In this exposure, the author proposed about KH Muhammad Zaini Abdul Ghani, the study on charisma and social role and Kharisma of KH Muhammad Zaini Abd. Ghani also supported by the ability to master the classical Islamic sciences. He was able to explain the concepts and to construct elaborate religious in simple language. Therefore, when listening to the description of his talk was easy to understand, understood and grown the love (awe) to him. Feelings of love and admiration were also growing in the hearts of thousands of his disciples. Therefore, a lot of people who liked to tell his karamah - Karamah, although teachers themselves said, Karamah not very important for one's piety, but the consistency in doing good, more better than a thousand Karamah. Once passed away into Rahmatullah, the tomb of K.H. Muhammad Zaini Abd. Ghani always visited by the public until now. Hundreds of people come every day from various parts of this city. This shows that his charisma is not lost when the person dies
Introducing Muhammad Abdul Ghani Moura Farrokhabadi
The tazkira al-Shaarai of Maulana Mohammad Abdul Ghani Farrukhabadi (1916 AD) is considered to be one of the latest public research tazkira in the subcontinent, which has not been known and studied until now. This book can be considered under Armaghan Asefi, which mentions poets whose poems are included in that book. This tazkira is the biography of 1027 poets, which is arranged in alphabetical order based on their purity. Our goal in this article is to take a brief look at the author's life and examine the content of his poets' biography. The importance of this biography is that the author, while being brief, describes the biography of the poets in one sentence to one paragraph, based on purity, name, year of death, country, Malik and Ahed have been classified; on this basis, giving useful information such as: poets' names and lineage, mention of the date of death of most of them, and mention of travels are other features of this tazkira, which have received less attention in other tazkira. Despite the abundance of poets' names, this tazkira can be considered as the most concise book of Persian tazkira in the form of a table, which is based solely on historical and documented information
Intellectual property laws and Islam in Malaysia.
PhDThis study is undertaken on the premise that Islam and Islamic law is to be taken into
serious consideration in any future legislative reform of laws in Malaysia. Islam being
the religion of the country and the strong religious sentiment of the Muslims (who
form the majority in Malaysia) cannot be overlooked or dismissed lightly by the
legislators in Malaysia. Reformation of intellectual property laws is timely, as we are
now approaching to the dateline set by GATF-Trips agreement which aim is to
improve our standard of intellectual property protection. This study seeks to analyze
and evaluate the current legislation pertaining to intellectual property in Malaysia in
terms of the philosophy and rules governing the existence, ownership and exercise of
these rights and their consistency and inconsistency with Islam and Islamic law. The
main objective of this study is to prove that a coherent and logical conceptual
framework of ownership of intellectual property can be derived from an Islamic
perspective which not only offers the basis of rights but also defines the scope of
these rights. From the point of ownership of rights, support can be obtained from the
normative framework of property rights within the traditional classification of 'mal'
(property) and 'haqq al-milkiyyah' (ownership rights) under Islamic law. From the
point of exercise of rights, the exact scope can be defined from the analysis of
fundamental concepts which have been developed by Muslim jurists. It has been
established that Islam and Islamic law offers a sound and systematic paradigm, which
in deeper analysis, can satisfy both our current obligations under international
treatises, as well as our responsibility to practise our religion to the fullest

Makrifat is one of the central issues in the world of Sufism, because the ultimate goal of Sufism is to achieve ma'rifatullah. Makrifat has its own appeal to most people because it is a science related to direct knowledge of God. achieving makrifat must be in accordance with the right path coupled with the right teacher anyway. So that the process undergone is not contrary to the faith in the heart. The author chose to examine the views of Guru Sekumpul because he is a central scholar in Borneo whose knowledge is very large, he teaches a lot of knowledge including a makrifat.
This research is library research with the category of qualitative research. The approach used is the historical approach where the author describes the data about the history of the figure and from looking at the historical side of his life is an approach to know how his views.
