Adam Piestrzyński organizują wyprawy do Mongolii, podczas których studenci specjalności Geologii i Prospekcji Złóż odbywają praktykę dyplomową. Na przełomie sierpnia i lipca 2011 r. odbyła się kolejna wyprawa w góry Ałtaju Gobijskiego, której efektem jest niniejsza praca. Omówiono stosowane technologie wzbogacania rud molibdenowych i zestawiono wybrane wyniki wzbogacania próbki rudy pochodzącej z rdzeni. Na podstawie analizy mineralogicznej wybranych produktów flotacji laboratoryjnych oraz rezultatów badań wzbogacalności wskazano uwarunkowania mineralogiczne, które wpłyną na jakość otrzymywanych koncentratów oraz uzysk metali. SŁOWA KLUCZOWE: mineralogia, flotacja, rudy molibdenowo-wolframowo-miedziowe. ABSTRACT: Formation and structure of molybdenum-wolfram-copper deposit in the Myszków area are presented. The beneficiation technology of such ores is discussed. The results of laboratory beneficiation test are shown. Taking into consideration results of mineralogical analysis of selected flotation products and effects of beneficiation, the factors effluent on quality of concentrates and recovery of metals are discussed. Rapid growth of information is conducive to the development of libraries, defining their mission and building their image in the modern world. Author points out several areas that affect the internal image of the library. These are: process management, communication and exchange of information, internal relations, the level of motivation of the staff, image management style and management system, the atmosphere in the workplace, conditions for staff development, integration activities, interpersonal communication, working conditions, an identification system for employees, good external image. It also describes the competences of modern librarians: creativity, ability to cooperate, the use of information technology, communication skills and efficiency in planning. No full textThe University Library in Warsaw as one of the biggest academic libraries in Poland, serves a great amount of users every day. The major role in this process play the workers of Information Services and Training Department. The article presents every day work of eight subject librarians and four employees of Information Desk. The librarians provide information activity in the wide meaning – they promote the publications, take an active part in creating the book collection, take care of the high level of users’ service. The librarians also improve their skills regularly and extend professional knowledge. According to the conference’s topic the author would like to point at the relationship: Professionalism = information + education. Thanks to being involved in so various activities the librarians are the active participants of education process (including adult education), they become the specialists in their disciplines, advisers, library’s service promoters and trainers at the same time

An unusual popularity of the German model of the Fachreferent has resulted in the 21st century in numerous attempts of adapting the position at Polish libraries. Based on the questionnaire results’ analysis, which was sent via e mail to academic libraries, the paper presents the current experiences and principles of subject librarian in Poland. No full textThe purpose of this paper is to present educational tasks support from the university library. By building and coordinating the functioning of the university repository it can be actively involved in the promotional activities, which as a result of developments in the education market, can make the school better. Open Access and Open Educational Resources are still dominant trends in the publication of the results of scientific research and didactics. The role of the university is also the production and processing of knowledge. Knowledge is located in the center of the knowledge society. It is guaranteed the creation and development of such a model of society. Repositories are the component of modern education as well as knowledge transfer and sharing. The effort of the part of the university library in the implementation of these models of scholarly communication and education methods is an opportunity to strengthen its place in the structure of the university. The task to provide adequate information has not changed. The users prefer the resources available in the network. Nevertheless, they still need a professional support that can provide library staff. The author of the text attempt to show the location of educational materials in the repository. The basis for discussion was the chosen literature in the field of Open Access and Open Educational Resources as well as their own observations
