    Qualification du nouveau diélectrique ESL 4917 & problèmes de compatibilité avec certains conducteurs – détermination d'une solution pratique par mélange entre les diélectriques ESL 4913 et ESL 4917. Le diélectrique standard ESL (ElectroScience Laboratories) 4913 offre une bonne compatibilité avec les couches épaisses, mais a le défaut de trop couler à la sérigraphie. Le nouveau diélectrique ESL 4917 est plus vitreux et semble plus dense, et a en plus l'avantage d'être aussi semi-transparent, ce qui permet une vérification des couches intérieures. Cependant, si ESL4917 est bien compatible avec les conducteurs riches en Ag, des délaminations spontanées sont apparues avec le conducteur Ag:Pd plus richement allié en Pd, ESL 9635G ; l'incompatibilité entre la fritte de verre de ce dernier et ESL 4917, plus vitreux, en est probablement la cause. Le mélange des deux diélectriques, en proportion ESL 4913:4917 1:1 ou 1:2, permet largement de résoudre ces problèmes : le résultat est raisonnablement dense, et on obtient apparemment une bonne compatibilité avec ESL 9635G, surtout si celui-ci est déposé sur une couche de fond riche en Ag.LPMFormulation de diélectrique pour CentoNewton-B & applications similaire

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
