The subject of the study was the principles of land estimation used for the purpose of consolidation proceedings, as they are applied in Poland. The work examines the legal conditions relating to the estimation of land for the purposes of consolidation. Documents prepared in the years 2005–2017 concerning land estimation (resolutions of the consolidation participants, and protocols from the value estimates) have been collected for 41 consolidated sites, located in 28 districts of 11 voivodships (regions). A survey was conducted among the surveyors-designers of the consolidation proceedings, consisting of 19 questions. In the current year, the co-author of the present article was present at meetings of consolidation proceedings’ participants, convened in order to determine the rules for estimating land value on two sites located in different regions, and the material she collected during those meetings was used in the article. The collected data were subjected to an analysis, which showed that within Poland there is no homogeneity in the method of estimating land value for the purpose of consolidation proceedings, and that the method used to determine the value of land, taking into account the 1-hectare estimated rate, and the price of 1dt of rye grain, according to the provisions of the agricultural tax, is incompatible with the principles for the valuation of agricultural real estate, as specified in the law on real estate management.

Tożsamość arabska i koptyjska w twórczości Idwara al-Charrata

The article focuses on the work of an Egyptian novelist, essayist and literary critic from Alexandria, Idwar al-Kharrat. This outstanding contemporary writer deeply involved with both Egyptian locality and Christianity, and widely known throughout the Arab world, was born in a place where the Coptic Patriarchate was historically established. Al-Kharrat in his formally modern works evokes the image of Egypt as multicultural, open country, deeply rooted in Mediterranean culture. Al-Kharrat’s novels, as well as his essays, show his concern regarding the mission of the modern writer; the author ponders upon his own complex, multilevel Arab-Egyptian-Coptic identity. The collection of essays entitled Muhajama al-Mustahel. Maqati min sira dhatiyya li-al-kitaba (1996, Facing the Impossible. Excerpts from the Autobiography of a Writer), and not yet translated into Polish or English, is a vital point of reference to the author of this paper.Tematem artykułu jest twórczość egipskiego prozaika, eseisty i krytyka literackiego, Idwara al-Charrata, pochodzącego z Aleksandrii. To wybitny współczesny pisarz, szeroko znany w całym świecie arabskim, a zarazem silnie zanurzony w egipskiej lokalności i tamtejszym chrześcijaństwie, urodził się w miejscu założenia historycznie wyodrębnionego patriarchatu koptyjskiego. Al-Charrat ewokuje w swej nowoczesnej formalnie twórczości obraz Egiptu wielokulturowego, otwartego, silnie zakorzenionego w kulturze śródziemnomorskiej. Na uwagę zasługują zarówno powieści, jak i eseje tego autora, w których porusza on m.in. temat posłannictwa współczesnego pisarza i rozważa własną zawikłaną tożsamość arabsko-egipsko-koptyjską. W artykule istotną rolę odgrywają odniesienia do nieprzetłumaczonego jeszcze na język polski i angielski zbioru esejów Muhadżamat al-Mustahil. Makati min sira zatijja li-al-kitaba (1996, Przeciwstawiając się niemożliwemu. Wyjątki z autobiografii pisarza)

IL BERRETTO A SONAGLI W DIALEKCIE NEAPOLITAŃSKIM W TŁUMACZENIU EDUARDA DE FILIPPA

    No full text
This article is devoted to various versions of the script of Il berretto a sonagli by Luigi Pirandello. The play was important also for another Italian playwriter, Eduardo de Filipppo, who at the request of the author, translated the play to the Neapolitan dialect and staged it in 1936 in Naples. De Filippo staged the play also the second time at the end of his life, in 1979 in Rome. The article analyses both versions of the play, i.e. the Sicilian script by Pirandello and its Neapolitan translation made by De Filippo. It is noticed that the most significant differences occurred in the semantic level.

    No full text
The aim of this study is to obtain high performance boron containing material with sufficient carrying capacity with increased porosity and lower density at the same time. The influence of the different concentrations of Al-W-B powder on the properties of the fresh and hardened HPC was investigated. In the concrete mix design, the allite containing White Portland cement CEM I 52,5 R, granite stone, sand, microsilica, on polycarboxylates based super plasticizer and Al-W-B powder were used. As a source of boron composite material (CM), previously grinded powder containing boron-tungsten fiber and aluminium matrix (CM Al-W-B) was used. Grinding was used for processing of CM Al-W-B powder

al-Misbāh fī al-Nahw By Nāsir al-Dīn al-Mutarrizī al-Nahwī (d. 610/1213) A Critical Edition of the Text with the Life History of the Author

Nāsir al-Dīn al-Mutarrizī al-Nahwī (d.610/1213) was one of the most renowned figures in the field of Arabic Grammar. He has left an indelible mark on the world of Arabic language and literature. He is also known as the successor of al-Zamakhsharī. He wrote a number of books but his al-Misbāh fī al-Nahw gained prominence at a level that no other book in this field could claim to achieve. For this reason, a great number of commentaries have been written in every age, of which the most famous are al-Daw and Khulāsat al-I‘rāb written by Tāj al-Dīn al-Isfrā’īnī and ‘Abd al- Karīm al-Tūsī (better known as Hājjī Bābā) respectively. Moreover, its translation into other languages also demonstrates its value as a useful book. Although al-Misbāh has been edited on more than one occasion, the published editions do not fulfil the needs and requirements of modern academic research criteria. The basic aim of this thesis is to present this book with a current modern research style so that the students, teachers and ordinary readers of Arabic language and literature may benefit from this work. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the life history of the author and his other works. A brief note of the environment under which he grew up (generally referred to as the ‘Seljuk’ period) is also included in this part. The second part consists of a text edition that deals with the derivation (Takhrīj) of syntactical issues together with the differing opinions of grammarians on syntactical/grammatical issues. This part also proffers the idiomatic English translation of al-Misbāh
