Analisis Faktor Penyebab Ketidaklengkapan Informed Consent dalam Menunjang Mutu Rekam Medis di Rumah Sakit Graha Medika Banyuwangi
No full textInformed consent merupakan persetujuan yang diberikan pasien atau keluarga
setelah mendapat penjelasan secara lengkap mengenai tindakan kedokteran atau
kedokteran gigi yang akan dilakukan oleh pasien guna peningkatan mutu
pelayanan. Rumah Sakit Graha Medika adalah rumah sakit tipe C yang telah
melakukan penilaian mutu oleh Komite Mutu Rumah Sakit salah satunya mutu
kelengkapan informed consent adalah 100%. Pelaksanaan penulisan informed
consent di RS Graha Medika pada Triwulan III tahun 2020 sejumlah 11,14%,
26,90%, dan 41 %. Angka ketidaklengkapan informed consent yang terus naik ini
artinya kelengkapan pengisian informed consent belum tercapai (Oktavia et al,
2020). Kendala yang dialami oleh dokter terkait waktu dan pengisian kelengkapan
ini dapat menjadi beban tersendiri jika pasien banyak sehingga pengisian tertunda
dan terjadi penumpukan. Dampak dari ketidaklengkapan pengisian informed
consent adalah pada kualitas dan mutu rekam medis, serta jaminan kepastian
hukum pasien, tenaga kesehatan maupun rumah sakit (Oktavia et al, 2020).
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis faktor penyebab ketidaklengkapan
informed consent dalam menunjang mutu rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Graha
Medika Banyuwangi.
Jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan rancang bangun penelitian cross
sectional. Lokasi penelitian berada di Rumah Sakit Graha Medika Banyuwangi
dengan waktu 4 bulan. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah formulir informed
consent Triwulan IV tahun 2020 sejumlah 722 formulir dengan sampel sejumlah
258 formulir informed consent dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple
random sampling. Unit analisis menggunakan dokter sebanyak 30 dokter. Sumber
data yaitu data primer berupa kuesioner dan data sekunder berupa checklist
ketidaklengkapan formulir informed consent. Variabel bebas adalah faktor
individu (kemampuan, latar belakang keluarga, pengalaman, umur, jenis kelamin),
faktor psikologis (persepsi, sikap, kepribadian, belajar, motivasi), faktor
organisasi (sumber daya dan kepemimpinan) dan variabel terikat yaitu
ketidaklengkapan informed consent. Analisis data menggunakan univariat,
bivariat menggunakan uji Rank Spearman dengan software SPSS dan multivariat
menggunakanConfirmatory Factors Analysis (CFA) dengan software SmartPLS
3.0.
Hasil identifikasi ketidaklengkapan informed consent sebesar 83% dalam tingkat
ketidaklengkapan 0-20% artinya kelengkapan sangat baik dan dapat
mencerminkan salah satu profesionalisme dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Hasil
identifikasi kemampuan dalam kategori sangat mampu, latar belakang dalam
kategori keluarga lengkap, pengalaman dalam kategori baru, umur dengan
kategori dewasa awal dan akhir, dan jenis kelamin sebesar 62,4% laki-laki.
Distribusi frekuensi masing-masing indikator diketahui sebagian besar berada
dalam kondisi yang positif, sedangkan fakta dari penelitian menyebutkan hal yang
berbeda dari teori yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan seluruh indikator
dari faktor individu (kemampuan, latar belakang, pengalaman, umur, dan jenis
kelamin) tidak memiliki hubungan dengan ketidaklengkapan informed consent
dikarenakan adanya faktor lain yang lebih kuat berpengaruh terhadap individu
dokter dalam melengkapi informed consent adalah tingginya rutinitas aktivitas
dokter di beberapa tempat berakibat menurunkan perhatian pada pengisian
kelengkapan informed consent (Ramadani, 2017). Identifikasi indikator persepsi,
kepribadian, belajar dan motivasi dalam kategori sangat baik, serta sikap dengan
kategori baik. Identifikasi indikator sumber daya dalam kategori sangat
mendukung dan kepemimpinan dalam kategori sangat baik. Analisis bivariat
didapatkan hasil indikator sumber daya memiliki hubungan dengan
ketidaklengkapan informed consent dengan nilai 0.005. Analisis multivariat
didapatkan hasil faktor organisasi memiliki hubungan dengan ketidaklengkapan
informed consent dengan nilai 0.001. Hasil penelitian secara tabulatif bahwa
sebesar 51.2 % bahwa sumberdaya di sangat mendukung tersedianya informed

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
