Analisis Permintaan Kereta Rel Listrik Commuter Line bagi Kalangan Pekerja Tahun 2011-2013 (Studi Kasus: Stasiun Bogor)
Commuter Line Electric Train (Kereta Rel Listrik/KRL Commuter Line) is one of the public mass transportation that operates through DKI Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek). Most passengers of this this transportation are workers. Bogor Station has the largest number of passengers for Commuter Line Electric Train in Jabodetabek. This study aims to identify the characteristic of Commuter Line Electric Train passengers in Bogor Station which are workers and factors influencing their demand for Commuter Line Electric Train. The characteristics are explained by their income, profession, purpose of using Commuter Line Electric Train, age, education degree, and demand number for Commuter Line Electric Train. Through a multiple linear regression process, the result shows that 88.55% variety of demand for Commuter Line Electric Train are explained by income, purpose of using Commuter Line Electric Train, age, and education degree variable. Factors significantly influencing demand for Commuter Line Electric Train are age and purpose of using Commuter Line Electric Train.Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL) Commuter Line merupakan salahsatu transportasi masal yang beroperasi di DKI Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi (Jabodetabek). Pekerja adalah pengguna terbanyak jasa transportasi ini. Stasiun Bogor merupakan stasiun dengan jumlah penumpang KRL Commuter Line terbanyak di Jabodetabek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi karakteristik penumpang KRL Commuter Line kalangan pekerja di Stasiun Bogor dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi permintaannya. Karakteristik penumpang kalangan pekerja diterangkan dari segi pendapatan, jenis pekerjaan, tujuan penggunaan, usia, tingkat pendidikan terakhir, dan jumlah permintaan KRL Commuter Line. Hasil regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa koefisien determinasi (R 2 ) sebesar 0.885522 yang berarti 88.55% keragaman dari permintaan KRL Commuter Line Jabodetabek bagi kalangan pekerja di Stasiun Bogor diterangkan oleh variabel pendapatan, tujuan penggunaan, usia, dan tingkat pendidikan terakhir. Upaya Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Pengelolaan Fresh Product di Agribusiness and Technology Park
Currently, the domestic horticulture sub-sector is dominated by imported
products. If this is not resolved, domestic horticultural products will loss
competitiveness and adversity for the farmers. One of the organizations that is
engaged in increasing the competitiveness of domestic horticultural products is
the Agribusiness And Technology Park (ATP). ATP disseminates science and
technology innovations in the field of horticulture with the final form of fresh
products in the form of fruits and vegetables. Based on sales data for the last few
years, the organization is currently not optimal in fulfilling orders for horticultural
products. Human resource management in the fresh product management section
is one of the things that needs to be studied by ATP with a focus on employee
management, especially their performance in order to produce quality and
quantity of work in accordance with organizational expectations.
This study aims to analyze the competency, job demand, and job resource
through work engagement on employee performance. The questionnaire was
distributed to 38 respondents by census method. The analytical method in this
study used Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square
(PLS) approach to analyze the influence of competence, job demands, and job
resources through work engagement on employee performance.
The results showed that competence and work resources had a significant
effect on employee work engagement, while job demands had no significant effect
on employee work engagement. Furthermore, work engagement has a significant
effect on employee performance. So, efforts to improve employee performance
through work engagement can be done by increasing employee competence and
job resources provided by the organization
PERLINDUNGAN KONSUMEN TERKAIT KARTEL PINJAMAN ONLINE PERSPEKTIF IBNU TAIMIYAH
The main problem and research is consumer protection in fintech agreements (online loans) viewed from the perspective of Ibnu Taimiyah and positive law, namely based on POJK, and looking at the extent to which consumer protection has been regulated in Islamic law and positive law. The type of research in writing this thesis uses normative legal research, with a qualitative approach and the data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection techniques in the form of library studies. From the research conducted by the author, it can be concluded thatIbnu Tamiyah's perspective on consumer protection regarding online loan cartels highlights the importance of justice, equality and rejection of exploitation in economic transactions. Through Islamic moral and ethical principles, Ibnu Tamiyah emphasized the need to ensure that business practices do not harm or exploit consumers, and that all parties involved in economic transactions have equal and fair access. Consumer protection from Ibnu Tamiyah's perspective also emphasizes the importance of complying with applicable laws and increasing consumer education and awareness about their rights.Existing fintech (online loan) agreements have not been able to fully protect consumer rights and obligations in accordance with existing legal regulations such as the MUI DSN Fatwa Number 117. Because currently only one regulation for sharia fintech has been used as a source. The main law is the MUI DSN Fatwa Number 117 of 2018 concerning Information Technology-Based Financing Services Based on Sharia Principles. Meanwhile, consumer protection in positive law is based on POJK Number 77 of 2016 and POJK Number 13 of 2018. The author found the fact that the OJK Regulation on Consumer Protection in the financial services sector actually provides protection and in it guarantees order, certainty and justice for consumers, but POJK only regulates one aspects of the online loan agreement, namely conventional online loans
