Clima organizacional y práctica docente en la Universidad José Carlos Mariátegui Filial Andahuaylas 2016
Get PDFDicho estudio se realizó entre clima organizacional con relación a la práctica docente de la Universidad José Carlos Mariátegui Filial Andahuaylas 2016, para dicho trabajo de investigación se ha utilizado el diseño correlacional, del método cuantitativo, dicha investigación está ajustada por 30 docentes y administrativos, lo cual se ejecutó una encuesta de manera voluntaria, esto coadyuvo en el desarrollo de la presente investigación. La información se recogió utilizando dos cuestionarios para la variable uno (V1), se utilizó sobre clima organizacional, con veintiocho ítems, y la para variable dos (V2), fue ejecutada también con un cuestionario sobre práctica docente con veintidós ítems, estos han sido sometidos a juicio de expertos y el análisis de fiabilidad de alfa de Cronbach de 0,796 y 0,814 respectivamente. Los datos obtenidos muestran la eminencia de confianza es de 95% = 0.95, y la eminencia de significancia es de α: 5% = 0.05, se corrobora que existe una correlación entre las variables de clima organizacional y práctica docente, según el trabajo de la estadística de prueba para un estudio no paramétrico Tau-b de Kendall, cuyo coeficiente es de 0,729, lo cual indica una correlación alta y directa entre las variables.Tesi

No full textEn la presente investigación establecer el estudio de tráfico para el diseño del mejoramiento de la Carretera Agallpampa – Chanchacap, Distrito de Salpo, Provincia de Otuzco, Departamento la Libertad; teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de la población en el mejoramiento de sus vías, la investigación establece el estudio de tráfico, esto nace ante la necesidad de proponer el diseño para el mejoramiento del camino vecinal y de contar con un servicio eficiente de servicio de transitabilidad peatonal y vehicular. La importancia de esta investigación del estudio de tráfico, para este proyecto radica en el mejoramiento de las vías del Centro Poblado de Chanchacap, beneficiando a la población y contribuyendo en las mejoras de vida social, mejora en el desarrollo económico de la población y generando un enlace entre poblaciones y mejoras de intercomunicación con los pueblos. El problema principal debe resolverse considerando en principio del estudio de tráfico para la propuesta del presente diseño, es por ello que este trabajo resulta importante. Con la presente investigación, presentando el estudio de tráfico para el diseño del mejoramiento de los caminos vecinales del Centro Poblado de Chanchacap, proyectos de esta naturaleza se atiende de manera eficiente tras la necesidad del desarrollo social y familiar de los pueblos. Para la presente investigación se utilizan técnicas e instrumentos apropiados, confiables y válidos para la recolección de datos.In the present research, establish the traffic study for the design of the improvement of the Agallpampa - Chanchacap Highway, Salpo District, Otuzco Province, La Libertad Department; Taking into account the need of the population to improve their roads, the investigation establishes the traffic study, this arises from the need to propose the design for the improvement of the neighborhood road and to have an efficient pedestrian traffic service and vehicular. The importance of this investigation of the traffic study, for this project lies in the improvement of the roads of the Town Center of Chanchacap, benefiting the population and contributing to improvements in social life, improvement in the economic development of the population and generating a link between towns and intercommunication improvements with towns. The main problem must be solved considering in principle the traffic study for the proposal of the present design, that is why this work is important. With the present investigation, presenting the traffic study for the design of the improvement of the neighborhood roads of the Town Center of Chanchacap, projects of this nature are served efficiently after the need for social and family development of the towns. For this research, appropriate, reliable and valid techniques and instruments are used for data collection.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