The result of this research is that makrifat based on the view of the Assembled Teachers is a noble science and promises a true happiness bestowed directly from God to His servants. The path to achieve enlightenment must be in accordance with the Shari'ah, the order and reality. According to him, makrifat can be achieved through two ways; in sum that is to believe that God has perfection. And in tafshîl is to know and practice the attributes of Allah which are called the attributes of twenty. In addition, man must also know the origin of himself and the beginning of something created that is Nur Muhammad. It is the perfection of makrifat. In presenting his views on makrifat, there are the thoughts of previous figures that he still defends, among them the thoughts of al-Ghazâlî. the pattern of mysticism that he taught in the practice of makrifat is more towards sunni 'amali mysticism
TEOLOGI KOMPARATIF DAN KOMUNIKASI LINTAS AGAMA DALAM MENCEGAH RADIKALISME BERBASIS AGAMA
Religious radicalism has become a serious threat to social stability and inter-religious harmony. This phenomenological study examines the role of the Bandung City Religious Communication Forum (FKUB) in implementing counter-radicalism strategies through Islamic da\u27wah based on comparative theology and interfaith communication. FKUB Bandung City successfully built multi-religious consensus regarding the dangers of extremism by integrating theological understanding from various religious traditions. Da\u27wah strategies are implemented through internal and external communication, including formal programs such as dialogue and counseling, as well as informal initiatives in the form of campaigns and social activism. FKUB\u27s anti-radicalism da\u27wah implementation uses a multi-platform approach, combining offline activities with digital media utilization to expand message reach. This research uses the constructivism paradigm using philosophical and psychological approaches through phenomenological research methods. The collection of primary data in this study was obtained through interviews, secondary data obtained through observations and documents available in the field and tertiary data related to relevant literature that can support the findings in this study. Data analysis involves bracketing, dialogue with individual participants, reflection on research results, identifying themes and then building descriptions and concepts. Analysis shows communication effectiveness at three levels: micro (internalization of individual values), meso (formation of communal cooperative attitudes), and macro (development of transcendental understanding based on universal values). This research recommends the importance of continuous synergy between academics, policymakers, and religious leaders in strengthening FKUB\u27s capacity. Government support for infrastructure and budget, as well as active participation of religious figures in spreading anti-radicalism messages, are key to the success of interfaith dialogue-based deradicalization programs.Radikalisme berbasis agama merupakan permasalahan sosial yang mengancam perdamaian dan kerukunan di masyarakat. Fenomena ekstremisme berbasis agama ini mengalami peningkatan yang mengkhawatirkan dalam beberapa dekade terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran teologi komparatif dan komunikasi lintas agama dalam mencegah radikalisme berbasis agama melalui studi fenomenologi pada Forum Komunikasi Umat Beragama (FKUB) Kota Bandung.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FKUB Kota Bandung telah mengembangkan kesepahaman terkait bahaya radikalisme berbasis agama yang diselaraskan dengan paham-paham teologi dari berbagai perwakilan umat beragama. Komunikasi lintas agama dilakukan secara internal melalui dialog antar anggota dan secara eksternal dengan melibatkan masyarakat luas. Inisiatif formal seperti diskusi dan penyuluhan, serta inisiatif informal seperti kampanye dan pawai, telah diimplementasikan oleh FKUB.
Jangkauan teologi komparatif dan komunikasi lintas agama mencakup dunia nyata dan dunia maya. Di dunia nyata, FKUB menjalin kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak untuk mengentaskan radikalisme. Di dunia maya, FKUB menyebarkan pesan-pesan anti-radikalisme melalui media sosial dan media daring.
Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa upaya teologi komparatif dan komunikasi lintas agama terjadi pada tingkatan mikro, meso, dan makro. Pada tingkatan mikro, nilai-nilai dan komunikasi berkaitan dengan internalisasi kebajikan individu. Pada tingkatan meso, interaksi membentuk sikap kooperatif baik di lingkungan internal FKUB maupun di masyarakat luas. Pada tingkatan makro, komunikasi lintas agama membentuk pemahaman transendental yang mempercayai adanya perekat sosial berupa nilai-nilai universal untuk menghadapi radikalisme.
