    학위논문(석사) - 한국과학기술원 : 기계공학전공, 2009.2, [ x, 86 p. ]소형 굽힘 동전형 피로시험기를 사용하여 알루미늄 합금 7475-T351에 대해 일정진폭하중 피로시험과 랜덤하중 피로시험을 수행하였다. 일정진폭하중 피로시험을 통해 알루미늄 합금 7475-T7451에 대한 S-N 곡선을 얻었으며 얻어진 S-N 곡선을 이용하여 랜덤하중 피로시험의 피로 수명을 예측하였고 실제 실험 결과와 예측 수명을 비교하였다. 일정진폭하중 피로시험 결과를 피로특성의 추정식들의 적합도를 판단해 보았으며 선형누적손상 법칙(Miner의 법칙, 수정 Miner의 법칙, Corten-Dolan의 수정 방법)들을 랜덤하중 피로시험 결과와 비교, 평가하여 알루미늄 7475-T7351에 대해 적합한 피로 수명 예측 방법을 확인하였다. 시험편 파단면의 거칠기와 균열길이를 관찰하였다.한국과학기술원 : 기계공학전공

    The intergranular corrosion and exfoliation corrosion properties of 7475-T7351 aluminum alloy plate for aviation were investigated, and the corrosion behaviors of the alloy were analyzed by metallographic analysis(MA) and transmission electron microscope(TEM). The results show that no obvious intergranular corrosion is observed, but exfoliation corrosion grade of 7475-T7351 aluminum alloy increases from EA on surface to EC in the core. The exfoliation corrosion of 7475 alloy plate is mainly because of the typical lamellar structure, and the pathway formed by galvanic corrosion on grain boundary. The expansion of grain boundary corrosion product volume produces the wedging force,makes intergranular corrosion grow along the direction in parallel with the surface,and then gradually evolves into exfoliation corrosion. The degree of recrystallization decreases gradually from the surface to center, and the grain length-to-width radio increases, which inclines to exfoliation corrosion and leads to the exfoliation corrosion grade increasing from surface to center

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Aluminum Alloy 7475 High-Speed Milling Parameter Optimization

    High-speed cutting is a complexity and uncertainty process .The cutting parameters optimization is ambiguous. In this paper, based on the orthogonal experiment of high-speed milling aluminum alloy 7475, we use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to optimize the parameters high-speed milling of aluminum alloy 7475 in the indication of surface roughness, cutting force, material removal rate. We have got cutting parameters optimal that is highly processing quality and productivity. Compared optimal results with orthogonal experimental results, we found that the optimal result is reliable. The study shows that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can optimize the parameters of high-speed milling of aluminum alloy 7475 accurately. This method has also a good application effect to other materials and great significance to guide actual production.</jats:p

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Anexelekto/MER tyrosine kinase inhibitor ONO-7475 arrests growth and kills FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3-internal tandem duplication mutant acute myeloid leukemia cells by diverse mechanisms

    Nearly one-third of patients with acute myeloid leukemia have FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 mutations and thus have poor survival prospects. Receptor tyrosine kinase anexelekto is critical for FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 signaling and participates in FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 inhibitor resistance mechanisms. Thus, strategies targeting anexelekto could prove useful for acute myeloid leukemia therapy. ONO-7475 is an inhibitor with high specificity for anexelekto and MER tyrosine kinase. Herein, we report that ONO-7475 potently arrested growth and induced apoptosis in acute myeloid leukemia with internal tandem duplication mutation of FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3. MER tyrosine kinase-lacking MOLM13 cells were sensitive to ONO-7475, while MER tyrosine kinase expressing OCI-AML3 cells were resistant, suggesting that the drug acts via anexelekto in acute myeloid leukemia cells. Reverse phase protein analysis of ONO-7475 treated cells revealed that cell cycle regulators like cyclin dependent kinase 1, cyclin B1, polo-like kinase 1, and retinoblastoma were suppressed. ONO-7475 suppressed cyclin dependent kinase 1, cyclin B1, polo-like kinase 1 gene expression suggesting that anexelekto may regulate the cell cycle, at least in part, via transcriptional mechanisms. Importantly, ONO-7475 was effective in a human FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 with internal tandem duplication mutant murine xenograft model. Mice fed a diet containing ONO-7475 exhibited significantly longer survival and, interestingly, blocked leukemia cell infiltration in the liver. In summary, ONO-7475 effectively kills acute myeloid leukemia cells in vitro and in vivo by mechanisms that involve disruption of diverse survival and proliferation pathways

    FMS-like Tyrosine Kinase 3 (FLT3) mutation is associated with poor survival in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The specific Anexelekto/MER Tyrosine Kinase (AXL) inhibitor, ONO-7475, kills FLT3-mutant AML cells with targets including Extracellular-signal Regulated Kinase (ERK) and Myeloid Cell Leukemia 1 (MCL1). ERK and MCL1 are known resistance factors for Venetoclax (ABT-199), a popular drug for AML therapy, prompting the investigation of the efficacy of ONO-7475 in combination with ABT-199 in vitro and in vivo. ONO-7475 synergizes with ABT-199 to potently kill FLT3-mutant acute myeloid leukemia cell lines and primary cells. ONO-7475 is effective against ABT-199-resistant cells including cells that overexpress MCL1. Proteomic analyses revealed that ABT-199-resistant cells expressed elevated levels of pro-growth and anti-apoptotic proteins compared to parental cells, and that ONO-7475 reduced the expression of these proteins in both the parental and ABT-199-resistant cells. ONO-7475 treatment significantly extended survival as a single in vivo agent using acute myeloid leukemia cell lines and PDX models. Compared to ONO-7474 monotherapy, the combination of ONO-7475/ABT-199 was even more potent in reducing leukemic burden and prolonging the survival of mice in both model systems. These results suggest that the ONO-7475/ABT-199 combination may be effective for AML therapy
