In the Masters of Science in Literacy Education at USM, we offer EDU 626: Writing Development and Instruction. During the seven modules for this asynchronous course, practicing teachers, literacy interventionists, and instructional coaches read peer-reviewed research, discussed best practices in writing education, and kept a field notebook of their own writing. Graduate students composed poems, personal narratives, and other writing based on provocations in our text: Keri Smith’s How to be an Explorer of the World: Portable Life Museum. It is important to note that the graduate students were given a choice in their topics and they each selected their favorite piece for publication.

No full textLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general analizar la manera en que se ha implementado la prevención de la contaminación sonora de la congestión vehicular en la O. M N.º 626-MPH/CM, de allí que, la pregunta general de investigación fue: ¿De qué manera se ha implementado la prevención de la contaminación sonora de la congestión vehicular en la O. M N.º 626-MPH/CM en el Perú?, por tal motivo, es que nuestra investigación guarda un método de investigación de enfoque metodológico y postura epistemológica jurídica, utilizando el método general denominado metodología paradigmática propositiva, asimismo como diseño del método tiene como escenario de estudio la O. M N.º 626-MPH/CM presenta como caracterización de sujetos a la O. M N.º 626-MPH/CM y la prevención de la contaminación sonora de la congestión vehicular, los cuales fueron procesados mediante la argumentación jurídica a través de los instrumentos de recolección de datos como la ficha textual y de resumen que se obtengan de cada texto con información relevante. El resultado más importante fue que: Se concierne a las instituciones públicas encargadas de la “Fiscalización ambiental de ruido” en específico hacia los gobiernos locales a fin de que se elaboren mecanismo de prevención y fiscalización de la contaminación sonora. La conclusión más relevante fue que: Se identifico que la prevención de la contaminación sonora ocasionada por la congestión vehicular no ha implementado legislación alguna en la O. M N.º 626-MPH/CM. Finalmente, la recomendación fue: Modificar la O. M N.º 626-MPH/CM
