî yönü ve şairliği hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Türk Edebiyatı’ndaki türler içerisinde Hz. Ebû Bekir’in konu edilişi incelenmiş ve ilgili türlerde örnek metinler sunulmuştur. İkinci bölümde incelediğimiz 19. yüzyıl divânlarında Hz. Ebû Bekir’e müstakil şiir yazanlar ve dört dost içerisinde Hz. Ebû Bekir’in zikredildiği şiirler bir araya getirilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Hz. Ebû Bekir’in 19.yüzyılda hangi divânlarda incelendiği tablo yapılmış, her bir hasleti tasnif edilmiş ve bir başlık altında toplanıp açıklanmıştır.This study is composed of the life of Hazrat Abu Bakr, his place in literary genres, and his manifestation in 19th century divans. In the first section, the life of Hazrat Abu Bakr is briefly narrated. Information is provided about his literary aspect and poetry. The depiction of Hazrat Abu Bakr in Turkish literature's genres is examined, and sample texts are presented. In the second section, the poets who wrote independent poems about Hazrat Abu Bakr in the 19th century divans and the poems that mention Hazrat Abu Bakr among the four friends are brought together. In the third section, a table is created that shows in which divans Hazrat Abu Bakr was examined in the 19th century. Each characteristic is classified, gathered under a title, and explained

Moula Ali Kaman
400 stairs brings you to a place of worship built by the Asif Jahis. The Moula Ali Dargah was built in the memory of Hazrat Ali, the son-in-law of the Prophet Muhammad. Legend has it that Yakoob, a eunuch in the court of Ibrahim Quli, went to the hill after he saw Hazrat Ali seated on it. To his surprise, he saw the impression Ali's palm on a stone, which he had dreamt. He had the impression cut out and installed in a shrine. Ibrahim Shah later built a mosque beside the dargah. A Ashurkhana , a Baradari (pavilion) and an Nqqar khana (place for beating drums) were built during the Qutb Shahi period.general view, view of an Eid gah (masjid), and the shrine atop the hill, 199
