    MANAJEMEN KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER PRAMUKA DI SMP ISLAM AL -AZHAR 12

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka SMP Islam Al Azhar 12 Rawamangun Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Koordinator Bidang Kemuridan dan Pembina Eksktrakurikuler. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada manajemen kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Hasil dari penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa; (1) Perencanaan ekstrakurikuler pramuka tersebut disusun oleh kepala sekolah, koordinator bidang kemuridan dan pembina pramuka. Perencanaan tersebut disusun dengan mengacu pada materi yang ada ada dalam kurikulum 2013 dan disesuaikan dengan sarana prasarana ada di sekolah, (2) Implementasi ekstrakurikuler pramuka dilakukan berdasarkan perencanaan yang telah dibuat pada awal tahun pembelajaran dan juga perencanaan yang telah dibuat setiap minggunya oleh pembina pramuka, (3) Evaluasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka dilakukan dalam rapat ekskul dan dalam rapat penyusunan kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan setiap semester. Kegiatan evaluasi tersebut melibatkan kepala sekolah Pembina ekskul dan juga pelatih. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the extracurricular activities of the Al Azhar 12 Islamic Middle School in Rawamangun, East Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation, and study documentation. Data sources from this study are the Principal, Deputy Principal, Coordinator of Discipleship and Extracurricular Trustees. This research focuses on the management of scout extracurricular activities. The results of the study concluded that; (1) Scout extracurricular planning is prepared by the school principal, disciplinary coordinator and scoutmaster. The plan was prepared by referring to the existing material in the 2013 curriculum and adapted to the existing infrastructure in schools, (2) Scout extracurricular implementation is based on plans that have been made at the beginning of the learning year and also plans that have been made every week by the scoutmaster, (3) Evaluation of scout extracurricular activities is carried out in extracurricular meetings and in meetings for the preparation of learning activities which are conducted every semester.     This proceeding contains articles on the various ideas of the academic community presented at The 3rd International Conference on Community Engagement and Education for Sustainable Development (ICCEESD 2022) organized by the Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia on 7th-8th December 2022.  ICCEESD is a biannual forum for sharing, benchmarking, and discussing HEI’s activities in developing Education for Sustainable Development towards community engagement. Education for Sustainability as a teaching strategy for resolving community challenges through formal, informal, or non-formal education is expected to benefit from various community service best practices by academics, researchers, and students. The 3rd ICCEESD has “Strengthening Education for Sustainability Towards Better Community Engagement” as its theme this year.
