Bullying di SMA membuat kondisi keamanan dilingkungan pendidikan sangat terganggu. Aksi yang jauh dari norma-norma kehidupan tersebut tidak layak ada dalam tengah-tengah masyarakat, terlebih dalam lingkungan lembaga pendidikan.Dampak yang disebabkan dari bullying ini tidak main-main. Dimana perilaku ini dapat merubah aspek kehidupan, baik korban maupun pelaku aksi bullying. Sehingga perlunya perhatian khusus dari pendidik dan pemangku kebijakan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan bentuk pencegahan yang dilaksanakan sekolah untuk mencegah aksi bullying di SMA Negeri 1Jetis Ponorogo. (2) mendeskripsikan peran guru sebagai fasilitator untuk pencegahan aksi bullying di SMA Negeri 1 Jetis Ponorogo. (3) mendeskripsikan peran guru sebagai motivator untuk pencegahan aksi bullying di SMA Negeri 1 Jetis Ponorogo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus, dengan Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pada kegiatan analisis data kualitatif, penelitian ini menyatu dengan aktivitas pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan: (1) Program yang dilakukan sekolah dalam rangka mencegah aksi bullying adalah, pertama adanya kegiatan sosialasasi pencegahan bullying setiap hari senin. Dan kegiatan jum’at dengan tema yang berbeda seperti jumat amal, jumat bersih, jumat sehat, jumat literasi. Dengan adanya kegiatan yang berbeda dalam setiap minggu akan melatih kedisiplinan siswa, rasa tanggung jawab untuk mengikuti setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan sekolah (2) Dalam pencegahan kasus bullying tidak cukup dengan sosialisasi namun guru sangat berperan penting dalam pencegahan kasus bullying, dalam hal ini guru berperan sebagai fasilitator atau penyedia layanan bagi siswa. Maksud dari fasilitas sendiri bukan hanya mengenai alat yang digunakan namun mengenai pemberian pemahaman kepada siswa, memberi contoh keteladanan sikap kepada siswa. (3) Dalam pencegahan kasus bullying diperlukan peran guru dalam memberikan motivasi kepada siswa. Motivasi siswa dapat berupa pengertian mengenai dampak buruk jika terjadi kasus bullying sehingga siswa dapat termotivasi atau terpengaruh untuk tidak melakukan aksi bullying di sekola

    Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 merupakan penyakit kronis yang apabila pankreas tidak memproduksi cukup insulin atau ketika tubuh tidak mampu menggunakan insulin yang diproduksi secara efektif. Berbagai cara telah di upayakan untuk mengurangi penderita diabetes salah satunya adalah dengan deteksi dini. Kemajuan teknologi yang sangat pesat berdampak pada dunia medis, salah satunya adalah untuk deteksi dini suatu penyakit. Proses deteksi suatu penyakit menggunakan alat yang telah diprogram dan di intervensi oleh kecerdasan buatan.Terdapat banyak metode dari kecerdasan buatan yang digunakan sebagai model prediksi, salah satunya adalah Decision Tree (DT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan dan membangun sebuah model prediksi penyakit Diabetes. Dataset yang digunakan adalah dataset yang berasal dari Puskesmas Mlati II Kabupaten Sleman. Model dalam penelitian ini meggunakan metode Decision Tree (Pohon Keputusan), adapun parameter yang digunakan adalah criterion = ‘entropy’, splitter = ‘best’, max_depth = None, min_samples_split = 4, min_samples_leaf = 10. Proses evaluasi model menggunakan akurasi, presisi, recall, dan f1-score yang masing-masing menghasilka nilai 92%, 0.92, 0.915, 0.915

    This service aims to provide education regarding how to prevent the emergence of infectious diseases by implementing PHBS cultural practices to the community of RW.02 Jungge. This service is carried out in the Bontoala neighborhood, Bontoparang Village, Gowa Regency. The author uses several stages in the process of service activities, including: the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The service activity was carried out on March 9, 2022, by lecturers and students of the Faculty of Health, Patria Arta University.D uring the service process, the author found that in the preparation stage there were several gaps related to the social conditions of the RW.02 Jungge community such as social status, profession, age, educational background, economic, social, cultural, and health conditions that made the writer decide to use an educational approach. theory and practice to introduce about PHBS. Then in the second stage, namely implementation, the author and his friends did heart exercise, then continued with theoretical education regarding the importance of PHBS and how to apply PHBS using a persuasive approach, panel discussion and door to door methods. And in the third stage or evaluation stage, the writer together with other friends did a cross check by asking the RW residents one by one. 02 Jungge regarding the results and benefits of this service activity. The implementation of PKM was successfully carried out using an educational approach based on theory and practice, obtained by RW residents.     Reexamining the Credibility of the Joseph Schacht Concept of Sanad Hadith: Menguji Kembali Kredibilitas Konsep Joseph Schacht terhadap Sanad Hadis

