مروری بر نرخ شیوع استفاده از ضدبارداریها در افغانستان
No full textBackground and Objective: Family planning programs and the use of contraceptives are among the priorities of maternal and child health. Adequate information about the prevalence of family planning programs and contraceptive use in Afghanistan is not readily available. This review attempts to provide an appropriate perspective on the prevalence rates of contraceptive use based on existing data and suggests practical measures to improve the prevalence of contraceptive usage.
Research Method: In this review, data from Google Scholar, PubMed, the Ministry of Public Health website, the World Health Organization, and the National Family Planning Program were utilized. Seven articles published between 2001 and 2023 were selected and analyzed using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines.
Findings: A narrative summary of the results of the selected articles is presented in this paper. According to studies conducted in the country, statistics on the prevalence of contraceptive use show significant differences in comparison to demographic structures. The lowest figure reported in these studies is 10.4%. The utilization of contraceptives is reported as follows: oral contraceptives 38.5%, condoms 30.3%, medroxyprogesterone 17.0%, intrauterine contraceptive devices (IUCD) 15.6%. Overall, the prevalence rate of contraceptive use in the entire country reaches 15.4%.
Conclusion: In Afghanistan, due to numerous barriers, the use of contraceptives and the gap between pregnancies have not been promoted. Conversely, according to the conservative beliefs of the illiterate segments of society, the use of contraceptives is considered contrary to their religious beliefs and even in conflict with divine instructions. Therefore, it is imperative for policymakers to develop comprehensive and inclusive programs in this regard and seek assistance from religious leaders to align the community with these programs. Ultimately, the entire society needs to be mobilized.پیشینه و هدف پژوهش: برنامهی تنظیم خانواده و استفاده از ضدبارداری از اولویتهای سلامت جسمی مادران و کودکان میباشد. اطلاعات کافی در مورد گستردهگی برنامهی تنظیم خانواده و استفاده از ضدبارداریها در افغانستان در دسترس نیست. در این بررسی مروری تلاش شدهاست تا از دادههای موجود در این زمینه دید مناسبی بر نرخ شیوع استفاده از ضدبارداریها مهیا شود و در راستای بهبود وضعیت شیوع استفاده از ضدبارداریها اقدامات مناسب عملی اتخاذ گردد.
روش پژوهش: برای نگارش این بررسی مروری از اطلاعات موجود در گوگل اسکالر، پابمد، سایتهای وزارت صحت عامه، سازمان جهانی بهداشت و برنامهی ملی تنظیم خانواده استفاده شدهاست. از مقالات که در بازهی زمانی سال ۲۰۰۱ تا ۲۰۲۳ چاپ گردیده، شمار ۷ مقاله گزینش و اطلاعات بهترتیب روایتی با استفاده از دستور پریزما (PRISMA) در این پژوهش گنجانیده شدهاست.
یافتهها: در این مقاله جدول روایتی از نتایج مقالات آورده شدهاست. براساس پژوهشهای صورت پذیرفته در کشور آمار بهدستآمده در زمینهی نرخ شیوع استفاده از ضدبارداریها در کشور تفاوتهای چشمگیری نسبت به ساختارهای جمعیتی نشان میدهد. کمترین آمار در مطالعات انجام شده ۱۰.۴٪ است. بهرهوری از ضدبارداریها به ترتیب: ضدبارداری خوراکی، ۳۸.۵٪ کاندوم، ۳۰.۳٪ مدروکسیپروجسترون، ۱۷.۰٪ آییوسیدی IUCD، ٪۱۵.۶، گزارش شدهاست. بهصورت عموم نرخ شیوع استفاده از ضدبارداریها در کل کشور به ۱۵.۴٪ میرسد.
نتیجهگیری: در افغانستان بهدلیل وجود موانع بیشمار، استفاده از ضدبارداریها و فاصلهگذای میان بارداریها ترویج نشده و بالعکس براساس آموزههای تندروانهی افراد بیسواد جامعه استفاده از ضدبارداریها خلاف باورهای دینیشان و حتی در تضاد با دستورات الهی دانسته شدهاست. براین اساس بر دولتمردان الزامی است که دراین زمینه برنامههای جامع و فراگیری را تهیه و در راستای سازگار کردن جامعه با آن از بزرگان دینی کمک بگیرد و در نهایت تمام جامعه را باید پویا بسازد
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
