В умовах, що склалися в Україні, проблема мотивації персоналу набула важливого значення, оскільки вирішення завдань які стоять перед суспільством можливе лише за умови створення належної мотиваційної основи здатної спонукати працівників підприємств до ефективної діяльності. У роботі розглядаються актуальні сьогоднішнім реаліям питання мотиваційного механізму ефективного управління персоналом підприємства індустрії гостинності (на прикладі TOB ГРК «Гранд Готель Пилипець»). У рамках дослідження обґрунтували основні підходи до визначення поняття «мотивація», які дозволили глибше зрозуміти її сутність та роль у стимулюванні персоналу і формуванні трудової поведінки. Дослідили методичні підходи до формування ефективних програм, які враховують специфіку діяльності підприємства, визначили сучасні інструменти та методи мотивації. Надано загальну характеристику організації обслуговування та управлінської діяльності ГРК «Гранд Готель Пилипець». Проведено аналіз фінансово-господарської діяльності готелю та здійснено оцінювання ефективності розвитку готелю в умовах економічної нестабільності. Визначено впливу роботи управлінського персоналу на економічний потенціал підприємства. Встановили зв'язок мотивації з фінансовими показниками. Здійснили оцінку результативності мотивації праці персоналу на підприємстві. З метою ефективного управління людськими ресурсами і підвищення професійного рівня менеджера була створена програма мотивації персоналу підприємства і програма підвищення кваліфікації працівників, що передбачає внутрішнє навчання та професійний розвиток. Для вдосконалення компетенцій менеджера з персоналу було побудовано дерево цілей, спрямоване на покращення його ключових показників ефективності (KPI). За допомогою рівняння лінійної регресії виконано розрахунок прогнозних показників діяльності підприємства. Збудовано трендову лінію прогнозних обсягів чистого доходу від реалізації послуг та трендову лінію продуктивності праці персоналу на 2025 рік.Hrozov A.M. In the conditions prevailing in Ukraine, the problem of personnel motivation has acquired important importance, since the solution of the tasks facing society is possible only if an appropriate motivational basis is created that can encourage employees of enterprises to effective activity. The paper considers the issues of the motivational mechanism of effective personnel management of an enterprise in the hospitality industry that are relevant to today's realities (LLC "Grand Hotel Pylypets" as a case study). The study substantiates the main approaches to defining the concept of "motivation", which allowed for a deeper understanding of its essence and role in stimulating personnel and shaping work behavior. Methodological approaches to the formation of effective programs that take into account the specifics of the enterprise's activities are investigated, modern means and methods of motivation are identified. A general characteristic of the organization of service and management activities of LLC "Grand Hotel Pylypets" is provided. An analysis of the financial and economic activities of the hotel is carried out and an assessment of the effectiveness of the hotel's development in conditions of economic instability is carried out. The impact of the work of management personnel on the economic potential of the enterprise is determined. The relationship between motivation and financial indicators was established. The effectiveness of personnel motivation at the enterprise was assessed. In order to effectively manage human resources and improve the professional level of the manager, a program for motivating the enterprise's personnel and a program for improving the skills of employees were created, which includes internal training and advanced training. To improve the competencies of the personnel manager, a goal tree was built, aimed at improving his key performance indicators (KPI). Using the linear regression equation, the forecast indicators of the enterprise's activities were calculated. The trend line of the forecast volumes of net income from the sale of services and the trend line of personnel productivity for 2025 were constructed.ЗМІСТ
