Thus, this have become out main objective in producing this company, with opening a self-service laundry premise which give our customers 100 percent safety guaranteed with multiple effort to keep them safe and comfortable while using our service. This company is based on partnership of six (6) people of which three (3) of them are the main players in the organization. The three people who hold important position in the company organization are Muhammad Hawwashaziq bin Mohd Noh as the general manager, Muhammad Aiman bin Kasim as the marketing manager and Siti Sarah Nazirah binti Mat Rahim as financial manager. The other three member of the partnership act as the investor of the company and they are Nur Najiha binti Abdul Hadi, Amrina Rosyada binti Abdul Aziz and Muhammad Azwan bin Mohd Amin. As for our target market, we are opening our premises in Subang Jaya, Selangor as it is a very strategic location with the convenience of near a residential area, clinic and even restaurant just beside of our laundry premise. Furthermore, as we open near the residential area, our target customers are those who does not have enough time or does not have the convenience of washing and drying machine. Moreover, our laundry is set to be user friendly so all age rage can use our service but we do focusing more on people at the age of 20 years old to 65 years old to use it and this is because of safety reason. The marketing strategy that we use in our company is to ensure to give the best quality service to our customers with providing high quality machine and concerning about customer’s experience throughout their time using our service. Our laundry is operated for 24 hours and it is being guard with a staff member who is always ready whenever needed. Not only that, we are also providing a membership card to our loyal customer which they can have a free laundry service for every 20th time of use. Despite all the convenience that we provide for our customer, we are still charging our customers the same price as other self-service laundry. Undoubtedly, we have provided the best self-service laundry which are affordable and giving many safety and comfort feature for our customers

No full textPaying zakat is an obligation for every Muslim who is mukallaf - someone who meets all the conditions contained in the five pillars of Islam. Likewise, similar obligation needs to be fulfilled by a Muslim who is involved in a business activity. The Annual Report published by the Federal Territory Zakat Collection Centre (PPZMAIWP) for 2020 shows that there was an increase of 7.76 percent in total business zakat collection, amounting to RM112,947,206.23 in 2019, compared to only RM114,096,123.422020 in 2020. However, based on statistics by categories, zakat collection on businesses still could not surpass the total number of zakat income collection which amounted to RM471 million in 2019 and RM511 million in 2020, an increase of 8.34 percent. There was nonetheless a significant increase of 47.08 percent in 2020 of the total zakat payment on businesses in comparison to the 9.16 percent increase in the total zakat income payments recorded in the same year. The statistics published have led to the birth of various interpretations within the community on the role of business zakat as an economic catalyst for the ummah (“people” or “group” or “community”) . Therefore, this study aims to gain an in-depth insight into the issues and challenges faced by business zakat payers in fulfilling their religious obligation. For the purpose of data collection, this study utilized focused group interviews on a selected group of Muslim entrepreneurs in the state of Kelantan. In the proposed project, a programmable home security system by using GSM system was developed. Raspberry Pi 3 was used as the main controller (server). A Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor was utilized to detect the intruder when an intrusion occurs. It performs its ability by measuring changes in the infrared rays in its field of view. When any potential break-ins are identified, the pi camera module installed on the Raspberry Pi 3 will capture the intruders' photo. Meanwhile, the installed GSM module will send a warning message to the user, which shall also include the intruders'
photo link. Finally, the image will be loaded into the created web page. Along these lines, the user can confirm the message
received and take a quick step by reporting the incident to the authorized entity. With everything in mind, this
