STANDAR PERALATAN PASTRY AND BAKERY SECTION DI HOTEL GRAND ROYAL PANGHEGAR BANDUNG
Abstract - Pastry and bakery section is a section or division under the auspices of the main kitchen are responsible for handling various events such as hotel weding, birthday party, coffee break, breakfast, lunch, diner, and others. The issue will be examined how the standard equipment of the pastry and bakery section in Hotel Grand Royal Panghegar Bandung. In terms of processing data, the authors use deskriptip analysis of techniques of writing that tells something based on experience or empirical data, which are compiled in the form of a report. Based on the observations that have been made by the author, the standard equipment of the pastry and bakery section has good and sufficient. But theem powerment of the same equipment the machine is still less complete. The amount of pastry and bakery equipment section is adequately tailored to the capacity of event that uses the products of pastry and bakery. Pastry and bakery e quipment conditions section is still good, but in terms of the cleanliness of the equipment is still less, so it will decrease the effectiveness of the work of the equipment. Based on data obtained by the author, the author concludes that the standard equipment is very important for the quality of the resulting product. But if standard equipment owned less adequate, it could be addressed with mobiltas employees who have the skill and knowledge in the field of pastry and bakery.

Abstrak - Pastry and bakery section merupakan section atau divisi di bawah naungan main kitchen yang bertanggung jawab menangani berbagai event-event hotel seperti weding, birthday party, coffee break, breakfast, luch, diner,dan lain-lain. Masalah yang akan diteliti yaitu bagaimana standar peralatan pastry and bakery section di Hotel Grand Royal Panghegar Bandung. Dalam hal pengolahan data, penulis menggunakan analisis deskriptip yaitu teknik penulisan yang menceritakan sesuatu berdasarkan pengalaman atau data empiris, yang disusun dalam bentuk laporan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis, standar peralatan pastry and bakery section sudah baik dan memadai. Namun pemberdayaan peralatan yang berjenis mesin masih kurang lengkap. Jumlah peralatan pastry and bakery section sudah memadai yang disesuaikan dengan kapasitas event-event yang menggunakan produk-produk pastry and bakery. Kondisi peralatan pastry and bakery section masih berkondisi baik namun segi kebersihan peralatan-peralatan tersebut masih kurang sehingga akan menurunkan efektifitas kerja peralatan tersebut. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh oleh penulis, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa standar peralatan sangat penting bagi kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Namun apabila standar peralatan yang dimiliki kurang memadai, hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan mobiltas karyawan yang memiliki skill dan knowledge di bidang pastry and bakery.

Modal Sosial Industri Kecil Keripik Sambal Teri Khas Sibolga (Studi Kasus Jejaring Pemasaran Pedagang Keripik Sambal Teri Khas Sibolga)
This research raises the title of social capital of small industry of Sibolga chili chips, a case study of marketing network of Sibolga chili chips traders. In this study, the authors want to see how the role of social capital in the small industry of chili chips of Sibolga and how the marketing network exists in the chili chip industry Sibolga. The city of Sibolga is known for its beach and sea tourism, bringing many local and foreign tourists to come to visit. This creates opportunities to do business and livelihoods for the community, one of which is the Sibolga chili chip snack business. Small industries of chili chips in the city of Sibolga can already be found in many locations in the city of Sibolga to the city of Pandan in Central Tapanuli. In creating this business, of course, requires cooperation with businesses that support starting from production to distribution of their products to reach the hands of consumers. Therefore, the author will discuss about the social capital of the small industry of chili chips of Sibolga and the marketing network of chips. In this study, the research method used is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Qualitative descriptive research aims to describe, summarize various conditions, various situations, or various social reality phenomena that exist in the community that are the object of research and seek to draw that reality to the surface as a feature, character, trait, model, sign, or description of the condition. particular situation, or phenomenon. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that in the small industry, Sibolga's chili chips have social capital in the form of: a. Trust. Trust is formed between raw material providers, distributors, and consumers with the concept of subscription. b. Norm. The creation of norms in the chili chip industry, which is typical of Sibolga, will maintain price stability in the market and maintain the characteristics of each recipe for the chili chip industry, thereby creating their own uniqueness. c. Linking Carbonate Facies to Stylolite Distribution of Middle Jurassic Limestone, Onshore Abu Dhabi Oil Field
This study examines the relationship between facies and stylolitization in the Upper Araej Member carbonates of onshore Abu Dhabi. Analysis of core and thin sections identified four facies: wispy-laminated skeletal wackestone (F-1), peloidal skeletal mud-dominated packstone (F-2), coated-grain skeletal grainstone (F-3), and peloidal skeletal floatstone (F-4), deposited across a shallow carbonate ramp. Stylolites were described and measured for vertical offset amplitude to assess facies dependence. Results show facies-related tendencies in stylolite amplitude and morphology. Mud-supported facies (especially floatstones and wackestones) tend to display higher variability, with floatstones reaching amplitudes of up to 20 mm, whereas grainstones may also contain isolated high-amplitude stylolites (up to 14 mm). Packstones and wackestones, by contrast, rarely exceed 10-13 mm. Boxplots highlight greater variability in mud-rich facies, whereas grainstones exhibit narrower distributions. Statistical testing (ANOVA, p = 0.109; Kruskal–Wallis, H = 3.38, p = 0.34) indicates no statistically significant differences in mean stylolite amplitude across facies, although descriptive data reveal trends in variability and extremity. Jagged stylolites occur in both mud-rich and grain-supported facies, whereas wispy seams are strongly associated with micrite-rich facies and are largely absent in grainstones. Stylolites in these carbonates may act as both vertical barriers and localized porosity enhancers. Their facies-associated occurrence emphasizes the need to integrate stylolitization into reservoir models to better predict connectivity, compartmentalization, and flow behavior in Middle Jurassic carbonates
PENGARUH KEDALAMAN MUKA AIR TANAH TERHADAP GENANGAN DI WILAYAH KECAMATAN PASAR MINGGU, PROVINSI DKI JAKARTA: THE EFFECT OF GROUNDWATER DEPTH ON FLOODING IN THE REGION OF PASAR MINGGU DISTRICT, DKI JAKARTA PROVINCE
The flood disaster that hit the capital city cannot be separated from the lives of the people living around it. Every time it rains, the city of Jakarta has never been separated from notifications about inundation or flooding events. The purpose of this study is to review the factors that cause inundation or flooding in the city of Jakarta and its surroundings, especially the Pasar Minggu sub-district, on the influence of the depth of the groundwater table. The author collects library materials in the form of lithological conditions of the research area, annual rainfall data in the research area and performs direct measurements of the depth of the groundwater table in the research area. The results of this study are to provide a review regarding the research area is a flooded area so that after all this inundation event is difficult to remove from the area of Jakarta and its surroundings based on the calculation of groundwater depth.Keywords: inundation, lithology, groundwater leve
