No full textDokumen kepegawaian merupakan data yang bersifat privat, sehingga harus ada pengamanan khusus pada data tersebut agar tidak disalahgunakan oleh orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Kriptografi merupakan salah satu metode pengamanan data yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengamankan data dokumen kepegawaian. Algoritma AES-256 dan Vigenere Cipher digunakan sebagai metode enkripsi dan dekripsi pada dokumen tersebut. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan pada proses enkripsi dan dekripsi pada file pdf, docx, xlsx dan txt telah berhasil dilakukan pada sistem pengamanan data dokumen kepegawaian berbasis web. Penerapan ilmu kriptografi metode AES-256 dan Vigenere Chiper berbasis web dapat meningkatkan keamanan dalam menyimpan data dokumen kepegawaian, serta melindungi data dari ancaman orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab

Readiness to increase religiosity is a pattern of awareness of religious beliefs and or a means of participation in belief rituals that can be increased to face death. In this case study, the participants are the elderly who have fulfilled their spiritual needs but still want to increase their religiosity. The purpose of this case study is to determine the care of the elderly on the fulfillment of spiritual needs by increasing readiness to increase religiosity with an improvement approach.
The method used is the 2000s Process. Care for 1000 elderly people on fulfilling spiritual needs on the issue of increasing readiness to increase religiosity at Wisma Pandhu UPT PSTW Magetan for 3 days, namely in December 2021.
After being supported for 3 days with religious improvement interventions and spiritual support, it showed that the elderly experienced an increase in their spiritual fulfillment on day 2 and could read prayers and prayers independently on day 3. During management, not all actions taken were in theory able to in this case, this is because the actions taken are adjusted to the current client conditions. The author only focuses on the problems experienced by the client.
Activities carried out by researchers include increasing religious rituals and spiritual support for the elderly, as well as collaborating with nursing home staff to monitor patient worship. it is hoped that with this the patient can hope to improve religious rituals properly and correctly so that the patient's spirituality is fulfilled.