    Joseph Schacht, through the book The Muhammadan Jurisprudence, raises a criticism of sanad which considers that hadith did not start from the Prophet, but from tabi\u27in. It\u27s just that Schacht\u27s concept is considered weak because he is inconsistent and forgets a lot of data and important aspects in the study of hadith. This article appears as the author\u27s attempt to explain the concepts promoted by Schacht and also some of the problems carried out by Schacht. With the help of the descriptive-analytical method combined with a comparison of experts\u27 arguments as a medium of analysis, it can be seen how gaps emerge in Schacht\u27s attitude. The results of the analysis explain that the Schacht controversy is related to; first, Schacht\u27s rejection of the hadith which is not in line with the data of the companions which are part of the hadith; secondly, the theory built by Schacht can be said to be very weak, because much of the data found refutes Schacht\u27s hypothesis; third, there is subjectivity in the use of data and analysis results; and fourth, Schacht, who is known as an expert in Islamic law, should study hadith, but he does not believe that hadith comes from the Prophet

    Power Flow Analysis of Electrical Network Systems Using Gauss-Seidel Method and Python

    This study aims to analyze the power flow in a 150kV radial power system on the island of Bali, the reason the author uses the Bali island system is because the number of busbars in the system is not too many and the data on the system is known. The problem of this research is limited by determining the voltage, power flow, and power losses in the system. The method used in this study is the Gauss-Seidel method through simulation with the help of Visual Studio Code software and the Python 3.9.2 program. The simulation is carried out by producing a total of 8 iterations. The simulation is carried out to find the parameters of the load voltage, apparent power on the slack bus, current, power flow and power losses on the line. The simulation results show that, under a load condition of 70% of the load transformer capacity, the voltage at the load bus node experiences a voltage drop, reaching 4.48% at bus 10. So when the system operates for generation conditions, the power that can be generated is 1,275.6 MegaWatt of the total generator installed, and the power delivered to each bus node is 2,090 MVa and the power losses in the system are 3.69% of the total power distributed to the bus node

    Determining the Risk of Type 2 Diabetes for rs1801133 Genotypes in Multiethnic Populations: A Global Meta-Epidemiological Study

    The rs1801133 (C677T) polymorphism of the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene has been linked to type 2 diabetes (T2D) risk. This study aimed to assess the association between rs1801133 genotypes (CC, CT, TT) and T2D across multiethnic populations and to identify genotype- and region-specific risks. A global meta-epidemiological analysis was conducted using data from 19 studies comprising 6479 participants from Asia, Africa, Europe, and America. Odds ratios (OR) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated using random-effects models. Subgroup analyses by region were also performed. The results of the CC vs. CT dominant genetic model were OR 95% CI = 0.63 (0.46–0.87); p = 0.005; the CC vs. TT genetic recessive model yielded OR 95% CI = 0.59 (0.38–0.91); p = 0.02; and the CT vs. TT codominance genetic model yielded OR 95% CI = 0.95 (0.65–1.37); p = 0.78. Based on the subgroup analysis, the CC genotype is predominantly associated with an increased risk of T2D in both Africa and Europe. From this study, the CC genotype was proven to be highly contributory to T2D risk compared to the CT and TT genotypes. These findings highlight the need for ethnicity-informed genetic screening and targeted prevention strategies in global diabetes management

    The gut-skin axis in psoriasis: Evidence-based insights from a meta-analysis on probiotics-synbiotics-mediated microbiota interventions

    Psoriasis, a chronic immune-mediated skin condition, has been intricately linked to gut microbiota dysbiosis through the gut-skin axis. This meta-analysis synthesizes data from 15 randomized controlled trials encompassing 1,423 participants to evaluate the efficacy of gut microbiota interventions—probiotics and synbiotics—in psoriasis management. The findings reveal that probiotics significantly improved the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) (Mean Difference [MD]: −4.05, 95 % CI: −6.73 to −1.38; p < 0.0001) and Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) (MD: −5.74, 95 % CI: −11.45 to −0.03; p = 0.0001), outperforming synbiotics and systemic pharmacological therapies such as anti-TNF-α and anti-interleukin agents. Notably, probiotics demonstrated superior systemic anti-inflammatory (TNF-α and IL-17) and immunomodulatory responses, and enhanced gut barrier integrity. This study highlights probiotics as a promising adjunct or alternative therapy, paving the way for integrative treatment strategies that address psoriasis's multifaceted pathophysiology. Future research should focus on long-term efficacy and molecular mechanisms to optimize outcomes. These findings could redefine therapeutic paradigms, offering a cost-effective and accessible solution for millions of psoriasis patients worldwide
