Automatic home guarding system
An Automatic Home Guarding System is a system which helps to guard our house. The system consists of a main computer, a mobile robot with camera on it, and sensors to detect intrusion. Once the sensors detect an intrusion, the main computer will send an email to notify the user about the intrusion. Thus, even when the user is away from home, the user is able to get the notification as long as they stay online. After that, the user is able to watch the live video or see the images taken from his/her home where the intrusion is happening through internet. The videos and images can be saved in the computer for further use. By this the user can take further action on the incident

From this Industrial Training, the student will be able to practicing the skill and the development of working ethics and the quality of project that undertaken. The student also learns about the discipline of working that must be follows. The rules an the regulations of working are different types that must be punctuality. The student will be able to the mode of serious in the working. Students also will exhibit the pleasant interpersonal skills as an individual in working independently, collaborative and multifunction actions. Industrial Training will give a practice to students according to the organization skills in enhancing individual and group effectiveness and productivity. Kata Kunci: Konveyor, Zelio Smart Relay, Sistem Pengepakan Industri rumahan yang berkembang di masyarakat sering kali memiliki kekurangan pada kualitas produk. Penyebabnya ialah keterbatasan teknologi yang digunakan mulai dari proses produksi sampai pengemasan. Begitu juga dialami oleh pelaku usaha hio gaharu. Mayoritas pekerjaan dilakukan secara konvensional yang menggunakan tenaga manusia secara langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, membuat, dan menguji kelayakan alat otomatisasi sistem pengepakan hio gaharu berbasis zelio smart relay sehingga mendatang bisa dibuat pada skala yang lebih besar. Kendali zelio smart relay dipilih karena kemudahan memprogram dan harga yang ekomonis di kelasnya. Hio yang siap kemas dihitung dengan jumlah tertentu sebelum masuk dalam kardus secara otomatis. Kardus menuju tempat pengisi melalui belt conveyor secara otomatis. Keseluruhan proses dikendalikan oleh smart relay dengan cara mengumpulkan data dari input, memproses pada unit pemrosesan, dan memberi perintah pada output. Zelio smart relay bertipe SR2B121JD akan menerima masukan dari sensor cahaya sebagai pendeteksi hio dan kardus, push button sebagai start dan stop. Hio yang masuk kardus dilakukan pencacahan sehingga memiliki batasan untuk satu kemasan, serta semua hasil pemrosesan ditindaklanjuti dengan pemberian sinyal perintah pada aktuator. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, seluruh rangkaian elektrik telah mampu bekerja dengan baik sehingga sensor cahaya, motor konveyor, motor buka tutup bekerja secara normal. Namun, masih terdapat kekurangan ketika hio tersangkut pada bagian corong dan pengondisian kardus kosong dan penuh yang kurang baik. Selain hal tersebut, alat ini mampu memberikan kecepatan dan ketepatan hitungan jumlah hio dalam satu kemasan secara otomatis dan efisien. The reason is technology limitedness that used in from the production until packing process.So as experienced by the agarwood hio businessman, most of work still done conventionally that use human resource directly. This research presents for designing, creating, and testing device of automation of agarwood incense packing system based on zelio smart relay in order to in the future there will be the similar device with bigger scale. This controller is chosen because of easy programming and economical price. The incense ready to be packed is counted with certain amount before entering cardboard automatically. The cardboard moves to filling point through belt conveyor automatically. A whole process is controlled by collecting data from input, processing in processing unit, and commanding to output. Zelio smart relay with type of SR2B121JD will receives input signal from light sensor as incense and cardboard detector, push buttons as start and stop button. Incesnse which entering cardboard is counted, so they will be limited for a pack, also all of the processing result is continued by sending command signal for actuator. Based on testing result, all of electric circuits have worked greatly, so that light sensor, conveyor motor, opening and closing motor work normally. However, there still a weakness while incense stucks at the funnel and how to place a blank cardboard and a full cardboard better. A smartwatch is a digital watch with many additional features. Examples include your heart rate monitoring, activity tracking and regular reminders. Much like a smartphone, a smartwatch is fitted with a touchscreen display that helps you to act on or tap on a button. Modern smartwatches include numerous functions, equivalent to mobile and tablet applications. These applications provide additional features such as weather information, inventory pricing and maps and direction displays. Most smartwatches may also be used and phone calls, for text messages to be sent and received.
Although the applications run on the mobile directly, they need a smartphone to work. The reason is that the data was received first by phone and then dispatched to watch. Most smartwatches don't have Wi-Fi and don't have a wireless data SIM card. Most applications therefore depend on a compatible smartphone to supply Bluetooth data. For example, you can dictate and send a response using the text messaging software on your smartwatch, but your phone will send the actual message. If the Bluetooth signal of your phone isn't around your watch, it won't be transmitted to your phone.

