PENGEMBANGAN SARANA DAN PRASARANA MICE JAWA TIMUR PARK GROUP
Facilities and infrastructure is one of the main things in the company. Facilities and infrastructure are sometimes identical to the facilities that have been provided or will be provided. Especially in private companies such as Jawa Timur Park Group, which is engaged in providing Meeting Incentive Convention Exhibition (MICE) services. The development of MICE infrastructure aims to improve the quality of the company in accordance with the plan. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the development of MICE Facilities and Infrastructure in Jawa Timur Park Group, especially Jawa Timur Park 3. The method used was descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data sources, the data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation of techniques and sources. The results obtained indicate that the development of MICE facilities and infrastructure in East Java Park 3 Batu includes (1) basic facilities, (2) complementary facilities, (3) supporting facilities, (4) economic infrastructure, (5) social infrastructure, and (6 ) tourism infrastructure. The development of facilities and infrastructure to support MICE activities is carried out by considering the needs and convenience of visitors and minimizing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, through health protocol facilities. The development of facilities and infrastructure will continue to be carried out considering that there is still a lot of potential that East Java Park 3 Batu has.Sarana dan Prasarana merupakan salah satu hal utama dalam perusahaan. Sarana dan Prasarana terkadang identik dengan fasilitas yang sudah disediakan atau akan disediakan. Utamanya pada perusahaan swasta seperti Jawa Timur Park Group, yang bergerak di bidang penyedia jasa Meeting Incentive Convention Exhibition (MICE). Pengembangan sarana prasarana MICE bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas perusahaan sesuai dengan planning. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Pengembangan Sarana dan Prasarana MICE di Jawa Timur Park Group khususnya Jawa Timur Park 3. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder, yang perolehan datanya dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas data dilakukan dengan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sarana dan prasarana MICE di Jawa Timur Park 3 Batu meliputi (1) sarana pokok , (2) sarana pelengkap, (3) sarana penunjang, (4) prasarana perekonomian, (5) prasarana sosial, dan (6) prasarana kepariwisataan. Pengembangan sarana dan prasarana mendukung kegiatan MICE, dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan dan kemudahan pengunjung serta meminimalkan dampak pandemi Covid-19, melalui fasilitas protokol kesehatan. Pengembangan sarana dan prasarana akan terus dilakukan mengingat masih terdapat banyak potensi yang dimiliki Jawa Timur Park 3 Batu

The strategy used by the Gandu Roast Chicken business actors in building consumer perception is done by forming positive quality perceptions through the attributes of roasted chicken products, especially in terms of quality, features, price, and service excellence. The excellence of the products and services presented has made consumers satisfied and finally shared their experiences with others. The occurrence of oral, written, and electronic communication through WOM (word of mouth) and E-WOM (electronic word-of-mouth) between communities encourages the formation of brand identity and gives rise to brand image, positive perceptions in the minds of consumers related to Chicken Roasted Gandu. Whether we realize it or not, consumers who are satisfied with the quality of products and services have promoted it, recommending it to others around them. Information about excellence that is spread through E-WOM obtained from others has a strong influence. Recommendations from other consumers are more reliable, because they are independent, non-commercial, honest, and have no relationship with business actors. Besides that, the range of its spread is also very wide, because it takes place on social networking sites of the internet and social media that have no geographical restrictions, time or social ties, so before deciding to buy a product, consumers can get many opportunities to exchange information easily and effectively. Keungggulan produk dan layanan yang dihadirkan telah membuat konsumen puas dan akhirnya menceritakan pengalamannya kepada orang lain. Terjadinya komunikasi lisan, tertulis, dan elektronik melalui WOM (word of mouth) dan E-WOM (electronic word-of-mouth) antar masyarakat mendorong terbentuknya brand identity dan menimbulkan brand image, persepsi positif di benak konsumen terkait Ayam Panggang Gandu. Disadari atau tidak, konsumen yang puas dengan kualitas produk dan layanan telah melakukan promosi, merekomendasikan kepada orang lain di sekitarnya. Informasi keunggulan yang tersebar melalui E-WOM yang diperoleh dari orang lain memiliki pengaruh kuat. Rekomendasi dari konsumen lain lebih dapat dipercaya, karena bersifat mandiri, non komersial, jujur, dan tidak ada hubungan dengan para pelaku usaha. Disamping itu daya jangkau penyebarannya pun sangat luas, karena berlangsung di situs jejaring sosial (social networking sites) internet dan media sosial yang tidak ada batasan geografis, waktu maupun ikatan sosial, sehingga sebelum memutuskan untuk membeli suatu produk, konsumen dapat memperoleh banyak kesempatan untuk bertukar informasi dengan mudah dan efektif. PERSEPSI IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN MEETING INCENTIVE CONVENTION EXHIBITION (Studi Kasus di The SUN Hotel dan ASTON Hotel – Madiun)
