No full textThis is an eight-page pamphlet 7½" x 10¼". It is the eighteenth booklet in our collection illustrated by Busquets. The story seems consistent with his 1992 "La Cigale et la fourmi" published by Tournesol. In this version, the grasshopper does not knock at the ants' door. They find him outside; in this version they do not carry him in. They invite him in and revive him, he sings, and they all have a big party. No full textThis large-format paperback has 48 colored pages and 16 black-and-white pages to color in. Some of these have been colored in. Surprisingly, the pages to color in have nothing to do with the book's three stories. The first of these three stories is TH. Large two-page sets present the story across sixteen pages. I do not think I have ever seen this turn of events: the resting hare watches the tortoise pass him. In fact, he ridicules the tortoise for sweating and asks if he is tired. The second story is FG. The fox here is pursing two hares when a badger trips him. He then seeks grapes for refreshment. He falls from a tree trying to get them. He only hurts himself further by trying to leap to get the grapes. Many of the illustrations throughout the book are signed C. Busquets. The third story is Uno Strano Villagio Musicale. I know (Carlos) Busquets from a number of works he has done for Suromex. He has also done work in recent Litor and Peter Haddock editions. The illustrations here are lively! A young hand has drawn a free-form rendition of Supermen (sic) on the inside back cover. No full textFrom what I can gather, this engaging little book from Tournesol's "Collection 6-8" was originally copyrighted by Susaeta in Madrid. The book tells the story in prose, and finishes by having the grasshopper promise not to be so lazy and the ants having a feast with him. "Busquets" is on the cover's illustration, and the booklet's illustrations are consistent with the cover's style. This grasshopper in his stovepipe hat seems rather old. He laments in winter that he did not work as the ants did. The ants carry him in. I notice five other fables in "Collection 6-8" but cannot find them so far on the web. 4¾" x 6½". 20 pages. Resum
Hi ha un gran nombre d’investigacions centrades en l’adquisició i el perfeccionament d’habilitats motrius. Aquestes investigacions intenten explicar quina és la font i els processos de canvi dels comportaments motors que permeten a l’individu adquirir o perfeccionar una habilitat. L’avantatge de la teoria dels sistemes dinàmics (TSD) com a marc de referència és la inclusió d’una anàlisi contextual en el procés d’aprenentatge. L’objectiu d’aquest article és donar a conèixer una metodologia anomenada retrat de fase que facilita l’estudi del comportament motor basant-se en els principis de la TSD. Dades biomecàniques tractades amb una tècnica de reducció adequada són una bona eina per descriure i entendre els canvis que es produeixen en el comportament motor. Els retrats de fase, mitjançant un gràfic (posició angular, velocitat angular), són capaços de capturar el complex joc de forces que influeixen en el comportament motor. En aquest article, les formes de trajectòria dels gràfics ens van indicar: 1) com l’organisme es comporta durant la realització de les habilitats motores analitzades mostrant els seus patrons generals; 2) les singularitats poblacionals (amb deficiències i sense deficiències) o individuals; 3) els comportaments adquirits en el procés d’aprenentatge (principiant i expert); i 4) els canvis produïts per manipulació de l’entorn. No obstant això, els retrats de fase encara que són molt útils per resumir el comportament motor, no en són representacions completes i els hauríem de completar amb altres tècniques d’anàlisi

La gramàtica inèdita de Pau Cardellach i Busquets
No full textAquesta tesi se centra en l’edició i l’estudi de la Gramàtica catalana de Pau Cardellach i Busquets (1814-1879), una obra inèdita de la qual només existeix una còpia, manuscrita, avui dipositada a la Universitat de Girona. La gramàtica de Cardellach, només coneguda fins ara per referències indirectes, és una obra original que exemplifica una perspectiva davant la llengua catalana diferent de les que coneixíem fins ara en el segle XIX. El seu estudi contribueix a precisar millor el procés, tardà, de codificació gramatical de la llengua catalana i enriqueix la història de la filologia al nostre país.
El treball necessari de contextualització de l’obra ha exigit també un estudi exhaustiu del seu autor i de les circumstàncies en què va produir la gramàtica. És per això que la tesi s’estructura internament en tres grans blocs: a) l’estudi biobibliogràfic de Pau Cardellach i de les circumstàncies en què va produir la Gramàtica catalana; b) l’edició crítica de l’obra, amb l’advertiment de tots els aspectes materials, dels problemes textuals i de les intervencions que s’hi han fet per posar-la a l’abast dels estudiosos; i c) l’estudi detallat dels continguts i de les particularitats de la gramàtica, i de la seva rellevància respecte del context gramatical contemporaniThis thesis focuses on the edition and study of the Catalan Grammar of Pau Cardellach i Busquets (1818-1879), an unpublished work of which there is only one copy, handwritten, today at the University of Girona. Cardellach's grammar, which only known by indirect references, is an original work that exemplifies a different outlook on the Catalan language than those we knew so far in the nineteenth century. Its study helps to better define the late process of grammatical encoding of Catalan, and enriches the history of philology of Catalan.
The necessary work to contextualize this book has also demanded a thorough study of its author and the circumstances that led to his grammar. Therefore, the thesis is divided internally into three sections: a) the bio-bibliographic study of Pau Cardellach and the circumstances in which he produced his Catalan Grammar; b) the critical edition of the work, with attention to all material respects, to the textual problems and to interventions to make it available to scholars; and c) the detailed contents and peculiarities of grammar, and their relevance to contemporary grammatical context stud
