No full textPour Pierre Musso, la notion de territoire numérique est nécessairement pensée en lien avec le cyberespace lorsque l’on souhaite dépasser une simple vision augmentée du territoire. Selon lui, le cyberespace « désigne la totalité du système technique télé-informatique, à la fois “matériel”, constitué pour l’essentiel de l’Internet et des systèmes d’information, et “immatériel” fait d’algorithmes de production et de stockage de données ». Pierre Musso nous invite à inventer de nouveaux outils méthodologiques et conceptuels pour étudier l’hybridation de ces deux espaces. Il propose, entre autres, de saisir la topologie de ce cyberterritoire réticulaire (le couple cyberespace/territoire numérique) par une approche sociocognitive qui permet d’analyser les distances, qui ont cette particularité de ne plus être seulement physiques mais sociales, symboliques et mentales.For Pierre Musso, the notion of digitale territory is necessarily thought in relation to cyberspace when one wishes to go beyond a simple augmented vision of the territory. According to him, cyberspace “refers to the whole of the teleinformatics technical system, both ‘hardware’, consisting essentially of the Internet and information systems, and ‘immaterial’ made of algorithms of production and data storage”. No full textIl complesso archivistico Musso Clemente, dai nomi delle famiglie donatrici a cui appartengono i soggetti produttori, è conservato al Politecnico di Torino presso DIST APRi-Archivi Professionali e della Ricerca del Dipartimento Interateneo di Scienze, Progetto e Politiche del Territorio, dal 1989. Il corpus documentario, unitamente a una piccola biblioteca di 153 titoli, era conservato presso lo studio professionale dell’ingegner Paolo Musso (1887-1981), in via Avogadro a Torino, e documenta l’attività professionale dello stesso Paolo Musso, delle due ditte di decorazione del padre Carlo (1863-1935), scultore e plasticatore, l’attività dell’architetto Giovanni Clemente (1884-1973), cognato di Paolo e genero di Carlo Musso, nonché tracce di altri professionisti, della decorazione e della costruzione, legati
ai soggetti produttori principali da vincoli di parentela. Tra loro il pittore Placido Mossello (1835-1894), nonno di Paolo e suocero di Carlo Musso, capostipite di questa “dinastia” di decoratori e progettisti.
La ricerca ha inoltre portato alla conoscenza dei curatori l’archivio privato Dellachà, conservato da Lorenzo della Chà, erede e nipote di Ambrogio e Camillo, industriali proprietari dell’omonima fabbrica di fiammiferi e committenti di Carlo Musso tra gli anni 1904 e 1932. I Dellachà affidano a Musso, a più riprese, la decorazione di due palazzine in Torino su progetto dell’ingegner Pietro Fenoglio.

No full textSince 2003 the Chapter on Italian Copyright Law in the Treatise is written and updated every year by A. Musso (M. Fabiani had written it through 2002). As well as all the other national chapters (plus a chapter on European Law and a general Introduction), the "Italian" chapter deals with the Italian Law on Copyright and related rights, updated every year with all the relevant new provisions and the main decisions of higher and lower courts. In this 23rd release, a substantial and deeper review/update off all the issues related to copyright or related rights has been made by the Author, especially on links with international subject-matter (e.g. comparison of terms), on-line uses and possible infringement by Internet Service Providers (with changes in the main index, too). Due to the many entries in alphabetical order, every new release is divided in two papery volumes: the entry "Italy" is in Volume 2
