No full textA general theoretical description of a magnetic resonance is presented. This description is necessary for a detailed analysis of spin dynamics in electric-dipole-moment experiments in storage rings. General formulas describing a behavior of all components of the polarization vector at magnetic resonance are obtained for arbitrary initial polarization. Quasimagnetic resonances for particles and nuclei moving in non-continuous perturbing fields of accelerators and storage rings are considered. Distinguishing features of quasi-magnetic resonances in storage ring electric-dipole-moment experiments are investigated. The formulas for the effect caused by the electric dipole moment are derived. Main systematical errors are discussed. Представлено общее теоретическое описание магнитного резонанса, которое необходимо для детального анализа динамики спина в экспериментах по поиску электрических дипольных моментов в накопительных кольцах. Для произвольной начальной поляризации получены общие формулы, описывающие эволюцию всех компонент вектора поляризации при магнитном резонансе. Рассмотрен квазимагнитный резонанс для частиц и ядер, движущихся в прерывных возмущающих полях ускорителей и накопительных колец. Исследованы отличительные черты квазимагнитных резонансов в экспериментах по поиску электрических дипольных моментов в накопительных кольцах. Выведены формулы для эффекта, обусловленного электрическим дипольным моментом. Обсуждены основные систематические ошибки.

The major systematic errors inherent in the method are addressed and ways to minimize them are suggested. Information and psychological warfare as a factor in military conflicts

Проаналізовано підходи класиків теорії інформаційного суспільства, поняття та сутність інформаційно-психологічної війни. Проведено порівняльний аналіз інформаційно-психологічного впливу у світових війнах ХХ ст. Досліджено значення пропаганди в інформаційно-психологічній війні. Обґрунтовано роль інформаційно-психологічного впливу в російсько-українській війні. Визначено роль медіаграмотності людей в умовах війни. Для досягнення мети дослідження застосовувалися теоретико-методологічні підходи: структурно-функціональний, системний, порівняльний, нормативно-ціннісний. Дано авторське визначення інформаційно-психологічної війни – це синтез інформаційних та психологічних технологій, спрямованих на індивідуальну, групову та масову свідомість людей з метою зміни їхніх поглядів, думок, установок, моделей поведінки. Порівняльний аналіз інформаційно-психологічного впливу у двох світових війнах ХХ ст. показав, що пропагандистські методи, спираючись на досягнення психологічної науки, ставали все більш досконалими та витонченими. У російсько-українській війні 2022 р. противник маніпулює інформацією, використовуючи технології психологічного впливу, спрямовані на військових та мирних громадян. Їх мета – зниження бойового духу захисників України та створення панічних настроїв серед населення. Таким чином, є гостра необхідність захисту громадян в інформаційному просторі. Основним засобом, здатним допомогти людям набути емоційну стійкість і не піддаватися психологічному впливу, є медіаграмотність. Перспективами подальшої розробки даної теми є продовження дослідження психологічного впливу на людину та суспільство на основі нових знань у галузі соціальної психології з метою навчитися його розпізнавати та контролювати.The article considers information-psychological warfare as a source of military conflicts. The approaches of the
classic theory of informational cooperation are analyzed, understanding the essence of informational-psychological war.
A comprehensive analysis of the informational and psychological influx in the world wars of the 20th century was carried
out. The importance of propaganda in the information-psychological war has been explored. The role of informational
and psychological influx in the russian-Ukrainian war is grounded. The role of people’s media literacy in the minds of
the war is identified. To achieve further research, theoretical and methodological approaches were adopted: structuralfunctional, systemic, level-based, normative-valuable. A summary has been compiled about those that have not yet ended
the hidden meaning of the informational-psychological war. The authors have clearly spoken out on various aspects of
this concept. The author’s author’s account of the information-psychological war is given – a synthesis of information
and psychological technologies directed at the individual, group and mass awareness of people by changing their views,
thoughts, attitudes, behavioral models. A contemporary analysis of the informational and psychological influx in the
two world wars of the 20th century. showing that propaganda methods, based on the achievements of psychological
science, became more and more thorough and sophisticated. The russian-Ukrainian war will begin in 2022. the enemy
manipulates information, vikoryst and psychological infusion technologies, directly targeting military and civilian
citizens. Their meta is a decrease in the morale of the inhabitants of Ukraine and the creation of panic among the
population. Thus, there is an urgent need to protect citizens in the information space. The main way to help people gain
emotional stability and not succumb to psychological influx is media literacy. The prospects for further development
of this are the continuation of the investigation of the psychological influx on people and marriage on the basis of new

Covariant equations describing the Proca particle in Riemannian spacetimes with allowance for electromagnetic interactions are formulated. The derived relativistic Foldy-Wouthuysen Hamiltonian agrees with the corresponding Hamiltonians obtained for scalar and Dirac particles and with their classical counterpart. The unification of relativistic quantum mechanics in the Foldy-Wouthuysen representation is discussed
