Sintesis Dan Karakterisasi Perovskit LSCF 6428 Dan BSCF 6428 Serta Aplikasinya Pada Adsorpsi Zat Warna
Sintesis perovskit LSCF 6428 dan BSCF 6428 dengan metode sol-gel, dan aplikasinya pada adsorpsi zat warna methylene blue (MB) dan methyl orange (MO) telah dilakukan. Perovskit LSCF 6428 dan BSCF 6428 dikarakterisasi dengan difraksi sinar-X, serta adsorpsi zat warna MB untuk mengetahui luas area spesifiknya. Hasil karakterisasi menunjukkan bahwa perovskit LSCF 6428 dan BSCF 6428 hasil sintesis, struktur LSCF 6428 terdapat puncak SrCO3 dan La2O2CO3, dan struktur perovskit BSCF terdapat puncak BaCO3 dan SrFe2O4. Perovskit LSCF 6428 dan BSCF 6428 masing-masing memiliki luas area spesifik 486 m2/g dan 222 m2/g. Perovskit BSCF 6428 memiliki kemampuan adsorpsi zat warna MO yang lebih baik dari perovskit LSCF 6428, sedangkan untuk zat warna MB berlaku kebalikannya. Baik dengan zat warna MB maupun MO, keduanya mengikuti model kinetika adsorpsi orde dua semu.

Synthesis of perovskite LSCF 6428 and BSCF 6428 using the sol-gel method, and their application to the adsorption of dyes methylene blue (MB) and methyl orange (MO) dyes have been carried out. Perovskites LSCF 6428 and BSCF 6428 were characterized by X-ray diffraction, and MB dye adsorption to measure the specific surface area. The characterization results showed that the LSCF 6428 and BSCF 6428 perovskites were synthesized, the LSCF 6428 structure contained SrCO3 and La2O2CO3 peaks, and the BSCF perovskite structure contained BaCO3 and SrFe2O4 peaks. Pervoskites LSCF 6428 and BSCF 6428 have a specific surface area of 486 m2/g and of 222 m2/g, respectively. Perovskite BSCF 6428 has dye adsorption ability for MO better than perovskite LSCF 6428 perovskite, while for MB the opposite applies. Both dyes follow a pseudo second-order adsorption kinetics, respectively
Pengaruh Waktu Pengadukan Terhadap Ukuran Partikel Perovskit La0,6Sr0,4Co0,2Fe0,8O3-δ (LSCF 6428) yang Disintesis dengan Metode Kopresipitasi
Perovskit La0,6Sr0,4Co0,2Fe0,8O3-δ (LSCF 6428) dengan variasi waktu pengadukan 0, 6, 12, 24 dan 30 jam berhasil disintesis dengan metode kopresipitasi. Hasil analisis TGA menunjukkan LSCF 6428 dapat terbentuk mulai suhu diatas 650 °C. Karakterisasi dengan difraksi sinar-X (XRD) menunjukkan LSCF 6428 memiliki struktur yang mirip dengan struktur LaCoO3. LSCF 6428 yang disintesis dengan variasi waktu pengadukan 0, 6, 12, dan 24 jam menghasilkan serbuk dengan kemurnian yang tinggi. Sementara terdapat fasa non perovskit pada waktu pengadukan 30 jam. Ukuran kristalit yang dihitung dengan persamaan Scherrer menunjukkan waktu pengadukan 6 jam memiliki ukuran kristalit terkecil (0,4317 nm) sementara waktu pengadukan 30 jam memiliki ukuran kristalit terbesar (0,5401 nm). Analisis Particle Size Analyzer (PSA) juga menunjukkan hasil serupa, yakni ukuran partikel terkecil dihasilkan dari pengadukan 6 jam (772,7 nm) dan terbesar pada waktu pengadukan 30 jam (1092,8 nm). Pengamatan dengan Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) menunjukkan semua sampel memiliki bentuk partikel yang tidak beraturan dan dapat membentuk agregat. Variasi waktu pengadukan 24 jam dan 30 jam memiliki homogenitas ukuran yang lebih rendah daripada variasi lainnya.

Perovskite La0,6Sr0,4Co0,2F0,8O3-δ (LSCF 6428) with variations of stirring time 0, 6, 12, 24 and 30 hours were successfully synthesized by coprecipitation method. The results of the TGA analysis show LSCF 6428 can be formed from temperatures above 650 °C. Characterization with X-ray diffraction (XRD) shows LSCF 6428 has a structure similar to the LaCoO3 structure. LSCF 6428 which was synthesized with stirring time variations of 0, 6, 12, and 24 hours produced powder with high purity. While, there is a non perovskite phase at 30 hours stirring. The crystallite size calculated by the Scherrer equation shows the stirring time of 6 hours has the smallest crystal size (0,4317 nm) while the stirring time of 30 hours has the largest crystal size (0,5401 nm). Particle Size Analyzer (PSA) analysis also showed similar results, namely the smallest particle size generated from stirring 6 hours (772,7 nm) and the largest at 30 hours stirring (1092,8 nm). Observations with Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) show that all samples have irregular particle shapes and can form aggregates. Variations in stirring time 24 hours and 30 hours have lower homogeneity in size than other variations

