    Id, ego, dan superego adalah struktur kepribadian yang melekat pada diri manusia yang secara terpisah, tetapi struktur kepribadian ini saling berhubungan satu sama lain. Konsep struktur kepribadian ini dicetuskan oleh Sigmund Freud, yang dikenal dengan teori psikoanalisis. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai sebuah teori psikonalisis yang berfokus pada struktur Id dalam cerpen yang berjudul Adila karya Leila S. Chudori. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh Id dalam mengendalikan tindakan tokoh Adila pada cerpen berjudul Adila karya Leila S. Chudori. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan psikologi sastra dengan landasan teori psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud mengenai Id pada tokoh Adila dalam cerpen Adila karya Leila S. Chudori. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tindakan Adila seringkali dipengaruhi oleh dorongan primitif (Id) untuk mencari kesenangan demi kepuasan dirinya.     Human Resource Industrial Training is a compulsory subject for every Human Resource student to complete a bachelor's degree. Students have to undergo industrial training for 6 months, which is 24 weeks in the selected company to carry out all the responsibilities as a trainee in gathering experience, creating a career and helping the company's success. I am Zurain Adila Binti Mohd Zamani, one of the Human Resource Management students who has undergone industrial training at Impiana Hotel Ipoh after receiving an acceptance offer to become one of their trainees. Before that, I have received several companies and government agencies including the Perak Islamic Religious Council (MAIPk) and private companies in Shah Alam. I have decided to accept the offer of industrial training at Impiana Hotel Ipoh with the intention of gaining experience in tourism and the hotel industry. My internship period starts on 1 March 2023 (Wednesday) and goes on until 15 August 2023 (Tuesday). A lot of knowledge and skills that I have learned during this internship journey, and I will explain details in this report. In this industrial training report, the first part is my updated resume that I will use to find job opportunities after this internship period. The second part is the company's profile where the background and all business activities are carried out. Next part is training reflection where my responsibility is to help the company and the reward that I got. The fourth part is SWOT analysis, in which all the details related to the company's current and future performance will be evaluated. The discussions and recommendations to assist Impiana Hotel Ipoh to reach high profitability and long-term sustainability will be explained in detail. The fifth, SWOT matrix will show details the comparable of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats and give honest assessment of how Impiana understand their competitive advantage and determine to improve. Next, some of the appendices and references are shown as the prove end of industrial training journey

    This study aims to observe and analyse the transitivity process appears in the speech, investigate the construction of ideational meaning from the speech: how the transitivity patterns reflect the messages conveyed by Adila Hassim in her speech at the ICJ (International Court Justice). The transitivity analysis of Adila Hassim's speech at the ICJ reveals a strategic use of different processes to construct ideational meaning. The material process is most prominent (13 or 43.33%), emphasizing actions and events. The relational process follows (10 or 33.33%), highlighting relationships and attributes. Verbal and mental processes each account for 6.66% (2 verbal and 2 mental process) reflecting the importance of communication and cognition. The existential process, (3 or 10%), put the speech in reality. The absence of behavioral processes indicates no focus on behaviors. Adila Hassim's speech effectively combines these processes to present a strong and powerful argument for South Africa’s case against Israel at the ICJ

    A mechanistic study on graphene-based nonvolatile ReRAM devices

    Nonvolatile resistive switching random access memory (ReRAM) devices have been of critical importance in the recent information technology industry. A resistive switching memory cell in ReRAM is generally based on simple three-dimensional stacked structures composed of an insulating material sandwiched between two electrodes. Recently, graphene-based 2D materials have been actively employed as either active dielectric layers or electrodes in ReRAM devices. It is noted, however, that the working mechanism of the devices with a focus on the role of graphene-based materials has not yet been systematically discussed. Therefore, in this review article, we first overview the operation mechanism of the devices employing graphene oxide (GO), reduced graphene oxide (rGO), hybrid GO, and hybrid rGO as dielectric layers. Next, the mechanism of the cells based on graphene electrodes is summarized. We systematically discuss the operation principle in terms of the constitution and architecture of the cells. The comprehensive review is finalized with concluding remarks and a prospective for future study

    Graphene Oxide Shells on Plasmonic Nanostructures Lead to High-Performance Photovoltaics: A Model Study Based on Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells

    The incorporation of plasmonic nanoparticles (NPs) into photovoltaic devices can increase light absorption and in turn improve solar cell performance. The graphene oxide-encapsulated gold NPs (Au@GO NPs) are designed and incorporated into photoanodes to demonstrate plasmonic dye-sensitized solar cells. The coupling between GO and the Au NPs has the beneficial effect of extending solar spectral utilization in the long-wavelength portion of the visible spectrum. In addition, GO encapsulation reduces charge recombination on the surface of the NPs and facilitates improved charge transport. As a result, champion devices with plasmonic photoanodes containing Au@GO NPs deliver a power conversion efficiency that reaches 9.1%. This corresponds to an enhancement in photocurrent and power conversion efficiency of 19 and 17%, respectively, compared to control devices
