The emergence of Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANETs) as part of the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) technology development was expected to become an advanced method to solve the transportation system problem. The implementation of VANETs is expected to provide a new solution for traffic management strategy. Its main targets is to continue prioritizing traffic safety and to prevent the accidents on the roads. One of the VANETs problems before being implemented in the real world is the degree of freedom of the vehicle's mobility that limited by the road topologies. Various modellings and simulations have been performed to produce the most realistic mobility model. However, those models had become new paradigms due to various factors that limited them. The presence of the federated mobility model as an approach for traffic mobility modeling is considered to be able to provide more realistic and accurate VANETs simulation. Therefore, this article presents some brief reviews and contrast a number of the simulation and mobility models that have been used widely as compared to the federated mobility models that have developed until the present. The article's objective is to facilitate a better understanding of the traffic mobility modeling for the VANETs simulation that started from the interaction process until the integration between simulators. The understanding of the traffic mobility models will complement the knowledge that enable to perform the simulation of the VANETs implementation approaching the real conditions

This article aims to find the threads of Moh Sjafei’s educational concept, including the taxonomy of learning and its educational philosophy. The term learning taxonomy itself has been more popularly used by Bloom since 1956. However, far from that, in practice and the concept has been introduced by Moh Sjafei through the Kayutanam INS since 1926. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a type of literature study. This study found that there are three dimensions of Moh Sjafei’s taxonomy of learning, namely the dimensions of the brain, heart, and hands. The dimensions of the brain have several levels, starting from insight, habits, innovation, and production. Meanwhile, the heart dimension covers art, religion, and society. Whereas, the hand dimension covers the learning of skills that can liberate students' souls. These three parts must be balanced and applied in the learning process. Meanwhile, educational philosophy as the basis of Sjafei's taxonomic concept is the philosophy of pragmatism. The conclusion of this article is Sjafei's taxonomy with the dimensions of the brain, heart, and hands, as well as the philosophy of pragmatism as the key concepts of his educational thinking

Výsledky vykazovaly silnou shodu s experimentálními pozorováními až do okamžiku porušení, což potvrzuje účinnost zvoleného modelovacího přístupu. Dále byla vyvinuta řada nástrojů v prostředí MATLAB pro automatizaci simulačního procesu a zefektivnění parametrických studií. Zjištění této práce přispívají do oblasti architekturovaných materiálů poskytnutím ověřeného simulačního rámce vhodného pro návrh a optimalizaci auxetických struktur v dopravních i dalších technických aplikacích.Recent advancements in additive manufacturing have enabled the fabrication of complex lattice structures with tailored mechanical properties. This thesis focuses on constitutive modelling and compression simulations of a near-zero Poissons ratio hexa-chiral structure, produced via vat photopolymerization and analyzed using the LS-DYNA solver. To accurately capture the response of the bulk 3D-printed material, uniaxial tensile and compressive tests were conducted across a range of strain rates. The resulting data were used to develop a visco-elastoplastic material model incorporating tensioncompression asymmetry and failure. The material model was calibrated and validated by comparing simulation results with experimental data. To simulate the compressive response of the hexa-chiral structure, three finite element formulations were employed: plane strain, shell, and fully solid. The results showed strong agreement with experimental observations up to the point of failure, demonstrating the effectiveness of the modelling approach. Additionally, a custom MATLAB-based toolchain was developed to automate the simulation process and streamline parametric studies. The findings of this thesis contribute to the field of architected materials by providing a validated simulation framework suitable for the design and optimization of auxetic structures in transportation and other engineering applications

Bridging Home and School Literacies: A Sociocultural Analysis of Early Literacy Practices in Rural Indonesia

This study examines the sociocultural dimensions of early literacy practices in rural Indonesia, addressing the limited understanding of how home and community literacies intersect with formal schooling in marginalized contexts. Despite national efforts promoting standardized literacy instruction in Bahasa Indonesia, children’s literacy development in Negeri Suli, Central Maluku, remains deeply shaped by the social, cultural, and religious life of the community. The study aims to explore how home, church, and school literacy events interact and how these interactions influence children’s early reading and writing experiences. Employing a qualitative ethnographic design, data were gathered through classroom and home observations, semi-structured interviews with teachers, parents, and Sunday school leaders, and analysis of local literacy artifacts. The findings reveal that literacy learning in Suli is primarily cultivated through religious and communal activities such as home prayers and church gatherings, which contrast sharply with the print-based, decontextualized literacy valued in schools. This discontinuity marginalizes children’s home literacies and limits their classroom engagement. The study’s novelty lies in situating sociocultural literacy theory within a non-Javanese, rural Christian community, highlighting faith and collective life as mediating forces in literacy development. Theoretically, it expands global understandings of literacy as a culturally situated practice, and practically, it informs inclusive, community-based pedagogical models for literacy education in diverse Indonesian contexts

