Currently, they did not have any mobile applications that will make booking bicycles easier. The purpose of this study is to address the issue of making booking bicycles easier which is to develop a mobile application for the bicycle Reservation System with the implementation of QR Codes. The target users of the mobile application are students and staff in UiTM Arau. Integrated with QR Codes can ensure that users can use the bicycles at that time with only the need to scan the QR Codes

No full textThe influence of blog is extensively noticeable especially during the 13th General Election that had received unexpected turn outs as the public nowadays are more daring and bolder in voicing their opinions on the democratic issues in Malaysia. Malaysians are now more outspoken and have cried out for a new government by asking the current government who has been ruling since independence to step down. Most blogs that are supporting the oppositions have voiced out the intention to call upon a new government through campaigns such as “Ubah” and “Ini Kalilah”. The effects of this have brought to a new dynamic in the pursuit of each political party in Malaysia to fight for various ideologies and move towards victory for the party that they represent. This research paper is to explain on the disclosure of a generic frame by bloggers in Malaysia before and after the 13th General Election. It has involved two groups of blogger represented by the Pro-Barisan Nasional and the Pro-Pakatan Rakyat. A quantitative content analysis and an in-depth interview were done in explaining the media frame that both groups of blogger had used. The findings portray the usage of media frames from both groups of blogger in achieving their main goals for the benefits of everyone. However, the economic consequences frame has shown as having the lowest impact due to the facts that it has its own characteristics that needed expertise to discuss further on the economic issues in Malaysi

No full textEco-enzyme is a multifunctional liquid produced from the fermentation of waste or organic waste, water, Aloe Vera as a thickness and moisturizer. Fermentation of eco-enzymes is carried out for 2-3months. The length of time fermentation effect is colour, aroma and pH. The fermentation times of the eco-enzymes utilized range between 2.5 months and 3 months. pH testing is a part of eco-enzyme analysis. pH duration for a fermentation that lasts 2.5 months is 3, compared to 1.5 for a fermentation that lasts 3 months. For each sample, a different dilution ratio was used: 1:40, 2:40, 3:40, 4:40, and 5:40. Based on the results and discussion of the analysis, the best samples obtained in hand sanitizer with an eco-enzyme fermentation length of 3 months and a dilution ratio of 5:40. Physical properties and storage stability of geopolymer modified asphalt binder

the 80/100 penetration grade asphalt modified with geopolymer. In this research, fly
ash and alkali activators, namely sodium silicate (Na2SiO3) and sodium hydroxide
(NaOH), were used as geopolymer components. The penetration, Ring and Ball
softening point, ductility, and viscosity tests were conducted to determine the physical
properties of geopolymer modified asphalt (GMA). Five samples of asphalt binders
with varying percentages of geopolymer, namely 0, 3, 5, 7 and 9%, by weight of
asphalt binder were studied. Results show that geopolymer has good compatibility
with asphalt binder. The addition of geopolymer into asphalt binder resulted in
improved permanent deformation resistance of the modified binder compared to that
of the conventional asphalt. In conclusion, geopolymer could be considered as a
potential alternative in the modification of the properties of asphalt binder

No full textPersembahan hadrah merupakan satu bentuk hiburan masyarakat awam yang masih mendapat sambutan ramai (walaupun sudah banyak berkurangan atau kurang permintaan). Persembahan hadrah ini masih banyak dipersembahkan di majlis kahwin dan juga di majlis keramaian yang lain. Kebiasaannya, hadrah dipersembahkan semasa mengiringi kehadiran pasangan pengantin. Menurut pandangan peribadi Abang Ali (17 November 2015), tradisi hadrah ini wujud di Tanah Arab terlebih dahulu dan disebarkan di Sarawak oleh para pedagang Arab yang datang berdagang di Sarawak. Ada juga yang menyatakan bahawa hadrah wujud dalam kalangan masyarakat kampung tetapi kesahihannya masih diragui. Banyak cerita menarik berkaitan dengan seni hadrah ini, sama ada dalam bentuk kenyataan benar atau pun mitos. Namun semua ini menarik untuk diketahui. Menurut Ahmad Hakimi Khairuddin dan Zahir Ahmad (2006:43), terdapat satu versi persembahan hadrah yang mengatakan bahawa orangorang yang tersesat di dalam hutan terdengar bunyi pukulan gendang. Kumpulan itu telah pergi ke kawasan bunyi gendang tersebut dan mendapati bahawa bunyi pukulan gendang tersebut datangnya dari sebatang pokok. Mereka telah memotong pokok tersebut untuk mengetahui sebab pokok tersebut mengeluarkan bunyi. Setelah memotong pokok itu, didapati bahawa pokok itu kosong di dalamnya. Oleh sebab itu, mereka mendapat ilham untuk membuat gendang hadrah daripada pokok tersebut dan telah dimainkan di sekitar kampung sebagai satu seni persembahan. Terdapat juga pendapat yang mengaitkan asalusul persembahan hadrah ini dengan cerita tentang orang sesat di dalam hutan. Untuk menghilangkan rasa bosan mereka telah mengadakan persembahan hadrah di dalam hutan. Permainan gendang tersebut telah didengari oleh golongan raja di kawasan tersebut lalu mereka dijemput untuk mengadakan persembahan di istana (Ahmad Hakimi Khairuddin dan Zahir Ahmad, 2006). Oleh hal yang demikian, terjadilah asimilasi budaya dalam kalangan masyarakat tempatan dan persembahan hadrah tersebut terus dimainkan dan berkembang dalam majlis kahwin, majlis keramaian dan sebagainya
