학위논문(석사) - 한국과학기술원 : 정보통신공학과, 2009. 8., [ vii, 38 p. ]A high Linear technique for the (CMOS) low noise Amplifier (LNA) is presented, the proposed method uses an additional PMOS transistor for in-creasing the third order inter modulation distortion (IMD3) current, which generated by the CS and CG stages, but gain and noise is trade-off, but not much, this technique is applied to achieve the linearity of CMOS LNA using 0.18 μm technology. The LNA achieved +14 dBm IIP3, 12dB gain, and 1.2dB NF at 2.4 GHz consuming 8.2 mA from 1.8 V supply.한국과학기술원 : 정보통신공학과

Statistical modeling of sonar targets
A sonar system can detect targets by listening to the acoustic waves reflected from a target. However, detection performance of a sonar system is severely affected due the backscattering of waves from the surrounding environment. In shallow waters, one of the most important contributors to the reverberation is the backscattering from the seabed. Callus Induction and Synthetic Seed Development in Draceana sanderiana Sanderex Mast: Lucky Bamboo
The study was carried out for callus induction and synthetic seed development from the shoot tips of Draceana sanderiana sander ex Mast. The shoot tips were subjected to different concentrations (0.25, 0.5 &1.0 mg/l) of 2,4-D on MS medium. The research findings revealed that the 2,4-D at concentrations of 0.25 mg/l was more suited for the profuse callus formation. The friable and light yellow callus was induced within 2 weeks of culture at 0.25 mg/l of 2,4-D on MS medium as compared to the other two concentrations of 2,4-D i.e.; 0.5 and 1.0 mg/l. Similarly the effect of sodium alginate and calcium chloride percentage on synthetic seed formation was observed, it was found that somatic embryos formed from shoot tips via callus kept in 2.5% sodium alginate and 100 milli molar CaCl2 produced synthetic seeds with firm spherical beads. The study leads to the formation of synthetic seeds of Draceana sanderiana which can be used for the conservation of germplasm through cryopreservation and the micro propagation of the said plant species

The study also evaluates ethical issues related to AI, including biases in content algorithms, privacy concerns, and its potential to spread disinformation. Additionally, it explores AI's role in mobilizing social movements and its influence on democratic participation. The research emphasizes the need to balance these technological developments' positive and negative aspects and calls for collaboration among stakeholders to shape the digital ecosystem more inclusively and ethically.Bu tez, dijital çağda sosyal medyanın evrimini ve yapay zekânın (YZ) bu platformlar üzerindeki dönüştürücü rolünü incelemektedir. Sosyal medyanın bireysel ifade, sosyal etkileşim ve bilgi paylaşımı üzerindeki etkilerini vurgularken, YZ'nin içerik kişiselleştirme, moderasyon ve veri analizi alanlarındaki katkılarına odaklanmaktadır. Çalışmada ayrıca, içerik algoritmalarındaki önyargılar, mahremiyet endişeleri ve dezenformasyonun yayılma potansiyeli gibi YZ ile ilgili etik meseleler değerlendirilmektedir. Bunun yanı sıra, YZ'nin toplumsal hareketlerin harekete geçirilmesindeki rolü ve demokratik katılım üzerindeki etkisi ele alınmaktadır. Araştırma, bu teknolojik gelişmelerin olumlu ve olumsuz yönleri arasında bir denge kurulması gerekliliğini vurgulamakta ve dijital ekosistemin daha kapsayıcı ve etik bir şekilde şekillendirilmesi için paydaşlar arasında iş birliği çağrısında bulunmaktadır
