No full textA continuación, se presentan algunas ideas básicas desde la epistemología (como rama o disciplina de la filosofía) de la investigación científica y tecnológica, como respuesta a las exigencias de la nueva Ley Universitaria N°30220. El propósito es proponer criterios para superar, hasta donde sea posible, algunas ideas erróneas que subyacen a la investigación universitaria, principalmente referidos a los proyectos conducentes a las tesis. Enfatiza la caracterización de ciencia, tecnología y humanidades, allí donde se suscitan las dificultades conceptuales relevantes en el asesoramiento y gestión de la investigación.Here are some basic ideas from the epistemology of scientific and technological research, in response to the demands of the new University Law No. 30220. This analysis takes as references Resolution Nos 001 and 002-2015 SUNE DU / EC and the corresponding “guide for the adaptation of governance of public universities under the Transitory Supplementary Provision of Law N*30220”.En este artículo se analizan jurídica mente las situaciones de hecho y las normas legales transitorias y permanentes de la Ley Universitaria N*30220 que deben aplicarse a la renovación de las autoridades universitarias dentro del proceso de adecuación al nuevo ordenamiento legal establecido por esta norma vigente desde el 10 de julio de 2014. Este análisis tiene como referencias las Resoluciones N's 001 y 002-2015--SU NEDU/CE y la correspondiente “guía para la adecuación de gobierno de las universidades públicas al amparo de la Primera Disposición Complementaria Transitoria de la Ley N30220”
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

No full textEl estúdio de investigación tuvo como proposito determinar el nivel de
relación entre la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria y la calidad del servicio en una
universidad privada de la Provincia de Ica al 2024. Planteando la siguiente
hipótesis Existe relación positiva y significativa entre la Ley 30220, Ley
Universitaria y la calidad del servicio en una universidad privada de la Provincia
de Ica al 2024.
La metodología utilizada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico, nivel
descriptivo correlacional, método hipotético deductivo, diseño no experimental,
la muestra estuvo compuesta por egresados, estudiantes, docentes, que de
alguna manera han sido impactados por la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria, el
instrumento cuestionario se aplicó para recoger los datos y ser procesados con
el estadístico SPSS-26.
Conclusión: Determinamos que existe relación positiva y significativa
entre la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria y la calidad del servicio en una
universidad privada de la Provincia de Ica al 2024, Nivel de confianza = 95 % y
un Margen de error = 5 % según el estadístico de correlación Rho de
Spearman r = 0,641 correlación positiva moderada y la Sig = 0,000 < 0,05 es
significativa por lo tanto rechazamos la Hipótesis nula y aceptamos la hipótesis
general de investigación

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
