No full textCílem této bakalářské práce je studie chování laminovaných materiálů při testování hydrostatické odolnosti z lícní i rubní strany, porovnat tyto dvě hodnoty a vyvodit rozdíl mezi výslednými hodnotami. Hydrostatická odolnost je měřena dle české technické normy ČSN EN ISO 811. Textilie - Stanovení odolnosti proti pronikání vody - Zkouška tlakem vody. Tato norma ovšem povoluje měření z obou stran zkušebního vzorku. Proto je potřeba stanovit rozdíl mezi odolností lícní a rubní strany referenčního vzorku. Dále je cílem popsat odlišnost v chování jednotlivých vzorků při zkoušce a najít příčinu rozdílnosti mezi hydrostatickou odolností jednotlivých vzorků. V teoretické části jsou definovány voděodolné materiály, postupy získání voděodolnosti a teoreticky popsána hydrostatická odolnost.V praktické části je popsáno všech šestnáct měřených vzorků. Dále je provedeno měření hydrostatické odolnosti z lícní a rubní strany u všech šestnácti vzorků, kde jsou výsledky statisticky zaznamenány do tabulek a porovnány. Vzorky jsou rozděleny do dvou skupin podle použití laminace na třívrstvé a dvouvrstvé materiály. Ty jsou na závěr mezi sebou porovnávány a jsou zde vyvozené rozdíly.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to study the behavior of laminated materials in testing of hydrostatic resistance from the front and back sides, compare these two values and deduce the difference between the resulting values. Hydrostatic resistance is measured according to the Czech technical standard ČSN EN ISO 811. Textilie - Stanovení odolnosti proti pronikání vody - Zkouška tlakem vody. However, this standard allows measurements from both sides of the tested material. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the difference between the hydrostatic resistance of the front and back side of the reference textile material. Furthermore, the aim is to describe the difference in the behavior of individual materials during the test and find out the cause of the difference in hydrostatic resistance between individual materials. The theoretical part defines waterproof materials, procedures for obtaining water resistance and theoretically describes hydrostatic resistance.The practical part describes all sixteen measured samples. Next the measurement of hydrostatic resistance from the front and back side is done on all sixteen samples, where the results are statistically recorded in tables and compared. The samples are divided into two groups according to the use of lamination on three-layer and two-layer materials. Finally, they are compared with each other and there are described differences

No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem optimalizace marketingových aktivit ve společnosti IDOL SPAS s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí: teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou popsány principy strategického řízení podniku a strategického marketingového řízení. Jsou zde vymezeny důležité pojmy, metody a nástroje, které jsou podstatné pro analýzu a optimalizaci marketingových aktivit. Praktická část se zaměřuje na detailní představení společnosti IDOL SPAS, s.r.o., včetně aktuálního marketingového mixu. Následuje analýza prostředí společnosti pomocí PEST analýzy, Porterovy analýzy pěti sil, která detailně rozebírá analýzu konkurence a SWOT analýzy. Na základě výsledků těchto analýz jsou navržena konkrétní opatření pro zlepšení marketingových aktivit, s cílem zvýšit efektivitu a konkurenceschopnost společnosti na trhu.This diploma thesis focuses on the design of optimization of marketing activities in IDOL SPAS s.r.o. The work is divided into two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the principles of strategic business management and strategic marketing management. There are defined important terms, methods, and tools essential for the analysis and optimization of marketing activities. The practical part focuses on a detailed introduction of the company IDOL SPAS s.r.o., including its current marketing mix. This is followed by an analysis of the company's environment using PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, which provides a detailed examination of competition, and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of these analyses, specific measures are proposed to improve marketing activities with the goal of increasing the company's efficiency and competitiveness in the market
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. No full textHydrostatic resistance is an important property for outdoor fabrics as a shelter to the human body against
the unfavourable outdoor environment. Rain, strong wind, snow attack human health and comfort
feeling. Hydrostatic resistance can be described by the unit of the water column and measured by the
standard ČSN EN ISO 811 [1]. Paper compare the behaviour of the two and three laminates in one study
and two instruments in the second study. It was realised that measurement with the three laminate is
balanced more if we apply pressure from the upper surface and inner surface. Two laminates membrane
is not supported by the fabric if we apply water pressure from the upper surface. Hydrostatic resistance
is significantly lower. Two instruments measurement is impossible to confuse in porous materials and
lower fabric densities of water repellent fabrics. Durable fabrics and laminated fabrics need to be studied
in the following study

No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
