No full textDampak kebijakan defisit anggaran pemerintah menjadi perdebatan dalam
perekonomian, setelah munculnya Ricardian Equivalence Hypothesis pada tahun
1989, yang dikemukakan oleh Barro. Berdasarkan teori RE, kebijakan pemerintah
dengan peningkatan pengeluaran pemerintah dan pemotongan pajak, berdampak
netral terhadap konsumsi. Hal ini menjadi penting untuk dianalisis di Indonesia,
mengingat defisit anggaran Indonesia terjadi pada setiap periode, bahkan diterapkan
sejak Orde Baru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya
fenomena Ricardian equivalence pada Indonesia dengan mengestimasi pengaruh
pendapatan (GDP), simpanan domestik, dan komponen kebijakan defisit anggaran
yang terdiri dari defisit anggaran, pengeluaran pemerintah, dan utang pemerintah
terhadap konsumsi, dan apakah perbedaan kebijakan antara pemerintahan Orde Baru
dan pemerintahan Orde Reformasi berpengaruh terhadap komponen kebijakan defisit.
Karena komponen kebijakan defisit anggaran sebagai variabel bebas dari model
fungsi konsumsi dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model fungsi konsumsi, maka
untuk mengestimasi model tersebut menggunakan metode Two Stage Least Square
(TSLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan kebijakan antar pemerintahan
Orde Baru dan pemerintahan Reformasi tidak signifikan mempengaruhi komponen
kebijakan defisit anggaran, dan RE terjadi pada Indonesia

ABSTRACT
Siwalan is the fruit of a palm tree which a lot of growing up in the City of Tuban. The fruit is less favored because of quick foul and difficult to eat it. The author tried to expand the innovation and introduced it to society how the way of consuming Siwalan practically, effectively, one of them is to process it into candy 'Dried Jelly Siwalan'. The purpose of this innovation is to so extend the duration of consumption of Siwalan to be able to survive more than one month at room temperature and two months in the fridge without preservatives. Dried Candy Jelly Siwalan is made from natural ingredients and interesting colors, this is intended to increase the interest of consumption of society in particular children and tourists who effect on the creation of business opportunities for the improvement of the economy of the community.

Factors Affecting Quality of English Language Teaching and Learning Using Multimedia in Schools
No full textThis paper examined the factor responsible for the poor quality of the teaching of English as a second language in schools. To guide the study three research questions were posed. The questions examined the following three variables: (1) Frequency of the use of instructional media; (2) Frequency of the use of media intructional techniques; and (3) The school learning environment.
It revealed that english language teachers do not frequently use modern instructional technologies and variety of teaching techniques in their English language lessons.
This paper addresses research into learners\u27 perceptions of the usage of multimedia, self- evaluation of one\u27s performance in individual practice and reflections on practical ways of improving students\u27 skills. Some implications of research are suggested including a blended learning, i.e combination of multiple approaches to learning by harmonizing all language skills with classroom audition activities in teaching/learning English for Specific Purposes

Since there is almost 30 years between these two generations, so much has change in the world of technology. The students will be more advance in technology than their teachers. The main machine in all research is a researcher, or a team of researchers by using technology. In qualitative research, the researchers have a lot to do with planning the study, arranging for situations to observe, interviewing people, examining records, putting patches of ideas together, and writing reports. The instrument of this research may take the form of some application photographs, art objects, videotapes, website pages, emails, text messages, social media, or any forms of sound. The result of this is important for teachers to keep in mind because the way you learned and the things you were taught are outdated to this generation. The teachers must also learn how to use technology in the classroom or the students will become bored and uninterested in their learning. Also, the students will see no value in the information they are learning because they will view it as outdated and this generation is very hands-on wanting to figure it out for themselves
Using English Magazine On Virtual Learning Environment
No full textNowadays internet technology is not a new thing for most people to find information about various things. Moreover, sources from internet can be used by English teachers as teaching materials and can be used by students for learning English online. English in Indonesia is a foreign language, which is not widely used outside the class. This is not an ideal situation for both the teacher and the students. The use of internet can be a solution for English teachers to provide more exposures to English environment or context. The key for learning English is to focus on input that can be gained through listening and reading activities. The better input the students get the faster they acquire the target language. The advance of internet technology makes it possible to combine listening to spoken English uttered by native speakers and at the same time reading texts read by native speakers. Learning English through web fkip.unirow.ac.id/elearning has been used to combine listening skill and reading skill. The web has been equipped with audio panel so that students can listen to the native speakers‘ utterances accompanied with the text that the students can read. For this activity the students get a worksheet which give them guidance and instruction to do the task. The learning materials provided in the web can be collected from reliable English magazines equipped with CD Audio uttered by native speakers
