Adalah menjadi mat lamat perumahan nasional untuk menyediakan kemudahan perumahan yang mencukupi bagi semua rakyat di negara ini , terutama golongan berpendapatan rendah dengan kemudahan perumahan yang baik dan selesa. Full text linkThis dissertation is put forth in order to analyze the thought of Shaykh `Abdullah `Arif on the doctrine of Nur Muhammad in his work Bahr al-Lahut. Overall this study adopted the method of library research. Six chapters are being discussed in this research. The first chapter describes the introduction to the entire study performed and objectives intended to be achieved. The second chapter discusses the stature of Shaykh `Abdullah `Arif and Bahr al-Lahut manuscript. The third chapter discusses on the effort on knowledge editing and translating new text edited on Bahr al-Lahut. The fourth chapter elaborates on the theoretical framework of the study, which includes a discussion on the doctrine of Nur Muhammad in Tasawuf, in conjunction with the evidence from the al-Qur’an and the al-Hadith, pro and contra views on Nur Muhammad, and the doctrine of Martabat Tujuh. Meanwhile, the fifth chapter contains the analysis of the whole thought of Shaykh `Abdullah `Arif from his work Bahr al-Lahut on Nur Muhammad. Finally, this research ended with a concluding chapter containing the summary of the research findings and suggestions. To conclude, the results showed that Shaykh ‘Abdullah ‘Arif’s views contain a discussion on natural creation

Full text linkThe growth of Takaful industry in Malaysia had shown an astonishing performance, from the beginning of Takaful industry until 2010, there were 12 Takaful operators in Malaysia including 4 new Takaful operators who were recently given licence by Bank Negara Malaysia. The Takaful industry has a huge potential to be emphasized especially on their family Takaful. Understanding the factors that influence family Takaful is important to determine the opportunity and chances that can be use to capture full potential growth in the industry. To summarize the research questions, this study undertakes to identify the relationship between the demands for family Takaful and a set of theoretical identified independent variables namely price, inflation, income and level of education. This study also sets out three objectives which in line with the purpose of this study. The first objective is to determine whether the economic indicators chosen inflation and price have relationship between the demands for family Takaful. The second objective is to investigate whether the demand for family Takaful is affect by the demographic factor namely income per family. Finally, this study aim to examine whether the demographic factor namely level of education has any effect towards demand for family Takaful. In this research, it uses a convenient sampling with 50 respondents answering the questionnaire. After that, findings and analysis is process through the SPSS software. As a results, only inflation to have a strong impact to the demand of family Takaful. While, the other factors such as price and income have a moderate relationship with income. Last but not least, level of education insignificantly affects the demand for family Takaful

Full text linkShaykh ‘Abdullah ‘Arif merupakan salah seorang tokoh pendakwah Islam yang awal menyebarkan Islam di Nusantara. Penemuan manuskrip Bahr alLahut dalam katalog di Perpustakaan Universiti Leiden, Belanda dan Purpustakaan Negara Malaysia mengukuhkan dan membuktikan kewujudannya. Namun kajian mengenai Shaykh ‘Abdullah ‘Arif dan manuskrip Bahr al-Lahut yang terbatas telah menimbulkan polemik perbahasan yang berlarutan dalam kalangan pengkaji manuskrip dan sejarah Islam di Nusantara. Antara isu-isu yang timbul adalah mengenai akidah Shaykh ‘Abdullah ‘Arif dan tarikh penulisan Bahr al-Lahut yang tidak dapat dipastikan secara tepat. Justeru, objektif kajian ini menghuraikan latar belakang Shaykh ‘Abdullah ‘Arif dan menganalisis kajian-kajian lepas berkaitan manuskrip Bahr al-Lahut. Metodologi kajian ini berbentuk kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan analisis kajian-kajian lepas dan kandungan dari salinan teks asal manuskrip Bahr al-Lahut. Hasil kajian mendapati Shaykh ‘Abdullah ‘Arif merupakan salah seorang pendakwah awal dari Arab yang berusaha menyebarkan Islam menerusi karya Bahr alLahut menerusi pengajaran ilmu tauhid dan tasawuf. Dapatan kajian lepas menjelaskan beliau didakwa mempunyai pengaruh syiah yang dilihat dominan melalui doktrin wahdah al-wujud dan Nur Muhammad. Namun, terdapat juga kajian lepas yang mendapati asas akidah Shaykh ‘Abdullah ‘Arif adalah berfahaman Ahli Sunnah Wal Jamaah kerana membincangkan konsep menafikan jihah dalam mentauhidkan Allah SWT. Selain itu, pengkaji juga mendapati tiada kesepakatan dalam kalangan penyelidik terdahulu yang mampu menjelaskan tarikh sebenar secara tepat penulisan karya ini. Sometimes, we share the same choice of food with friends and family ad we also make food as a central part of our celebration. People choose food trough they eat on typical day, price and convenience, mood and sensory appeal, influence by peers, media and also their
parents. The consumption of food among university students is determined by themselves. This paper identifies the factors influencing healthy food choice among
university students in UiTM Dungun, Terengganu, aim to achieve the two objectives, which are to identify factors influencing healthy food choice among university students
and to determine the most influences factors on food choice among university students. Data were collected from a convenient sample of 181 degree students in UiTM Dungun throughout questionnaire by practicing the primary data method. Finding shows that the most chosen food for they eat on typical day was high in fiber with mean score 1.97. For price and convenience of healthy food choice, takes no time to prepare achieve the
highest mean score with 1.99 while under the factors of mood and sensory appeal, themost chosen cheers me up with mean score 1.96. For the factors influenced by peers, the higher mean score 2.48 is similar to those consumed by my friends. For factors influenced by media, focus showed in advertisement is the higher mean score with 2.52, while factors influenced healthy food choice by parents the most chosen is preferred by my mother/father with the mean score 1.74. In conclusion, the finding suggests suggest
some shed light and rooms for improvement in developing more healthy food for foodservice marketing. Some factors identified can be taken into consideration among foodservice provider to widen more chances towards successful foodservice management in future
