    The website has become one of the essential platforms in today's digital era. This final project aims to design and develop a website for Ridho Reklame printing services with the goal of enhancing accessibility and sales. The research is conducted using a system development methodology, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation. Modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Codeigniter, Bootstrap, and JavaScript are used to build an interactive and responsive website. In this study, the author analyzes user requirements and identifies the necessary features for the printing services website. These features include service information, product gallery, testimonials, order forms, and easy payment methods. Additionally, the author optimizes the design and user experience to ensure the website is accessible on various devices, including desktop and mobile. The research findings indicate that the design of Ridho Reklame printing services website provides benefits and is expected to enhance accessibility and sales in the future. Users can easily access information about the offered services, view products in the gallery, read testimonials from previous customers, and place online orders through provided forms. The easy payment method also simplifies the transaction process for customers. With the presence of Ridho Reklame printing services website, it is expected to improve the company's online presence, expand the customer reach, and effectively increase sales.     Synchronization of Uncertain Heterogeneous Agents: An Adaptive Virtual Model Reference Approach

    Synchronization of Multi-Agent Systems (MASs) has the potential to benefit many technologicalareas such as formation control for unmanned vehicles, cooperative adaptivecruise control, and spacecraft attitude control. Information plays a crucial role in MASs:in centralized approaches, a central node utilizes global information to achieve synchronization,while in distributed approach agents only utilize local information, i.e. neighbors’information. A big concern in MASs is the presence of parametric uncertainties(unknown dynamics), which might require adaptive control gains instead of fixed controlgains.This work thus provides a novel adaptive distributed control for MASs of heterogeneousagents with unknown dynamics based on model reference adaptive control (MRAC).We study both the synchronization of linear systems and the synchronization of Euler-Lagrange (EL) systems. The implementation of this scheme is based on distributedmatching condition assumptions. We study such matching conditions both for the statefeedbackcase and output-feedback case. Since all matching gains are unknown in viewof the unknown dynamics, the gains are adapted online via Lyapunov-based estimation.The asymptotic convergence of the synchronization error is analytically provenby introducing an appropriately defined Lyapunov function, and numerical examplesshow the effectiveness of the approach. The practical advantage of the proposed distributedMRAC is the possibility of handling unknown dynamics by simply exchangingthe states/output, and inputs with neighbors, without any extra auxiliary variables (distributedobserver) nor sliding mode. Because of the mutual dependence of control inputs,well-posedness problems will arise in the presence of cyclic communication, if the inputsare generated without a prescribed priority.     Mid-air Deployment Safety Assessment Method for a Morphing UAV