The application of the plea-bargaining legal frameworks in Malaysia and England & Wales / Ahmad Ridhwan Abd Rani
The plea-bargaining process is created to provide for speedy disposition of cases in criminal courts. Criminal cases which are deemed by the courts to be minor would be filtered out, which inevitably would save the courts' time and effort. The experiences from many jurisdictions have showed that unregulated plea-bargaining process would lead to procedural abuse by some criminal justice actors, particularly the prosecutors. Malaysia has introduced new and formal plea-bargaining procedures in Sections 172C and 172D of the Criminal Procedure Code. However, in the application of the plea bargaining legislation, the criminal justice actors face several constraints involving legal, technical, and operational ones. Previous local researches has not addressed the application of the plea-bargaining law, let alone the impediments in such process. Given such impediments, the central thesis is twofold. Firstly, the criminal justice actors in the plea-bargaining process are somewhat reluctant to follow the new provisions in the Criminal Procedure Code which changes the plea-bargaining procedures. Secondly, the rationales for their unwillingness to follow the new law are due to the legal, operational and technical impediment. Guided by these prepositions, the research aims at examining the application of the new plea-bargaining procedural provisions under the Criminal Procedure Code and the impediments facing the criminal justice actors. At the theoretical level, this research analyses how the trial shadow theory, the rational choice theory, and the functional-system theory would inform the implementation of the plea bargaining process. This study adopts qualitative methodology, in which the primary data is obtained from semi-structured interviews from fifteen respondents involving the prosecutors, defence counsels, judges, and accused persons. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The primary data is triangulated with the representative from the Malaysian Bar Council. The findings of this research are in Chapter Five. The legal analyses of England and Wales as well as Malaysia are presented in Chapter Three and Chapter Four respectively. The research reveals that the formal plea-bargaining process is deemed unfavourable due to the legal, technical, and organisational impediments. This study is aimed at contributing to the body of knowledge and literature on the plea-bargaining process in Malaysia, which would assist policy makers and other actors who are directly involved in such process

In the introduction, we have talked about the products that will be done in the success of this innovative report to run products related to helmets and give additions to those products to be marketed. In addition, there are statements of problems, objectives and methodologies, each providing a description of how this product is done. Next, in the new product development section, there is a more detailed product enlightenment that will be explained in this section, namely product definition, classification, and process to NPD which is divided into five parts, namely research and development, product design and features, concept testing, prototype, and test marketing. The happy part tells about this product in more depth because in this section can be clearly seen the description of the product that this delivered. Tectonostratigraphic terranes of Kudat Peninsula, Sabah
Extensive field-geology observations of the Kudat Peninsula, Sabah, resulted in substantial revision of its geological ages, stratigraphy and structure. Four geological terranes make up the peninsula. The (1) Northern Sabah Terrane is a large anticline representing an exotic crustal unit separated by the (2) Kudat Fault Zone from the (3) Slump Terrane that includes the wide area from Sikuati to Kota Marudu, consisting of mainly slope sediments with distinct slump intervals. The southernmost terrane is the (4) Mengaris Duplex formed by the West Crocker Formation. Easterly trending fold axes and reverse faults are drag phenomena associated with the Balabac Transcurrent Fault. The up to 6 km wide Kudat Fault Zone is a horst consisting of Early Cretaceous ophiolite and oceanic crust. Markings on steeply inclined fault surfaces indicate left-lateral wrenching among its latest activity. The thick amalgamated sandstone of the Northern Kudat Terrane has early to middle Eocene calcareous nannofossils. The Suang Pai limestone enclave among the sandstone possesses Middle Eocene benthic foraminifera and fragments of shallow-marine organisms. The limestone rests on deep-water mudstone of the same age. The Slump Terrane is characterised by scores of meters wide slump intervals composed of lower slope fan turbidites and also steep to overturned tectonic folds verging northeast. The Mengaris Duplex consists of latest Eocene to Oligocene turbidites belonging to the West Crocker Formation of Sabah
Computer simulation and turbine development for free flowing water generator / Mohd Ridhwan Hizami Abd Rashid
Hydroelectric is an alternative way to convert mechanical energy into electricity by harnessing the flow of the rivers to run a turbine. The suitable design of river water turbine is needed to make sure that it maintains speed with flow rate at variable season during monsoon and drought. In order to complete the design of turbine system on engineering software such as CATIA and STAR CD is used. The complete design of turbine system will be attached to the turbine platform to make sure that the maximum and minimum speed can be achieved and strength of the turbine system is attained. CAE analysis will be conducted for fiirther simulation of the turbine during operation. Once the analysis and evaluation stage completed and had been approved, then it is attached to the generator. The design of the turbine can avoid environmental damage such as land erosion, jungle flooding and lots of flora and fauna. No damp or weir is used in order to rotate the turbine. By finishing this thesis, the author hopes that the turbine can be further develop for commercial used in the future and a self-sustainable community can be achieved, without fully depends on the oil-based power generation. The system will be tested at Kuala Keniam River, UiTM-Pehilitan Research Station and investigated the water turbine performance and efficiency. If everything works as planned, progress of fabrication until installation process will proceeds smoothly and successful
