Mikrostruktura meteorytu NWA 4435
Elemental composition, mineral composition and microstructure of NWA 4435 meteorite found in 2006 has been studied by analytical electron microscopy and optical microscopy. It was established that the main meteorite minerals: olivines, pyroxenes, troilite, and graphite identified in the sample represent extraterrestrial minerals typical of carbonaceous chondrites. Chemical and mineral composition, petrologic type of chondrules, their abundance and sizes, the presence of troilite, and abundance of oxidized iron phases confirm CV3 class of this chondrite.Badano skład chemiczny i mineralny oraz mikrostrukturę meteorytu NWA 4435. Zanalizowano chondry i ciasto skalne meteorytu. Obecność chondr, troilitu, inkluzji wysokotemperaturowych oraz tekstura próbki świadczą o pozaziemskim pochodzeniu badanej skały i przynależności tego meteorytu do chondrytów węglistych klasy CV3
MiR-4435 is an UQCRB-related circulating miRNA in human colorectal cancer
Ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase (UQCRB), a subunit of the mitochondrial complex III, is highly expressed in tissues from colorectal cancer patients. Since UQCRB is highly expressed in colorectal cancer, we investigated miRNAs from mutant UQCRB-expressing cell lines to identify new miRNA biomarkers. After sequencing miRNAs in the mutant UQCRB-expressing cell lines, miR-4435 was selected as a potential biomarker candidate from the six up-regulated miRNAs. The expression level of miR-4435 in the mutant UQCRB-expressing cell lines and colon cancer was increased. Notably, the expression level of miR-4435 was increased in exosomes isolated from cell culture medium, suggesting that miR-4435 is closely related to colon cancer and that large amounts of miR-4435 may be secreted outside of the cells through exosomes. Additionally, exosomes extracted from the serum samples of colorectal cancer patients showed increased miR-4435 levels depending on the cancer progression stage. Moreover, analyses of a miRNA database and mRNA-sequencing data of the mutant UQCRB-expressing cell lines revealed that TIMP3, a tumor suppressor, could be a target of miR-4435. Additionally, the expression of miR-4435 was suppressed by UQCRB inhibitor treatment whereas TIMP3 was up-regulated. Upregulation of TIMP3 decreased proliferation of the mutant UQCRB-expressing cell lines and a colorectal cancer cell line. TIMP3 was also upregulated in response to miR-4435 inhibitor and UQCRB inhibitor treatments. Furthermore, these findings suggest that miR-4435 is related to an oncogenic function in UQCRB related disease, CRC, and that effects migration and invasion on mutant UQCRB-expressing cell lines and colorectal cancer cell. In conclusion, our results identified miR-4435 as a potential circulating miRNA biomarker of colorectal cancer associated with UQCRB. © 2020, The Author(s)

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
The star formation history of the virgo early-type galaxy ngc 4435: the spitzer mid infrared view.
We present a population synthesis study of NGC 4435, an early-type Virgo galaxy interacting with NGC 4438. We combine new spectroscopic observations obtained with the Spitzer Space Telescope IRS instrument with IRAC archival data and broad band data from the literature. The IRS spectrum shows prominent PAH features, low ionization emission lines and H2 rotational lines arising from the dusty circumnuclear disk characterizing this galaxy. The central SED, from X-ray to radio, is well fitted by a model of an exponential burst superimposed on an old simple stellar population. From the lack of high excitation nebular lines, the [Ne ΙΙΙ]15.5/[Ne ΙΙ]12.8 ratio, the temperature of molecular hydrogen, and the fit to the full X-ray to radio SED we argue that the present activity of the galaxy is driven by star formation alone. The AGN contribution to the ionizing flux is constrained to be less than 2%. The age of the burst is found to be around 190 Myr and it is fully consistent with the notion that the star formation process has been triggered by the interaction with NGC 4438. The mass involved in the rejuvenation episode turns out to be less than 1.5% of the stellar galaxy mass sampled in a 5′′ central aperture. This is enough to render NGC 4435 closely similar to a typical interacting early-type galaxy with inverted Ca ΙΙ[H+K] lines that will later turn into a typical cluster E+A galaxy and enforces the notion that these objects are the result of a recent rejuvenation episode rather than a genuine delayed formation