MICE Management consists of event research, event design, event planning, event coordination, and event evaluation, it makes us possible to organize the MICE event. MICE tourism (meeting, incentive, convention, exhibition) or better known as convention tourism has a very large multiplier effect because it can increase economic income and drive other industrial sectors related to the MICE tourism. Industries that will be directly affected by the MICE industry include the hotel industry, the hall supply industry, the restaurant industry and the sound system rental industry. The SUN Hotel and Aston Hotel are among the hotels that provide MICE facilities in the city of Madiun. The hotel has three and four star qualifications with a number of meetingrooms and ballrooms equipped with the necessary equipment and human resources. How and what is the function of the meeting room and ballroom and HR configuration of these two hotels in Madiun City. The conclusions of this study are; The implementation of MICE management at SUN Hotel Madiun based on the results of the analysis of observations, interviews and questionnaires has been done \u27well\u27 from all respondents totaling 14 people, over 70% answered agree and strongly agree. Likewise at Aston Hotel Madiun, over 84% answered agreed and strongly agreed.Manajemen MICE yang meliputi penelitian event, desain event, perencanaan event, koordinasi event, dan evaluasi event, memungkinkan kita dapat mengorganisasi event MICE. Wisata MICE (meeting, incentive, convention, exhibition) atau lebih dikenal dengan wisata konvensi mempunyai dampak multiplier effect yang sangat besar karena dapat menambah pendapatan ekonomi dan menggerakkan sektor industri lain yang terkait dengan wisata MICE tersebut. Industri yang akan terkena dampak langsung dari industry MICE antara lain yaitu industri perhotelaan, industri penyediaan hall, industri restoran dan industri persewaan sound system. The SUN Hotel dan Aston Hotel merupakan salah satu hotel yang menyediakan fasilitas MICE di kota Madiun. Hotel ini memilki kualifikasi bintang tiga dan empat dengan sejumlah meetingroom dan ballroom dilengkapi dengan peralatan yang dibutuhkan serta SDM-nya. Bagaimana dan seperti apa function configuration meeting room dan ballroom serta SDM kedua hotel ini di Kota Madiun. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah; Implementasi manajemen MICE Di SUN Hotel Madiun berdasarkan hasil analisis observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner sudah dilakukan dengan ‘baik’ dari seluruh responden yang berjumlah 14 orang, diatas 70% menjawab setuju dan sangat setuju. Demikian juga di Aston Hotel Madiun, diatas 84% menjawab setuju dan sangat setuju
PROSEDUR TENDER PENGADAAN KERETA API (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Industri Kereta Api (Persero)
Tenders can mean auction or a system of buying and selling conducted by a party by inviting vendors (sellers or providers) to present the prices and quality needed. The best price and quality will be the winners. Auctions or tender systems are very popular, especially by companies, given the nominal amount and duration of contracts in an auction is very large and varied. This study aims to determine the tender procedures for procurement of railroad by PT KAI (Persero) from PT INKA (Persero), especially for post-qualification public tenders, as well as the documents required in the process. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods that are sourced from primary data, namely by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation of research objects and secondary data by conducting a study of relevant library materials. With the Triangulation Method the results of the research show that PT INKA (Persero) has carried out the tender procedure for the post-qualification of railroad procurement in accordance with applicable regulations and SOPs, even though the clarification stage is conducted simultaneously with the aanwinzjing stage; the stage of submitting, opening and evaluating documents is carried out at one time; and the refutation stage is not carried out if it has been determined as the winner of the tender.Tender dapat artikan lelang atau sistem jual beli yang dilakukan suatu pihak dengan cara mengundang vendor (penjual atau penyedia) untuk mempresentasikan harga dan kualitas yang dibutuhkan. Harga dan kualitas yang terbaiklah, nantinya yang akan menjadi pemenang. Lelang atau sistem tender sangat digemari terutama oleh perusahaan-perusahaan, mengingat jumlah nominal dan durasi kontrak dalam suatu lelang sangat besar dan bervariasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur tender pengadaan kereta api oleh PT KAI (Persero) dari PT INKA (Persero) khususnya untuk tender umum pascakualifikasi, serta dokumen yang diperlukan dalam proses tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang bersumber dari data primer yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi objek penelitian serta data sekunder yaitu dengan melakukan pengkajian bahan pustaka yang relevan. Dengan Metode Triangulasi hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT INKA (Persero) sudah melaksanakan prosedur tender pascakualifikasi pengadaan kereta api sesuai dengan peraturan dan SOP yang berlaku, walaupun untuk tahap klarifikasi dilakukan bersamaan dengan tahap aanwinzjing; tahap penyampaian, pembukaan, dan evaluasi dokumen dilaksanakan dalam satu waktu; dan tahap sanggah tidak dilakukan apabila telah ditetapkan sebagai pemenang tender
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