ABSTRACTThe Omnisbus Law is a concept that was born from an idea that the laws and rules that are used as the foundation that regulate all activities of people's lives can be simplified and do not overlap in their application. The Omnibus Law in the Job Creation Law cluster was created in the context of simplifying licensing, facilitating doing business, facilitating, empowering and protecting MSMEs as well as increasing investment in government projects. The Omnibus Law is a device that is expected to create legal certainty for every element and layer of society. The scientific method in compiling this research is normative juridical with a statute approach and a conceptual approach. This method is carried out by collecting data that is classified and measured objectively on the basis of concepts, principles and laws in a comprehensive manner. In fact, the omnibus law is a product of the government which is still being debated because the paradigm of a democratic state requires the approval of the people. Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulations in lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation to become a government breakthrough law which is expected to answer the phenomenon of hyper regulation. Regulation as a product of the Legislature is the implementation of the will of the people within the framework of political democracy. The ideals of the state are a collection of the aspirations of the people with the spirit of nationalism as a common pact and the rights and obligations of the state as emperor and regulator. Keywords: Omnibus Law, Democratic State, Indonesi

AbstractThe government in this case a State official with authority in the exercise of government administrative powers is obliged to act neutrally and not permitted for Abuse of authority or abuse of power or in French called the detournement de pouvoir is one of the acts of deviation of the body / office of administration based on the principle of exces de pouvoir (beyond the limits of power) in the concept of rechtsstaat.State officials who want to campaign and conduct campaigns are obliged to apply for leave and not use state facilities so as not to become potential abuse of authority in their duties.A State official who has an interest in campaigning and gives promises to the people is not an agreement so it cannot be categorized as a failure. But when a State official that violates the electoral rules and conduct a campaign using state facilities is considered to be detrimental to the state's finances as described in Constitutional Court Law Recital No. 25/UUXIV/2016Keyword: Government; Campaign; Abuse Of Authority; Benefit Loss

Perceived Standardness and Local Language Features in Academic Writing: A Sociolinguistic Study of Ambonese Students in Indonesia

This study investigates how local linguistic features and perceptions of standardness influence academic writing among university students in eastern Indonesia. Although Indonesian functions as the national academic language regulated by KBBI and PUEBI, the local Malay variety—Bahasa Melayu Ambon—retains strong social and cognitive functions in higher education. The research examines the linguistic characteristics of this variety in students’ academic texts, explores students’ perceptions of their language use, and analyzes the sociolinguistic implications of the gap between national norms and local practices. Using a qualitative descriptive approach within a sociolinguistic and language ideology framework, data were drawn from 15 academic texts and 10 interviews with Sociology students at a state university in Ambon. Analysis identified systematic lexical, morphological, syntactic, and orthographic features (e.g., beta, katong, dong, su, mo, seng ada) and applied Woolard and Schieffelin’s framework to interpret language beliefs. Findings reveal that students internalize local forms as standard Indonesian, reflecting a “local standard ideology” reinforced by limited academic writing instruction and dominant local norms. The study contributes theoretically by expanding sociolinguistic inquiry to written academic texts, methodologically by combining textual and perceptual data, and practically by informing localized academic literacy programs in multilingual settings

Intersecting Voices: Gender, Religion, and Language Practices among University Students in Eastern Indonesia

Language functions not merely as a means of communication but as a social arena where gender and religious identities are continuously negotiated and redefined. This study analyzes how language practices among students at Pattimura University reflect and construct social ideologies related to gender and religion within academic and everyday interactions. Using a Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) approach within a sociocultural linguistics framework, data were collected through classroom observations, informal conversations in campus public spaces, social media interactions, and in-depth interviews. The analysis followed three stages: textual analysis, discursive practice analysis, and social practice analysis. Findings reveal that address terms and religious expressions, such as “abang/babang” and “bung/bu” for male students, “caca” and “ussy” for female students, and faith-based utterances in daily interactions, serve as linguistic markers of intercommunity identity. These practices demonstrate linguistic accommodation as a strategy for maintaining social harmony while preserving symbolic boundaries between groups. Moreover, gendered positioning emerges as male students often dominate conversational spaces, whereas female students negotiate social positioning through more subtle discursive strategies. The study’s novelty lies in introducing the concept of Interfaith Gendered Discourse, which highlights the simultaneous intersection of gender and religion in linguistic practice. It calls for strengthening critical cross-identity literacy in higher education and expanding sociolinguistic inquiry into multicultural contexts of Eastern Indonesia
