No full textBurglar alarm is an apparatus, which is used to give warning through the sound o f bell or noises. This gadget is used to protect the owner’s property from being broken into or stolen. In project, the alarm is hanging at doorknob, in more details we use a bare wire as a sensor and put at Door Knob when someone touch the Door Knob the sensor will detect and activate and activate the siren. The siren will give a beeping sound as a warning to owners. To stop the alarm we use a remote control to stop the beeping sound and activate the circuit back. It is more easily to owners using a remote control rather than switch. This Alarm will not effect to people who touch the Door Knob because there is no current at the Door Knob but this circuit is use for detect a touch only

The purpose of making this report is to determine the process of preparing drainage work in office and on site. Data and information for making this report through observation, interview, site visit and document review. The process began from the office for designing purpose before proceed to the site. After all the authorities gave their approval of design from road and drainage drawing, drainage work could began on the site as in the schedule. Throughout this project, there were a few problems occur before and during construction. Solutions have taken to overcome the problems. Based on the ponder of the case consider, it can be concluded that the strategies of development project are appeared, issues happened has been recognize and the solution is taken

No full textThe purpose of this project is to design name card holder by using solidworks software and to fabricate name card holder by using 3D printing method with low cost. Nowadays cost effectiveness is the main issues in order to produce better name card holder with low cost and high quality. The design for this project had been sketch using solidworks software. Before using 3D printing, the design in solidworks file need to be converted into appropriate format, by using CURA software. This software also can estimated time consumption for your design to be done using 3D printing. Next, for the dimensions of this project. The length, width and height of this project is 85mm * 100mm x 65mm. The method used in this project for fabrication is using 3D printing machine, this is Addictive methods that be used to create 3D objects or materials. By laying down consecutive layers of material until the thing is entirely created. The project was successfully fabricated in actual size using the FDM 3D printing machine
The relationship between teacher-student interaction, and motivation and achievement in ESL classroom amongst secondary school students / Azrin Raimi Ahmad
No full textThis study aimed at studying the relationship of teacher-student interaction on secondary school approach was employed in this study. A questionnaire and group interviews were used as the tools to collect data from 145 students in a selected secondary school in Kuala Terengganu. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between teacher-student interaction and students' level of motivation. However, the findings found that there were no significant relationship between teacher-student interaction and students' ESL achievement. The results also revealed that there was a relationship between students' level of motivation and ESL achievement. Educators should use the information found in this study to enhance ESL teaching and learning. Teachers can help at risk students by creating a positive teacher-student interaction as it has an impact on students' motivation

Antioxidant activity of melon fruit peel extracts / Sarini Ahmad Wakid and Hamira Azrin Harun
No full textThe present study was conducted to evaluate the antioxidant activity of peel extract from three types of melon, Cucumis melo var cantalupensis, Cucumis melo var inodorus and Citrullus lanatus in family Curcurbitaceae. The extract was prepared with methanol respectively. 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay were used to study their antioxidant activity. The extracts were compared with commercial antioxidant, butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT). The highest scavenging effect from peel extract was presented by Cucumis melo var inodorus with the value of 52.7 ± 9.1μg/ml (IC50 = 4.61). BHT showed the lowest IC50 value 1.71 with the scavenging activity 90.0 ± 1.7μg/ml. Low IC50 value will indicates the strong ability of the extracts to act as DPPH scavenger

No full textThis research explores the effects of employee engagement, work environment and organizational learning on organizational commitment in Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan. This research also determined the level of organizational commitment at Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan, as well as to examine the elements of employee engagement, work environment and organizational learning has significant relationship with organizational commitment and also want to signify which element is the most influence towards organizational commitment and lastly to make a recommendations to improve it. A survey has been conducted among employees who work in Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan and total of 140 usable forms of questionnaires were made to deliver among the employees who work in the organization. Based on the finding, research found that the mean of organizational commitment is moderate as show in the finding. Besides that, majority of the respondents agreed that there is a significant positive relationship between employee engagement, work environment and organizational learning towards organizational commitment. On the other hand, employee engagement is the only variable that is influence towards organizational commitment and also there are recommendations that are suggested by researcher to improve the employee engagement in Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan

Tidak dinafikan bahawa pendekatan semasa, sama ada dalam bentuk konsep, prinsip, teori atau model telah begitu banyak berperanan sebagai alat analisis untuk memahami disiplin penggunaan dari sudut teori dan praktis. Pendekatan semasa yang bertunjangkan tasawwur dan epistemologi Barat ini bagaimanapun tidak sesuai diaplikasi ke atas budaya masyarakat Timur khususnya masyarakat Islam kerana perbezaan latar belakang kepercayaan, budaya dan persekitaran. Realiti ini menunjukkan betapa pentingnya ditonjolkan pendekatan yang bermula dengan premis Islam. Walau bagaimanapun pendekatan sedia ada yang ideal menurut Islam amat kecil bilangannya berbanding pendekatan konvensional. Ia menjustifikasikan keperluan membina pendekatan ini yang lahir dari asas tasawwur, epistemologi dan ontologi Islam. Justeru, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mencapai tiga objektif. Pertama, mengenal pasti teori, model dan pendekatan gelagat pengguna khususnya penggunaan berhierarki.
