Get PDFKondisi kendaraan dan peralatan yang baik akan membantu produktifitas perusahaan, sebaliknya jika kondisi nya tidak baik maka produktifitas perusahaan menurun. Dalam hal menjaga kondisi tersebut maka diperlukanlah strategi maintenance. Maintenance yang kompleks mengharuskan perusahaan menjalankan strategi dengan melakukan kontrak dengan kontraktor yang lebih ahli, dan hal ini juga dilakukan oleh PT. XYZ untuk heavy equipment. Kontrak maintenance di PT. XYZ untuk heavy equipment ada 3 yaitu, MARC kontrak, SSA kontrak dan On Call kontrak. Pada MARC kontrak, maintenance sepenuhnya akan dilakukan oleh kontraktor baik jasa maupun spare part sedangkan SSA kontrak, maintenance akan dilakukan bersama antara kontraktor dan PT. XYZ. Kontraktor akan melakukan maintenance untuk jasa sedangkan PT. XYZ akan berkontribusi terhadap spare part. Sedangkan On Call kontrak, aktivitas maintenance kontraktor di kategorikan menjadi beberapa aktivitas/paket pekerjaan. Adapun untuk beberapa equipment PT. XYZ melakukan maintenance sendiri.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap tipe kontrak yang digunakan oleh PT. XYZ dan memberikan rekomendasi ke PT. XYZ tipe kontrak manakah yang lebih menguntungkan perusahaan, ataukah sebaliknya lebih baik maintenance sepenuhnya dilakukan PT. XYZ sendiri. Analisis ini menggunakan metode Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), metode yang populer untuk menangani ketidakpastian dan ketidakjelasan dan membantu pengambil keputusan dalam masalah kompleks dengan berbagai kriteria yang saling bertentangan.
Penelitian mendapatkan 11 kriteria yang digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan. Hasil penelitian terhadap rekomendasi sistem maintenance yang sebaiknya digunakan oleh PT. XYZ adalah dengan menggunakan MARC kontrak dimana maintenance sepenuhnya akan dilakukan oleh kontraktor baik jasa maupun spare part.

There are 3 maintenance contract at PT. XYZ for heavy equipment, MARC contract, SSA contract and On Call contract. In the MARC contract, the full maintenance will be carried out by the contractor both services and spare parts while the SSA contract, maintenance will be carried out jointly between the contractor and PT. XYZ The contractor will perform maintenance for services while PT. XYZ will contribute to spare parts. On Call contract, contractor maintenance activities are categorized into several activities / work packages. And also some equipment, PT. XYZ does its own maintenance.
This research aims to analyze the types of contracts used by PT. XYZ and provide recommendations to PT. XYZ which type of contract is more profitable for the company, or is it better to do the maintenance by PT. XYZ itself. This analysis uses the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, a popular method for handling uncertainty and ambiguity and helping decision makers in complex problems with various conflicting criteria.
The research found 11 criteria used to make decisions. The results of research is recommendations to PT. XYZ for maintenance systems should used a contract MARC where maintenance will be fully carried out by the contractor both services and spare parts

No full textEn el presente documento se exponen los argumentos, el desarrollo y resultados esperados del proceso de implementación del plan de mejora o manual de funciones específicas para pasante. Esto, tras haber realizado la práctica profesional dentro de la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia, de ahora en adelante, ANDI. Principal agremiación representante del sector privado de Colombia y reconocida por el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo (MinCIT, 2021).
Inicialmente se evidencian los aspectos generales de la ANDI, tales como: Misión, Visión, Valores, ubicación geográfica y estructura organizacional. De esta manera, al brindar una conceptualización de las funciones y composición de esta agremiación, en general, se facilita el entendimiento de los beneficios de la aplicación del proyecto dentro de la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz. Sustentando la manera en cómo la contribución al mejoramiento del desempeño del pasante, facilita el aprovechamiento de la visión fresca, disruptiva e intrépida, por la que se caracteriza el talento joven (Confama, 2021), fructuoso en procesos de constante evolución. Además, se expone el procedimiento del proyecto, por medio del planteamiento del objetivo general y los objetivos específicos.
Finalmente, se exponen las conclusiones y resultados que traería una primera aplicación de proyecto, junto con una sección de seguimiento de práctica profesional, donde se destacan los logros y experiencia obtenida por el autor durante su pasantía en la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la ANDI.This document presents the arguments, development and expected results of the implementation process of the improvement plan or manual of specific functions for interns. This, after having carried out the professional practice within the Chamber of the Automotive Industry of the National Association of Entrepreneurs of Colombia, from now on, ANDI. Main association representing the private sector in Colombia and recognized by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MinCIT, 2021).
Initially, the general aspects of ANDI are evidenced, such as: Mission, Vision, Values, geographic location and organizational structure. In this way, by providing a conceptualization of the functions and composition of this association, in general, the understanding of the benefits of the application of the project within the Chamber of the Automotive Industry is facilitated. Supporting the way in which the contribution to the improvement of the intern's performance, facilitates the use of the fresh, disruptive and intrepid vision, by which young talent is characterized (Confama, 2021), fruitful in processes of constant evolution. In addition, the procedure of the project is exposed, through the approach of the general objective and the specific objectives.

Therefore, the purpose of this study is to conduct a study of transparency and accountability in managing parking fees at the Regional Hospital of Andi Makkasau Parepare. Where Andi Makkasau Regional Hospital is the largest PAD contributor in the City of Parepare. The research conducted is describing data or information obtained by the author from the field and then concludes in the research report made. The type of data needed is qualitative data type, namely data in the form of an explanation of the management of parking fees in the Municipality of Parepare. Management of parking fees at Andi Makkasau Regional Hospital in the City of Parepare has been carried out transparently and accountably, where the interview results are related to the number of answers stating that they have been transparent and accountable. To increase PAD City PAD City, parking officers must manage parking fees transparently in coordination with the authorized SKP, especially the distribution of parking tickets.
