This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Solvency as measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Market as measured by Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock prices as measured by the annual closing price of listed trading, service and investment sector companies. on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. This research uses descriptive and verification methods. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from statistical reports and company financial reports. The research population is 180 companies in the trade, services and investment sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The samples taken were 96 companies, using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is (1) panel data analysis based on the test model consisting of the Chow test, Haussman test and Lagrange multiplier test. And the last analysis technique is (2) Hypothesis Testing through Regression Significance Test (F Test) and Regression Coefficient Significance Test (t Test). Prior to panel data analysis, the Classical Assumption Test was performed using the Linearity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test and Heteroscedasticity Test as a requirement to be able to perform panel data regression tests. In this study, data processing uses Eviews 9 software. Based on the results of the F test in this study, it shows that Solvency and Market Value have an effect on stock prices. Based on the t test, the results of this study indicate that solvency has a negative effect on stock prices and market value has a positive effect on stock prices. As for the value of the Adjusted R-squared of 0.868699 or 86.87%. Keywords: Stock Price, Solvency, Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Market Value, Earning Per Shares (EPS), Signaling Theory

Thermal Characterisation of Micro Flat Aluminium Heat Pipe Arrays by Varying Working Fluid and Inclination Angle

A micro heat pipe array is desirable owing to its high heat transfer capacity, compact size, and high surface–volume ratio compared with conventional heat pipes. In this study, micro flat aluminium heat pipe arrays (MF-AHPA) were developed and systematically characterised by varying working fluid and inclination angle. Three MF-AHPAs with different working fluids, i.e., acetone, cyclopentane, and n-hexane, were fabricated. The acetone MF-AHPA achieved the best thermal performance. The underlying mechanism is the small flow viscous friction and small shearing force of liquid vapour. Additionally, the experimental results show a strong dependence of MF-AHPAs’ thermal resistance on the orientation due to the gravitational effect on axial liquid distribution. Finally, a criterion is proposed to determine the optimal inclination angle of the MF-AHPA. In the present study, a volumetric fraction (αa,c) of 74 ± 7% has been shown to well predict an optimal inclination angle of the MF-AHPAs with various working fluids and heat loads

Development of In-House ELISA using recombinant LipL32 for Detection of Human Leptospirosis in Indonesia

Early laboratory confirmation is important for the accurate diagnosis and treatment of patient infected by leptospirosis. However, Microscopic agglutination test (MAT) as the gold standard for detection of human leptospirosis has many limitation and only available in reference laboratories. Therefore, many studies suggested LipL32 protein as a good candidate for development of leptospirosis detection kit because it is highly conserved and produced only in pathogenic Leptospira species. In this study, we aim to investigate the performance of our in-house ELISA using recombinant LipL32 to detect leptospirosis in Indonesia. Fourteen human sera were used in this study and the infection status were determine using MAT. The result showed that nine of eleven MAT positive sera were successfully recognized by LipL32 ELISA. The antibody binding to LipL32 was also confirm by immunoblot. There was one of three MAT negative sera has high OD above 0.5 in ELISA, but it showed negative reaction in immunoblot result. Overall, this study demonstrated that recombinant LipL32 protein can recognized antibody from human leptospirosis and can be used as a universal antigen to detect infection by any serovars of pathogenic leptospira

Lanthanide(III) complexes of DOTA derivatives are utilized in the medical imaging techniques such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), and magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS), nuclear imaging (PET and SPECT), or optical methods (luminescence). It has been shown that relaxometric parameters of the Gd(III) complexes of DOTA derivatives with a phosphinic acid pendant arm (Gd-DO3APR ) can reach optimal values (e.g. water residence time, τM, being close to ~10 ns). The relaxometric parameters can be further modified through the phosphorus substituents. It is also known that the complexes possess a high thermodynamic stability and they are kinetically inert. The main goal of this Thesis is an investigation of the effect of pendant amino group protonation in substituents bound to the phosphorus atom on properties of the complexes. Thus in this Thesis, DOTA derivatives with the phosphinic acid pendant arm with an amino group and their complexes were prepared and characterized. The complexes are intended as contrast agents for molecular imaging techniques (mainly for MRI and 31 P MRS). The first part of the Thesis introduces two new versatile "phospha-Mannich" protocols performed under mild conditions. Amino-H-phosphinic acids (AHPAs) were synthesized with excess of..