    Deployable morphing aircraft are gaining popularity in the academic and industrial world. Their deployability offer the possibility to be stored and takes less space. This is advantageous in volume limited applications like space explorations, where every cubic centimeter is important. Another field where this aircraft is increasingly used is the military field. Deploying it in the battlefield directly from a carrier aircraft opens endless possibility to the operation of such aircraft. However, mid-air deployment is subjected to several internal and external factors that could lead to the failure of the deployment. In this study, a method to assess the safety of deployment of a deployable morphing UAV is constructed. To do this, an aircraft test case is taken and a corresponding model of the aircraft is made using the Multibody dynamics approach. This model is then verified and validated by two different methods. First, a comparison of the stability derivatives of the created model and an off-the-shelf aerodynamic solver is performed. Secondly, the response of the created model is compared with actual flight test data, where the test case aircraft performs a maneuver. For both validation methods used in this study, the created model is able to resemble the output from the off-the-shelf aerodynamic solver and the flight test data. The validated model is then used as to test the method developed in this study.The method developed starts with the definition of a safe deployment of a deployable morphing aircraft, where three different safety concerns are considered. The definition of a safe deployment also helps in deriving different categories of deployment which includes safe and various unsafe deployment depending on what causes the deployment to be unsafe. This method is tested on two different deployment scenarios.By using the method developed in this study, safety deployment spaces are constructed from the range of input parameters determined for the two different scenarios. It is revealed from this safety deployment space what combination of input parameters is favorable for a safe deployment, and what causes the different unsafe deployments.     In Law Number 36 Year 2008, income tax (PPh) is a tax imposed on individuals and entities based on the amount of income received for one year. As is well known, one of the biggest potential for tax revenue in Indonesia is in the income tax sector. So it is necessary to increase revenue in this sector including by applying administrative sanctions. In this case, the type of data that is likely to be used is secondary data due to the Covid-19 epidemic, which is the source of data obtained from related agencies such as the East Medan Pratama tax service office in the form of quantitative data. The author also collects data from electronic books (e-books), sites that contain information about tax administration sanctions and previous year's final assignments related to income tax administration sanctions. The results of this study show that the application of administrative sanctions at KPP Pratama Medan Timur is quite good, although there has been an increase in the number of taxpayers who are subject to administrative sanctions in 2018, but in 2019 there has been a decrease compared to the previous year. If in terms of tax revenue there is a decline in 2019, from these data the authors see the possibility that the East Medan KPP Pratama should further improve the quality of taxpayer supervision of Article 21 of Income Tax so that revenues can increase in the following years.Dalam Undang-Undang UU Nomor 36 Tahun 2008 pajak penghasilan (PPh) adalah pajak yang dikenakan terhadap orang pribadi maupun badan berdasarkan jumlah penghasilan yang diterima selama satu tahun. Seperti yang diketahui salah satu potensi terbesar penerimaan pajak di indonesia berada di sektor pajak penghasilan. Sehingga diperlukan peningkatan penerimaan di sektor ini termasuk dengan cara menerapkan sanksi administrasi. Dalam hal ini jenis data yang kemungkinan dipakai adalah data sekunder karena adanya pademi covid-19, yaitu sumber data yang didapat dari instansi terkait seperti kantor pelayanan pajak pratama medan timur yang berupa data-data kuantitatif. penulis juga mengumpulkan data dari buku elektronik (e-book), situs-situs yang memuat informasi seputar sanksi administrasi perpajakan serta tugas akhir tahun sebelumnya yang berkaitan dengan sanksi administrasi pajak penghasilan. Hasil dari penilitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan sanksi administrai di KPP pratama medan timur sudah cukup baik, walaupun terjadi peningkatan jumlah wajib pajak yang terkena sanksi administrasi pada tahun 2018, akan tetapi di tahun 2019 terjadi penurunan dibanding tahun sebelumnya. Kalau dari sisi penerimaan pajak justru terjadi penurunan di tahun 2019, dari data tersebut penulis melihat kemungkinan sebaiknya KPP Pratama Medan Timur lebih meningkatkan kualitas pengawasan wajib pajak terhadap PPh pasal 21 agar penerimaan yang di dapat akan meningkat di tahun-tahun berikutnya.87 HalamanKertas Karya Diplom

    Model+Learning-based Optimal Control: An Inverted Pendulum Study

    This work extends and compares some recent model+learning-based methodologies for optimal control with input saturation. We focus on two methodologies: a model-based actor-critic (MBAC) strategy, and a nonlinear policy iteration strategy. To evaluate the performance of the algorithms, these strategies are applied to the swinging up an inverted pendulum. Numerical simulations show that the neural network approximation in the MBAC strategy can be poor, and the algorithm may converge far from the optimum. In the MBAC approach neither stabilization nor monotonic convergence can be guaranteed, and it is observed that the best value function is not always corresponding to the last one. On the other side the nonlinear policy iteration approach guarantees that every new control policy is stabilizing and generally leads to a monotonically decreasing cost.Accepted Author ManuscriptTeam Bart De Schutte

    Curriculum development model is a model used to develop a curriculum, curriculum development is needed to improve or perfect a curriculum that is made to be developed by itself from the central government, local government or schools. During this covid-19 pandemic, the government issued a new regulation related to health which aims to prevent the spread of covid-19, the impact of the regulation on education is the closure of schools, and learning is done from home online. No exception at TPQ Al Fithrah Surabaya, learning the Koran which should be carried out in a mushofahah or face to face, but because it complies with government regulations so at TPQ Al Fithrah Surabaya learning is carried out online. The purpose of this study is that the author wants to know how the curriculum model is applied at TPQ Al Fithrah, as well as the author hopes that the results of this research can be a learning solution at TPQ Al Fithrah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah penulis ingin mengetahui bagaimana model kurikulum yang diterapkan di TPQ Al Fithrah, sekaligus penulis berharap semoga hasil penelitihan ini bisa menjadi solusi pembelajajaran di TPQ Al Fithrah.