Rekomendasi untuk peneliti masa mendatang adalah untuk melanjutkan kajian efektivitas komunikasi lintas agama dalam berbagai tingkatan serta mengeksplorasi metode komunikasi yang paling efektif. Para pemangku kebijakan diharapkan mendukung kegiatan FKUB dengan menyediakan anggaran dan infrastruktur yang diperlukan. Para pemuka agama perlu berpartisipasi aktif dalam menyebarkan pesan anti-radikalisme dan mempromosikan nilai-nilai universal baik melalui media sosial maupun secara langsung dalam komunitas mereka.
Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya sinergi antara peneliti, pemangku kebijakan, dan pemuka agama dalam menghadapi tantangan radikalisme berbasis agama untuk menjaga perdamaian dan kerukunan di masyarakat.)

Konstruksi Pelaku Dakwah Influencer Muslimah pada Miss Muslimah Indonesia 2023
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui eksternalisasi, objektivasi, dan internalisasi pelaku dakwah influencer Miss Muslimah Indonesia 2023. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif, pendekatan kualitatif dan teori Social Construction Peter L. Berger. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui proses eksternalisasi, bentuk ekspresi diri dan pola interaksi yang dilakukan oleh anggota Miss Muslimah Indonesia di antaranya seperti berhijab, kegiatan sosial, solidaritas, dan menanggapi stigma positif. Melalui proses objektivasi, kontes Miss Muslimah Indonesia pada akhirnya memunculkan kesadaran untuk memutuskan melakukan dakwah, yakni melalui faktor kontes itu sendiri, lingkungan pertemanan, keluarga dan motivasi teologis. Respon Santri Al-Faqih II Terhadap Dakwah Gus Miftah di Tempat Hiburan Malam
The researcher has three objectives in this study: first, to find out the attention, understanding, and acceptance of Al-Faqih II students towards Gus Miftah\u27s da\u27wah in nightclubs. The S-O-R (Stimulus-Organism-Response) theory is used in this study, with the application of theory: Stimulus, namely the way of preaching Gus Miftah in nightclubs, Organism, namely the students of Al-Faqih II Islamic Boarding School, and Response, namely the attitude of students towards the way of preaching Gus Miftah in places evening entertainment. The research method used is descriptive method, with this type of research using survey or field methods. The type of data in this study is quantitative. This study aims to find out the tabligh bil-khitobah strategy carried out by the Muslim pearl community. With the intended aspects, namely regarding the formulation, steps, and methods of tabligh bil khitobah. The theories used are Fred R. David\u27s management strategy theory, Lasswel\u27s communication science theory, and al-Bayanuni\u27s da\u27wah strategy theory. The research method is a qualitative descriptive method that uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the Muslim pearl community formulates khitobah by planning visions and missions, programs, and themes, implementation by promoting and carrying out planned activities, and evaluation to find out the weaknesses of activities. Khitobah steps by determining missionaries, knowing the characteristics of members, the necessary media or tools, and khitobah materials that are in accordance with the needs. And three methods of khitobah are sentimental strategy, rational strategy, and sensory strategy
Manajemen Dakwah dalam Transformasi Sosial di Sukamaju Kota Bandung
This research focuses on understanding the role of da\u27wah management in facilitating social transformation within Sukamaju Village and examining the impact of da\u27wah management on social change within the community. The study employs a case study methodology with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through field observations, interviews with several key informants, and various documents deemed significant for this research. The findings indicate that da\u27wah management plays a crucial role in the process of social transformation in Sukamaju Village, Bandung City. Through a systematic and planned approach, da\u27wah management not only serves as a medium for conveying religious information but also acts as a tool for empowering the community. The implications of effective da\u27wah management are the creation of a more empowered and self-sufficient society. With da\u27wah programmes focusing on economic empowerment, education, and health, the community of Sukamaju is better equipped to understand the importance of collaboration in achieving shared goals. Furthermore, da\u27wah management also contributes to fostering social awareness and concern among residents