A través de la Sentencia recaída en el Expediente 976-2011-AA/TC se determinó
que un despido fraudulento se configurará cuando se impute al trabajador una
falta no prevista legalmente.
Sin embargo, la Casación 6428-2019 tiene como primer eje principal la
imputación de un despido a una trabajadora fundamentada en una ley española.
Tal sentencia nos trae a colación las siguientes interrogantes ¿todas las faltas
no previstas legalmente constituyen un despido fraudulento? ¿qué tipos de faltas
no previstas legalmente que pueden imputarse? ¿varía en algo si en nuestro país
existe una falta grave igual o similar a la que no se encuentra prevista
legalmente?
De igual manera, la Casación 6428-2019 guarda como uno de sus ejes centrales
los tipos de procedimiento de despido, ya sea por conducta o por capacidad, y
cómo cada uno de estos se materializa frente a la existencia de un rendimiento
deficiente o una disminución en el rendimiento. ¿Por cuál procedimiento deberá
optar el empleador frente a dichos casos? ¿Qué metodología de evaluación se
necesita para comparar el rendimiento de los trabajadores y para acreditarlo en
un despido?
Por último, a partir de los hechos narrados en la Casación 6428 también surgen
diferentes cuestiones ¿el principio de igualdad de trato en la extinción de labores
también debe aplicarse frente a casos de trabajadores con deficiencias en su
capacidad? ¿Puede condicionarse la renovación de un contrato de trabajo a la
mejoría del rendimiento del trabajador? A partir del siguiente Informe se

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
络合燃烧法制备LSCF-6428及其在SOFC中的应用
采用络合燃烧法以柠檬酸作为络合剂和燃烧剂于600℃下成功制备出了固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)的阴极材料La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(LSCF-6428)。采用XRD详细研究了LSCF-6428的成相过程及其与8YSZ[(Y2O3)0.08(Zr-O2)0.92]电解质的反应特性。将LSCF-6428粉配制成浆后,经800℃煅烧就牢固地烧结在8YSZ表面,并且在与8YSZ接触一侧形成了一层致密层。通过扫描电镜仔细观察了电池的微观结构和LSCF-6428粉体煅烧前后的形貌变化,并据此分析了粉体具有高烧结活性的原因。最后采用伏安法和交流阻抗谱法研究了电池的电性能,结果表明,电池的峰值比功率在650、700℃和750℃下分别达到了406、558mW/cm2和856mW/cm2
Uji Kompatibilitas Membran Lapis Ganda NiO/La0, 6Sr0, 4Co0, 2Fe0,8O3-δ (LSCF 6428), NiO/La0,7Sr0,3Co0,2Fe0,8O3-δ (LSCF 7328) dan NiO/La0,7Sr0,3MnO3-δ (LSM 73)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian atau kompatibilitas antara muai panas perovskit La0,6¬Sr0,4Co0,2Fe¬0,8O3-δ (LSCF 6428), La0,7Sr0,3Co0,2Fe¬0,8O3-δ (LSCF 7328) dan La0,7Sr0,3MnO3-δ (LSM 73) dengan NiO untuk dijadikan membran lapis ganda NiO/LSCF 6428, NiO/LSCF 7328 dan NiO/LSM 73. Serbuk perovskit telah berhasil disintesis dengan metode solid state. Pembuatan membran lapis ganda NiO/LSCF 6328, NiO/LSCF 7328 dan NiO/LSM 73 dilakukan dengan metode dry pressing. Sebelumnya dilakukan pembuatan dan karakterisasi membran tunggal LSCF 6428, LSCF 7328, LSM 73 dan NiO. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa LSCF 7328 memiliki kerapatan tertinggi diikuti oleh LSM 73 dan LSCF 6428. Perbedaan kerapatan tersebut menyebabkan perbedaan pada kekerasan dan muai panas membran tunggalnya. Nilai koefisien muai panas LSCF 6428, LSCF 7328, LSM 73 dan NiO berturut-turut sebesar 22,155; 9,307; 10,135 dan 20,860 10-6.°C-1. Perbedaan/ketidakseuaian nilai muai panas ini menyebabkan delaminasi/keretakan pada membran lapis ganda yang disiapkan dengan metode dry pressing. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penambahan agen perekat berupa amilum pada lapisan perovskit. Penambahan amilum ini berhasil menyebabkan NiO dapat melekat pada lapisan perovskit.

The aims of this research are to study compatibility assessment about thermal expansion behavior of La0,6-Sr0,4Co0,2Fe¬0,8O3-δ (LSCF 6428), La0,7Sr0,3Co0,2Fe¬0,8O3-δ (LSCF 7328), La0,7Sr0,3MnO3-δ (LSM 73) and NiO to formed double layer membranes NiO/LSCF 6428, NiO/LSCF 7328 dan NiO/LSM 73. Perovskite powder was successfully synthesized by solid state reaction. Double layer membranes NiO/LSCF 6428, NiO/LSCF 7328 and NiO/LSM 73 were fabricated by dry pressing method. Forgoing, single layer membranes of LSCF 6428, LSCF 7328, LSM 73 and NiO were fabricated and characterized. The results showed that LSCF 7328 has the highest density then followed by LSM 73 and LSCF 6428. The difference of density of three single layer membranes also cause the different of hardness and thermal expansion behavior of the membranes. Thermal expansion coefficient (TEC) of LSCF 6428, LSCF 7328, LSM 73 and NiO were 22.155; 9.307; 10.135 and 20.860 10-6.°C-1, respectively. The different/incompatibility of TEC caused delamination or cracking of double layer membranes prepared by dry pressing method. Therefore, the adhesive agent (starch) had to added on perovskite membrane. The addition of this starch succeeds in causing NiO to be attached to the perovskite layer
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
