This study examines about the constitutional crisis which happen in Perak and Sarawak through cases of Dato ' Sen Nizar Jamaluddin v Dato' Seri Zarnbry and Stephen Kalong Ningkan v Penghulu Tawi Sli where the power of Sultan and Yang Dipertua Negeri were question in appointing and dismissing Menteri Besar and Chief Minister. By examining these cases, it reveals the standards that have been put forward out by court in sending their judgement. Plus, it explains the application of article in the state constitution. The core of the problem lies when there is no provision in state constitution that stated that Sultan and Yang Dipertua Negeri can dismiss Menteri Besar and Chief Minister. Inferences were made that there is loophole in State Constitution regarding this matter. This paper project concentrates on the determining factors that are taken into consideration by the judges in their judgement is concluded. Furthermore, this project paper also provides some recommendations and suggestions that can be considered in order to curb the problem. Therefore, it comes to the conclusion that every state constitution needs to be reviewed regarding the appointment and dismissing of Menteri Besar and Chief Minister so that it would not cause more crisis in state and to deal with the critiques made over the years
The Influence of al-Sahihayn on Popular Hadith Literatures: The Case of Khazinah al-AsrarJalilah al-Adhkar
The compilations of authentic hadith by alBukhari
(d. 870) and Muslim (d. 875) known
collectively as al-Sahihayn serve for the Sunnis
as the second highest source of religion after the
Quran. The stringent methods in hadith selection
and appraisal in these books have contributed
to their credibility and reliability as a primary
religious source, and many succeeding works
attempted to emulate them, though with varying
results. Some popular hadith literatures have
also utilized al-Sahihayn as their main source
of hadith quotation to enhance their status of
acceptance, notwithstanding some compromises
and modifications. This is particularly the case
with a 19th century hadith compilation known
as Khazinah al-Asrar Jalilah al-Adhkar by
Muhammad Haqqi al-Nazilli (d. 1884). Thus,
this paper aims to delve into this topic in
further details. It attempts to analyze the role
and influence of al-Sahihayn on Khazinah alAsrar,
the extent of compliance of its author
with the former, and the overall implication of
its extensive methodology on succeeding hadith
works, particularly in Southeast Asia

The Role of Religion in Higher Education Funding:Special Reference to Hinduism and Buddhism in Malaysia
Religion is one of the recognised factors which
play important roles in changing human lives.
It influences various aspects of man’s life
spectrum. Generally, each and every religion
promotes man’s well-being and brings guidance
to improve man’s lives psychologically,
sociologically, spiritually and economically.
From the economic point of view, every religion
therefore provides sacred instruments to improve
the society. In Hinduism and Buddhism, dana
(charity), through redistribution of wealthis one
of the economic sacred instruments practised to
enhance man’s well-being. Therefore, Hinduism
and Buddhism, amidst the other major world’s
religionsin Malaysia, strive to play their own
vital role in inculcating the sense of awareness
among its adherents on the importance of charity
and knowledge; for charity is known through
knowledge (dharma). Both religions maintain
that knowledge and hence, education has vital
values and roles in order for man to attain
happiness and prosperity in life, physically
and spiritually.
This research focuses on the economic role of
religion, specifically Hinduism and Buddhism,
in developing the society’s well-being through
funding for higher education in contemporary
Malaysia. It discusses the concept of dana
(charity) and its significance in the teachings
of the two Indian religions, as well as factors
encouraging their adherents to the practice
of giving and charity. This paper will also
examine the role and dana management of two
religious institutions, namely the Penang Hindu
Endowments Board (PHEB) and Malaysian
Buddhist Association in higher education
financing.
This research incorporates both library research
and field studies, wherein survey and interview
methods are applied. It suggests that the
doctrine of dana in Hinduism and Buddhism
plays important roles for the well-being of the
society in contemporary Malaysia, specifically
in economy and education
Exploring the Islamic perspective on tissue engineering principles and practice
Tissue engineering is related to the replacement,
restoration, repair and/or regeneration of
tissues/organs that are tailored to the needs
of the individual patient. The potential
applications of tissue engineering are being
unveiled with much hype and expectations
among the scientists and the public at large. The
demand for engineered tissues may increase
considerably, but the progress has been slow
due to scientific and technical challenges
that linked to moral, religious, philosophical,
political and economic aspects. There are ongoing
debates on certain aspects that seem to
indicate that scientists maybe “playing God”.
This article briefly analyses tissue engineering
principles and the discourse surrounding it.
Subsequently, the author briefly reflects on the
Islamic perspectives, both for and against the
technology. The discussions serve to provide
a platform on how best to achieve a consensus
that adequately deals with the scientific reality
and the Islamic moral and legal jurisprudence
that surrounds the technology

Effect of the printing parameters on the tensile strength and surface roughness of a photopolymer resin using dlp 3d printing
The advancement of Digital Light Processing (DLP) in 3D printing has catalysed
the production of high-quality parts characterized by their high resolution and swift
manufacturing turnaround. Despite its popularity, the detailed effects of specific printing
parameters on material properties have not been fully outlined. This study investigated how
layer height, exposure time, and bottom exposure time influence the tensile strength and
surface roughness of photopolymer resin parts produced via DLP. Utilizing a Taguchi
method 9v9 experimental design, the contribution of each parameter to the variance in
mechanical properties were explored. The statistical analysis reveals that layer height
significantly dictates the surface roughness, contributing to 52.97% of the total variance.
Simultaneously, bottom exposure time and layer height substantially influence tensile
strength, accounting for 29.64% and 19.00% of the variance, respectively. Exposure time,
however, has a minimal impact, contributing just 1.36% to tensile strength and showing
negligible effects on surface roughness. Optimization efforts identified a layer height of 0.05
mm and bottom exposure time of 15 seconds as optimal, markedly improving tensile strength
and surface finish. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis correlates these optimized
parameters with crack morphology, offering microstructural evidence that parts printed with
optimal settings demonstrate a more resistant structure to tensile forces, as indicated by the
presence of rougher, more tortuous crack patterns on stronger samples. The optimal
parameters serve as a benchmark for producing parts with superior mechanical strength and
surface integrity, thereby fulfilling the increasing industrial demand for robust, 3D-printed
components
Influence of infill and nozzle diameter on porosity of PLA 3d printed parts
This study investigates the influence of infill density, infill pattern, and nozzle diameter on the porosity of polylactic
acid (PLA) parts fabricated using fused filament fabrication (FFF). Nine different parameter combinations were evaluated
using a Taguchi L9 orthogonal array, involving three infill densities (15%, 45%, 75%), three nozzle diameters (0.2 mm, 0.4
mm, 0.6 mm), and three infill patterns (grid, cubic, gyroid). Porosity was measured using gravimetric methods and supported by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Results showed that infill density was the most significant factor, reducing porosity from 84.98% at 15% to 28.78% at 75% (p = 0.000). Nozzle diameter also affected porosity, decreasing from 58.17% at 0.2 mm to 55.61% at 0.6 mm (p = 0.062). The influence of infill pattern, while not statistically significant (p = 0.093), was visually evident: the grid pattern consistently resulted in lower porosity (~56.22%) due to uniform filament paths, while the gyroid pattern exhibited the highest porosity (~58.45%) due to its complex, non-intersecting structure. The optimal combination for minimizing porosity included a 75% infill density, grid pattern, and 0.6 mm nozzle diameter. These findings provide valuable guidelines for optimizing FFF parameters to improve the structural quality of PLA printed component
