PENINGKATAN BUDAYA BERLITERASI SASTRA BAGI SISWA SMAK SANTA MARIA MALANG MELALUI PEMBUATAN KITAB PENTIGRAF
No full textABSTRAKPenanaman gemar membaca sudah dilakukan di semua sekolah, namun belum semua dimuarakan padapembiasaan menulis. Memang terdapat beberapa kendala dalam upaya penanaman gemar menulis, karyasastra khususnya. Guna mengatasi kendala yang ada, pelatihan pembuatan pentigraf (cerpen tiga paragraf)ternyata bisa menjadi solusi. Hal ini dibuktikan lebih dari 2/3 siswa bisa mengumpulkan pentigraf dengantetap waktu. Agar rasa bangga siswa menjadi semakin terbangun, maka karya-karya tersebut dicetak dalambentuk buku oleh penerbit dan ber-ISBN. Buku tersebut diberi judul Teduhan Tak Kasat Mata yang terdiriatas 125 pentigraf dari 114 siswa. Melalui kegiatan abdimas ini, kiranya budaya berliterasi sastra bagi siswadi SMAK St. Maria Malang sungguh semakin berkembang.
AbstractInstilling reading habit has been carried out in all schools, but not all has been directed to the writing habit.Indeed, there are several obstacles in writing, especially in literary works. In order to overcome this obstacles,training in making pentigraphs (three paragraphs consisting of short stories) turned out to be a solution. This isproven by more than 2/3 of students of SMAK St. Maria Malang are able to collect pentigraphs on time. Inorder to build a sense of pride of the students, their works are printed in the form of book of pentigraphs bypublishers and have ISBN. Merekarata-rata merupakan guru yayasan dari Yayasan Karmel yang kantor pusatnya beradadi Malang. Sebagian besar dari guru-guru tersebut dalam mengajar masihmenggunakan metode pembelajaran yang konvensional.Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan bagipeningkatan kompetensi pedagogik para guru di sekolah-sekolah Katolik diKecamatan Donomulyo. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah perpaduan antarademonstrasi (peragaan hipnosis oleh kedua pemateri), ceramah tentang hipnosis danpemanfaatannya dalam pembelajaran, tanya-jawab, diskusi dan praktik oleh paraguru dalam memberikan kata-kata yang sugestif kepada siswa. Setelah prosespelatihan berakhir dilakukan penyebaran angket untuk mendapat informasi balikandari peserta pelatihan. WORKSHOP METODE PEWARTAAN DI ERA DIGITAL BAGI TEAM PEWARTA PAROKI SEMALANG RAYA
No full textAbstrakSetelah penyelenggaraan Konsili Vatikan II, peran awam sebagai pewarta menjadi semakin jelas.Sikap Gereja juga sangat terbuka dalam menanggapi perkembangan teknologi yang begitu cepat, dandiharapkan bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai media pewartaan yang lebih efektif. Sayangnya, belum semua TimPewarta Paroki mendapat pendidikan yang cukup guna melaksanakan tugas tersebut. Karena hal itulah kegiatanpengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diadakan. Materi pelatihan berisi dua hal, yaitu renungan lisan untukdiunggah via Youtube dan renungan tulis dalam format renungan tiga paragraf (rentigraf). Karena latarbelakang peserta begitu beragam, khususnya dari kemampuan pemannfaatan IT, maka tugas yang diberikanhanya terkait membuat renungan dalam bentuk tulis, yaitu dalam format renungan tiga paragraf. Walaupunbegitu, dari 97 peserta hanya 32 peserta yang mengirimkan renungan tiga paragraf (rentigraf) yang ditugaskandan akhirnya dicetak menjadi Kitab Rentigtaf. Semoga pengalaman peserta yang telah ikut membuat renungantiga paragraf dan telah dibukukan menjadi semangat baru dalam ikut mewartakan ajaran-Nya di era digital ini.Kata kunci: era digital; pewartaan; renungan tiga paragraf (rentigraf)AbstractAfter the holding of the Second Vatican Council, the role of laypeople as evangelists becameincreasingly clear. The Church's attitude is also very open in responding to rapid technological developments,and it is hoped that it can be used as a more effective evangelical media. Unfortunately, not all ParishEvangelist Teams have received sufficient education to carry out this task. That's why this community serviceactivity was held. The training material consists of two things, namely an oral reflection to be uploaded via aYouTube channel and a written reflection in three paragraph reflection (called rentigraf) format. Because theparticipants' backgrounds were so diverse, especially in terms of their ability to use IT, the assignments givenwere only related to writing reflections in written form, namely in a three-paragraph reflection format(rentigraf). Despite this, of the 97 participants, only 32 participants submitted their assigned three-paragraphreflections (rentigraf) which were eventually printed into the Book of Rentigraf. No full textIndonesia menduduki peringkat ketiga dalam kepemilikan hewan di Asia, atau hampir 50% penduduk Indonesia memiliki hewan peliharaan, tetapi dengan banyaknya tingkat kepemilikan hewan peliharaan masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan, di antaranya pemilik hewan yang belum mengetahui cara merawat hewan dengan baik, proses adopsi yang masih manual sehingga menimbulkan kesulitan dalam mencari hewan peliharaan untuk diadopsi atau melepas hewan peliharaan dalam mencari pemilik hewan yang tepercaya, timbulnya rasa empati para pencinta hewan, tetapi memiliki keterbatasan jarak dalam membantu hewan terlantar, serta butuh kemudahan dalam melakukan pembelian kebutuhan hewan. