PT. Adi Bahari Nuansa bertanggung jawab dalam mengatur proses kegiatan
kapal sandar menjadi lancar dan tepat waktu dalam proses kegiatan operasional di
pelabuhan. Dalam penyampaian informasi menjadi penting serta pengaturan
dalam kegiatan penyandaraan yang baik dan sesuai jasa keagenan yang telah
ditawarkan perusahaan terhadap aturan SOP penyandaran kapal asing di
pelabuhan Banten harus sesuai guna menjamin kelancaran penyandaran tersebut,
akan tetapi pada kenyataannya di lapangan semua hal yang berkaitan dengan
penyandaran kapal khususnya kapal asing terkadang tidak sesuai aturan yang
menyebabkan terlambatnya kegiatan penyandaran dan membuat kegiatan
selanjutnya terhambat dan tertunda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui
faktor apa saja yang disebabkan oleh beberapa permasalahan yang ada serta
dampak yang ditimbulkan dari faktor tersebut dan upaya apa yang dilakukan guna
meminimalisir dan mengantisipasi adanya keterlambatan penyandaran kapal.
Penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan
pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik analisa pengumpulan data berdasarkan hasil
observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi di lapangan saat penulis melakukan
praktek saat 25 Maret 2019 sampai 16 Agustus 2019 di PT. Adi Bahari Nuansa .
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pihak agen mengurusi segala kegiatan
berkaitan jasa keagenan yang dimulai dari kapal sebelum sandar, kapal ketika
sandar, hingga kapal keluar dari area pelabuhan. Ada beberapa permasalahan
faktor penyebab keterlambatan salah satunya karena faktor non teknis seperti
trouble engine kapal dan keadaan cuaca berpengaruh dalam proses penyandaran
kapal asing, faktor lainnya juga dapat disebabkan oleh kesalahan atau kurang
lengkapnya penyampaian informasi oleh pihak principal maupun pihak kapal
sebelum kegiatan sandar di pelabuhan tujuan. Hal ini berdampak langsung pada
pergantian jadwal dan tempat sandar kapal sehingga Estimate Time Arrival
mengalami perubahan, serta terhambatnya kegiatan selanjutnya seperti bongkar
muat menjadi tertunda tidak sesuai jadwal. Selaku pihak agen atau pihak kapal
tidak bisa terkena klaim dari consignee, dikarenakan faktor tersebut disebabkan
kehendak alam (Act of God) dan kejadian yang tidak dapat diprediksi kapan
terjadinya. Upaya pengoptimalan penanganan oleh agen dengan mengajukan
permohonan langsung ke pihak KSOP secepatnya dan mendiskusikan kepada
pihak pilot pandu terkait adanya cuaca buruk terkait kegiatan penyandaran guna
permasalahan tersebut segera diatasi oleh pihak terkait dan kegiatan kapal kembali
berjalan normal walaupun dalam jangka waktu yang tidak sama dengan jadwal.

PT. Adi Bahari Nuansa is responsible for manage the process of ship
berthing activities to be fluent and on time for operational activities at the Port of
Banten. In the case of information delivery that’s important, and the
arrangements in ship berthing activities must be suitable with agency services
which have been offered by the company, refer to the SOP rules for foreign ship
berthing in the port of Banten it’s must be suitable in order to guarantee the
fluency of the ship berthing activities, but in reality on the field, all matters to
relate the ship berthing especially foreign ships, sometimes do not compatible
with the rules which causes delay in ship berthing activities and makes further
activities obstructed and delayed. The purpose of this research is to find out what
are the factor causes of some the existing problems and what are the impacts of
these factors and what efforts are made to minimize and anticipate any delays in
ship berthing activities.
The writing of this thesis uses a descriptive research method with a
qualitative approach, in accordance with data collection analysis techniques
based on observation, interview and documentation in the field when the authors
has practice of Land Project from March 25th
, 2019 to August 16th
, 2019 at PT.

The results that’s representative the agent has perform all activities
related to agency services starting from the ship before berthing, the ship when
berthing at the Port, until the ship leaves the Port area. There are several
problems that factor cause ship berthing delays, one of which is due to nontechnical factors such as ship trouble engine and because weather conditions that
affect to foreign ship berthing, other factors can also be caused by fault or
incomplete delivery of information by the principal or the ship crew previous to
berthing activities at the port of destination. This has a direct impact on changing
schedule and berth of ship so that the Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) must be
change, and further activities such as loading and unloading being delayed and
do not match on schedule. As the agent or the ship can not be affected by claims
from the consignee, because these factors are caused by the will of nature (Act of
God) and these events can not be predicted when they occur. Handling
optimization efforts by the agency to apply directly to the KSOP immediately and
discuss with the problem on the field related to the pilot about bad weather before
actualize foreign ship berthing activities related to these problems be solved by

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
