La organización tradicional y su relación con la estrategia organizacional en la I.E. Nº 31542 Virgen María Admirable Huancayo
Get PDFLa presente investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la organización tradicional y las nuevas estrategias organizacionales, en provecho de una gestión educativa eficiente en la I.E Nº 31542 “Virgen María Admirable” de Huancayo. Para ello se aplicó un cuestionario con ambas variables a un total de 65 docentes de la institución educativa en estudio. Asimismo, se aplicó el diseño no experimental transversal correlacional, de manera que se pueda evaluar la independencia o relación entre las variables de estudio. Los resultados demuestran que con un nivel de significancia del 0.05, menor a la significancia asintótica (0.236) del estadístico Chi Cuadrado, existe independencia entre la organización tradicional y las estrategias organizacionales en la I.E. Nº 31542 “Virgen María Admirable”. Asimismo, se encontró que la institución mantiene las características de una organización tradicional y que además viene aplicando estrategias de integración e intensivas.Tesi

Get PDFLa presente investigación titulada “Liderazgo Transformacional y Gestión Pedagógica del Director desde la perspectiva de los docentes de la Institución Educativa Nº 31542 de Ocopilla – Huancayo” aborda el problema: ¿Cuál es la relación existente entre el liderazgo transformacional del Director y la gestión pedagógica del director de la Institución Educativa Nº 31542 de Ocopilla – Huancayo, 2016? y como objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el liderazgo transformacional y la gestión pedagógica del Director desde la perspectiva de los docentes de la citada Institución Educativa; para el efecto, se ha formulado la hipótesis general: Existe relación directa entre liderazgo transformacional y la gestión pedagógica del Director desde la perspectiva de los docentes de la Institución Educativa Nº 31542 “Virgen María Admirable” de Ocopilla – Huancayo – 2016.
Esta investigación es de tipo básica de enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel descriptivo, cuyo diseño específico es descriptivo-correlacional, y una muestra de 65 docentes de la mencionada Institución Educativa. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron las encuestas y como instrumentos los cuestionarios: La dimensión liderazgo transformacional con 62 indicadores y gestión pedagógica con 21 indicadores, respectivamente.
Los resultados cuantitativos revelan la existencia de una correlación ligera de r = 0,087 con un nivel de significación bilateral de p=0,315 entre las variables liderazgo transformacional y gestión pedagógica del Director.Tesi
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
Juegos cooperativos y su influencia en el desarrollo de la motricidad gruesa en estudiantes del 1er grado - primaria I.E. 31542 - Ocopilla - Huancayo.
Get PDFEl presente trabajo de investigación consiste en establecer un conjunto de juegos cooperativos para desarrollar la motricidad gruesa en estudiantes del 1er grado - Primaria I.E. “31542” - Ocopilla – Huancayo. El tipo de estudio fue aplicado de nivel explicativo y un diseño de investigación pre experimental de corte longitudinal que consiste en realizar el pre test, posteriormente aplicar las sesiones de juegos cooperativos, para finalmente efectuar el pos test. Se tuvo en cuenta dos variables por un lado, los juegos cooperativos, dado por Omeñaca, Puyuelo y Ruiz (2001), menciona que es un conjunto de libertades que contribuyen al “desarrollo de la cooperación, de los buenos sentimientos y del apoyo mutuo”, y por otro lado, la motricidad gruesa, dado por Comellas y Perpinyá (2003) nos dice que es el control de movimientos dados por el cuerpo teniendo en cuenta los grupos de músculos más amplios que son base para el desarrollo de su vida futura del niño y niña, estas experiencias conlleva a mejorar sus habilidades y destrezas para ello se tuvo en cuenta el equilibrio estático y dinámico, coordinación dinámica y viso motriz, el tono muscular, la respiración y relajación. Es por ello que, la investigación planteada estuvo dirigida a estudiantes del primer grado de primaria el I.E. “31542” - Ocopilla – Huancayo, haciendo un número de 172 alumnos en 07 secciones que viene a ser la población de estudio y mediante un muestreo no probabilístico se determinó la muestra en 50 alumnos que fue conformada por los alumnos de la sección “B” y “G” entre niños y niñas que se observó las dificultades en su motricidad gruesa. Se tuvo como objetivo general de la investigación determinar la influencia de los juegos cooperativos en el desarrollo de la motricidad gruesa de los estudiantes del 1er grado – Primaria I.E. “31542” - Ocopilla – Huancayo habiéndose planteado y comprobado la hipótesis que los juegos cooperativos influyen significativamente en el desarrollo de la motricidad gruesa antes y después de la aplicación de los juegos cooperativos en estudiantes del 1er grado – Primaria I.E. “31542” – Ocopilla - Huancayo (t= 17.790; p = 0.000 < 0.05).Tesi