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, penulis menciptakan sebuah solusi inovatif dalam membantu pemilik hewan dan hewan peliharaan yang diberi judul “Inovasi Platform Pencinta Hewan dengan Misi Meningkatkan Animal Welfare melalui Website Eidos”, dengan melakukan pengembangan sebuah platform sehingga masyarakat, utamanya para pencinta hewan dapat melakukan adopsi, donasi, diskusi, mencari lokasi layanan hewan terdekat, membaca informasi seputar hewan peliharaan, serta membeli kebutuhan hewan peliharaan. Pengembangan website ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Setelah pengembangan produknya selesai, dilakukan implementasi melalui sosialisasi kepada para pencinta hewan secara langsung. Hasil sosialisasi menunjukkan respons positif, mampu memenuhi kebutuhan mereka, dan sesuai dengan harapan Eidos, para pencinta hewan dapat membantu hewan peliharaan lain dan merawat hewan peliharaannya secara mudah, cepat, dan aman.
Indonesia is ranked third in animal ownership in Asia, with almost 50% of the Indonesian population owning pets. However, with many levels of pet ownership, there are still several problems, including animal owners who do not know how to care for animals properly, the adoption process is still manual, which makes it challenging to find pets for adoption or release pets in finding trusted animal owners. The emergence of empathy for animal lovers but have limited distance in helping abandoned animals, and need convenience in purchasing animal needs. Based on the above problems, the author created an innovative solution to helping animal and pet owners entitled “Innovation of an Animal Lovers Platform with a Mission to Enhance Animal Welfare Through the Eidos Website” by developing a platform so that the community, especially animal lovers, can adopt, donate, discuss, find the nearest animal service location, read information about pets, as well as buying pet necessities. The development of this website is carried out using the waterfall method. After the product development, implementation is carried out directly through socialization with animal lovers. The results of socialization showed a positive response, were able to meet their needs, and, per Eidos's expectations, animal lovers can help other pets and care for them easily, quickly, and safely
Performance Index Model of Main Structure (CASE STUDY IN IPDMIP)
No full textPurpose: This research intends to build a performance index model of main stucture by case study in IPDMIP.
Theoretical reference: It is important to evaluate the percentage weights of 6 (six) variables in the Irrigation System Performance Index (ISPI) assessment so that irrigation managers get assessment results close to actual conditions in the field, improving the quality of irrigation system management.
Method: The methodology or the main structure model in this study was analyzed by using SEM-PLS software and GRG analysis. The selection of a research location in the Central Authority Irrigation Area was by considering the same data availability as previous research. In this research, the author used the Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) application to analyze and reduce variables, which were then analyzed again using the GRG (Generalized Reduced Gradient) method to calculate non-linear equations.
Result and Conclusion: The result shows that in this equation, there is only 1 (one) variable, 3 (three) dimensions, and 13 (thirteen) indicators analyzed. After analyzing with SEM PLS, followed by GRG (Generalized Reduced Gradient) analysis with the solver in Microsoft Excel, changes in variable weights occur, so the new model equation for the main structure performance index (Y) is 0.348, with structure body dimensions of + 0.492 and door & gear to operate of +0.160. Mud Bags and drain doors apply to the Central Authority.
Implication of research: Based on the results of previous research, where the assessment weight of the variable of the main irrigation network (with a weight of 0.744) is greater than the tertiary irrigation network (with a weight of 0.256).
Originality/ value: the role of the main irrigation network is more dominant in channeling water from the intake to the tertiary irrigation network. However, previous research has not been completed since the main structure still has a level below it and has not been included in the scope of previous research
